I ORDERED THREE THINGS. JEWELERY THATCAME IN DAMAGED. JEWELRY (2ND) SHIPMENT NEVER CAME. THEY STILL GOT PAID IN FULL IN APRIL 2015.
A DRESS THAT CAME IN NO SIZE, TOO SMALL AND WITH BLACK GREASE ON IT. THEY GOT PAID FOR IT. AND LASTLY A BLACK BATHING SUIT. NO SIZE. NOT EVER FINISHED. THREADS LEFT ALL OVER IT. WOULDNT FIT A 3' DOLL MUCH LESS A PLUS SIZED WOMAN. THEY GOT PAID FOR THAT. 3 MONTHS LATER THEY OFFERED ME A $6 REFUND. AND THEY WANTED IT SHIPPED BACK TO CHINA! Wtf!
THREE MONTHS OF EMAILS, PICS, CALLS ETC. THEY DIDNOT DO ANYTHING.

This site is pretty trustworthy, and their items are pretty cool. They don't lie, and give you store bought quality clothes. They are cute as well.

Lied about the product, took forever to come, not as described and now they say I should send pictures and pay return shipping - IF they decide to refund. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
There should be a negative star option - clothes are such poor quality they can't even be given away!

Here is the actual reply to my comment here - So the reply they put below is also a LIE and I still don't have a refund. I already had a "complaint ticket' open with Rose so why ask if I have received my order? And no refund has been issued.

I am extremely disappointed!
The worst online shopping experience in my life!
Two months ago I ordered 2 dresses (one lace vintage and red vintage) and scarf from rosewholesale.com. Before ordering I made proper measurements so I was sure I will not have any issues with wrong size.
I payed extra for faster shipping.
When I received my order I was shocked.
The red dress was not like on picture, but still pretty. The fabric and colour were absolutely different. Neck area was improperly made and random strings were all over the dress. I did some work with it so now it is good looking. Scarf was ripped in some places. I didn't complain about red dress and scarf but vintage lace dress was a real shock.

Lace dress was looking like a rag. First of all it was not a dress but short tunic. Second - the lining was about 17" shorter then actual dress skirt so when I was making pictures of this item i had to wear shorts. Third - waist line was right under my breasts. Finally- at the edges, the lace around the neck and sleeves was absolutely destroyed.
I still wonder to know how dare you people send such destroyed items to people. This is more or less a slap in the face.

Well I contacted support center immediately and sent pictures of lace dress... I got reply quickly and I was offered to pick some other item from website or they could refund my money. As I payed extra for shipping I decided to get replacement and picked Snow Boots. September the 2 I got confirmation that snow boots will be shipped. By the way that boots suppose to be shipped in 3 business days.
Today is 22nd of October and of course I am still waiting for my new item.
10/19/2015 I submitted a ticket to support center and described my problem. I asked was my new item shipped and why it takes so long. Today is 10/22/2015 and anyone didn't bother to contact me... Is it guaranteed personal reply within one business day?
I tried to contact Support Centre today but this is impossible. Live chat doesn't work either...

After seeing their website loved the look of their clothes and the very reasonable prices? A bit sceptical at first but saw the reviews on their website and most of them were good. I just wish I had looked here before placing an order. 2 of the items I ordered today arrived and I could not believe how poor the quality was. Horrible cheap, see through, off white coloured nylon, when the picture of the model showed a completely different looking top which looked like it was made of cotton and good quality, with very pretty lace detail. There were tatty loose threads hanging off the cheap looking lace and to be honest it looked like an old piece of net curtain, ready to be put in the trash. I am usually a medium but ordered large but when I tried it on it looked awful and out of proportion, more like maternity wear! The 2nd item I ordered looked gorgeous in the picture but again, is made of cheap materials and is very poorly made, again with threads hanging off and the zip not working. I ordered a medium which was very small on the top but really puffed out on the hips making me look a very odd shape. Again, will never be worn. What a waste of money! Luckily I paid by credit and first thing tomorrow intend trying to get a refund through the card company and will return the above items to Rosewholesale. I know they state they will refund only a small portion but how can this be right when you are not getting what was shown in the first place, plus you are still out of pocket paying for the return shipping. I am just glad my first order was not a great amount or I would be seriously mad about this whole experience.

Never never use this website. Quality is poor, customer service are a complete waste of time and attempting to take the matter to a legal resolution is rather tricky. AVOID VOID AVOID - STAY AWAY

If you want the truth about this company visit their Facebook site... there are so many dissatisfied customers then happy! Here is what happened...
1) I ordered without doing home work STUPID! However their product when I finally received it which tooks a month or so... was nice... (Last good thing I can say about this company)
2) Sizes are in CHINESE SIZES as told to me by the company they are not American sizes or standard sizes and you have to be about a zero to wear... Their over size is not over sized and their one size is according to them is small to x small not One size fits all.!
3) Contact info will not get you to the company! There is only one Customer Service email that works... no phone numbers connect you to a person just a machine and they will not return calls...
4) size charts is full of crap according to their chart I should of been able to wear what I got. WRONG only if I was 9 years old and a size Zero
5) They will not give full refund as the product if you send back you have to pay for postage and then it will get stuck in customs and then they will only give you back like 15 % of your money... or a 15 % coupon to use for more small clothes.!
6) Once you get frustrated and go to their page to warn other customers you find many many others who have not received product or where mis lead by their size chart and post warnings... you end up getting blocked so you can not warn other customers of their boarder line company... If this was truly a good standing company they would be more then willing to assist their customers... which they are not and you can see they are not willing to help by all the postings of it being a scam company. So unless you are truly a size Zero order from this company at your own risk and I would suggest to only order one item so you are not holding lots of clothes that wont fit!

This has to be the worst shopping experience of my life. All I wanted was to be able to exchange sizes of the dresses that were sent to me because they would not fit a toddler. But I keep getting a the run around from them. Actucally what I really wanted was a full refund because the dresses I recieved were not even close to what the pictures are online. But after reading some reviews about the website (unfortunately after I recieved the stuf)f I saw that they were difficult to deal with. So i thought if I just very kindly ask for an exchange for bigger sizes they will grant me one. But they have given me the run around I even sent pictures. Now they want me to take pictures of me measuring the clothing. I dont even want their crappy clothing but if i have to have it I want it to fit. Also along with the dresses I ordered I ordered a purse and the purse never came. I ordered expedited shipping but they shipped out my clothes first and then they apparently "shipped" out the purse two weeks later. But I have still never seen the purse. This is a terrible online store do not shop there. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP THERE. Honestly I'm web developer and i'm so angry i'm about to start a website dedicated to how much they suck and to warn people.
UPDATE: After they replied to my review their customer service has still been terrible they have still given me the runaround. I know they are trying to get me to give up and forget about it. But I told them I will not be bullied. I will be filing a complaint with Paypal and leaving terrible reviews everywhere. As I said before DO NOT SHOP THERE.

I ordered and paid for merchandise on NOV. 5,2015 and have heard nothing from them. They are definitely a RIP-OFF. I plan to report them to THE STATE ATTORNEY OFFICE.
