Most items look nothing like the picture online. They sent totally different color and print fabric because they arrogantly know they can just rip you off. Getting run around on returning items including when they sent the wrong item. Sent jpeg photos to get ID # but are asking for more photos. Invoice does not match all prices and has different confusing descriptions of items than initial email purchase order so it is DELIBERATELY CONFUSING which shows how dishonest they are. Also paperwork in package does not have SKU #, you have to look on bag or purchase confirmation email. SO YOU CANT TAKE CLOTHES OUT OF INDIVIDUAL PLASTIC BAGS OR YOU WILL BE CONFUSED ABOUT SKU# AND ITEM DESCRIPTION--best part of their scam! Cant believe Facebook and USA government would let such an obviously dishonest Chinese company cheat American women. Website does not specify fabric of clothes, does not make it clear swimsuits are not returnable. You have to fill out separate forms to return each item resulting in 5 emails if you return 5 items so I dont expect to get my money back since the return process is so slimey, difficult and confusing. ARE THERE ANY LAWYERS THAT WILL SUE ROSEWHOLESALE FOR US?

I kept seeing the cutest pink pea coat all over the web, but every other site showed that it was sold out. Then I saw it in my Facebook feed by Rose Wholesale. I knew it could be dicey, but the price was cheap, so I went ahead, but stuck with just that one item.
It arrived today, after what has probably been close to 8 weeks, and just is not the same item as in the photo. Firstly, the material of the coat I liked in photos looked to be some kind of good wool/cashmere blend. Sturdy stuff, and you know, coat material.
What arrived has the same weight and feel as a baby blanket or some fuzzy pajaam pants. It's soft, but more like velour, and has no real shape other than for the ruffle effect as seen on the original coat photos.
I think what this company does, is take images of various products from all over the web, throw them up for sale, then they make something 'kind of like it' and send it to you. That's probably not legal, but since they're in China, it would be hard for anyone to do much about it.
I have an excellent credit card company, so even though it wasn't much money (about 40 bucks?) I'll go ahead and get the charges reversed.
I will mail them back the coat to be fair, but I'm not going to even try dealing with the nightmare of communicating with them as I've already read THOSE reviews!
Just check out their response below! They obviously copy paste their replies without even reading the reviews. They're saying the item was 'damaged" LOL
I received it TODAY and still have it, so how would they have photos of a damaged item?
After claiming the 'damage' they ask me for the order number, because of course they have no idea which item I'm even talking about.

It has its pro's and con's.
Pro: cheap, the dress I got was alright, nothing spectacular but alright for that price.
Cons: postage will take at least 3 weeks to reach you, they don't update stock on their website so simply don't send you a product if it is sold out. I had to contact them and they informed me it was sold out so organized a refund. Frustrating because I wanted that dress out of the two.
Tips:
CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS! So many reviews say the size was crap. You need to check the measurements they list for each size. One dress I bought was an L the other an XL, but both were appropriate to my measurements. And back home I'd normally buy an M. This goes for all online shopping. Always always check their measurements against your body measurements. Even in store sizes are not standard!
Don't expect postage to be fast. I didn't so wasn't upset when it took 3 weeks to arrive, but I find most online shopping takes that long unless its from within my country.
Be aware that an item may in fact be out of stock. The risk you run but if the price is too good to resist give it a crack but keep this in mind. They did refund me for the item and a little bit for postage costs too.
Use Pay Pal rather than paying directly with your credit card. With Pay Pal you can then put in a complaint with them directly and request a refund. Read their terms and conditions first for how you go about it so you make sure you follow all appropriate steps.
Having said all this, I dunno if I'd bother again, mostly because of the out of stock issue. That was super frustrating. I wouldn't have ordered had the dress I wanted been out of stock. But the dress I did get wasn't bad. It actually fitted me really well and the fabric was decent.

This site is the worst ever I ordered 4 items September 19 it is now November 5 I havent received my items yet I would not recommend anyone to order from them ever!

I have never been so unhappy about an on line service in my life as to this one. I placed an order never recieved a tracking number paid for it with my Visa Pre Paid card. I called and was told the order I had place was out of the size I ordered. I cancelled the order on Friday and on Nov 4th Tue my account was entered into with out my authorization after the order was cancelled in the amount of 28.55. That order number is a fake or something. I kept on being told the number wasa noit right when the facts are this is what i was given. When you enter a person account with out ther premissionI I belive that is theft, and the custmer sevice man was real rude and they do not answer the phone in an perfessonal manner. They answer like this hello, I was like is the Rose Whole Sale. Yes it is. I could not tell. Wheather this i sa real bussiness or not I need my cash back in my account know. Would I shop with them again TIME WILL TELL.
I shop online all the time. I have never received an "order confirmation" email that says payment and order have been confirmed and that I should be notified within 3-5 business days when my order has shipped, and then not received that email... and then not be able to "chat live" with the company on their website, because they are not ever available...
Then not be able to leave a message at the number provided by the website...
And then not receive an email response from the company even though they say it will take no longer than 24 hours for a response... Never have I ever.
I called my Credit Card company today to change my credit card number and also filed a dispute against this company - I shall receive a credit on my cc account within 48 hours and Rose Wholesale then has to PROOVE that they sent the merchandise to me in order to get their money. Actually, I believe the case is that I have to receive the order before the CC company will release the funds to RoseWholesale.
I didn't wait nearly as long as some of you did - and that's because I got a sick feeling when I couldn't get a hold of this company, and they didn't contact me in the way they said they would. Unprofessional at best - overpromising, underdelivering... WHATEVER it is - I didn't receive word from them as they said I would - and therefore I don't trust them.
