PLEASE PLEASE do not spend any money on this website. I ordered a wig, it came and it was ridiculous, almost laughably bad. It was thin at the back and just totally unwearable. Looked nothing like the photo. So decided to return, obviously. Read some reviews saying they've made their returns really difficult (probably because they know their products are absolute trash). So before you return anything you have to do this weird back-and-forth messenger-style chat' with a member of their customer service' team explaining exactly why you want to return it, plus include images. This is absolutely ludicrous, JUST LET ME RETURN MY ITEM! So anyway they send you a return address and ask you to pay to have the package shipped, but they STILL MIGHT NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN! They want to inspect it in person'. The absolute audacity of this company. They send you terrible products that look nothing like the picture, interrogate you when you ask to return them, ask you to pay to send them back, only for them to still possibly reject the item and keep your money.
I sent the wig back in January and I've heard nothing from them since, so I'm guessing they rejected my item - I'm honestly not sure, I'm bored of dealing with them.
It looks like cheap fancy dress, I wouldn't even go out on Halloween in it.
Again AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! This is my second review, I wrote one when I first received my item around Christmas time. It's now April and there's no sign of my refund.

I really dont understand what people are so upset about,,,, this has been my experence shopping with them(and I am a HUGE shopper) so let me start out by saying I am a size 2,5 foot 1 so if I order a med the stuff fits as for shipping about 1 month to get here(I live in Canada)however there is no extra cost when you wait as for getting wrong order I guess I have been lucky sure there was a couple things not in stock but I was told this when they sent out the stuff they did have, as for custmer service I waited only one day when I asked about my order(I do feel if you are not rude they will may try to make more of a effort to get back to you, remember these are not the people that packed and shipped your order) As for the quality... hey you get what you pay for I never thought I would buy a 10$ dress and it would last forever, for the most part fashion is fun and with the LOW prices they offer you get great, cute and funky fun stuff and you can buy a ton of it so yes I really love Rose Whole sale and look forward to ordering from them time and time again and I must add anytime you shop online does not matter with who you are always taking a risk its not gonna be prefect like when you go try it on at the store, I really hope the people that read this do not go by on just reviews or you may really be missing out on what I think is a great company. Happy shopping

Tip for consumers:
It does take about a month for orders to arrive,but its free shipping and if you want to make sure they have in stock what you want then email and ask before you place your order

I ordered about $100 worth of items from this company. It was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days and instead took 10. Once I received my order, I noticed that 4 items were missing, so I submitted a trouble ticket with the company explaining that I would like my money back, for those missing items. On top of that, I ordered rings which were broken or had beads missing from them. The quality is complete junk, just crap. You are better off spending the extra money to buy American goods. The hoodies were so thin, they were see through! SEE THROUGH! Anyway... "Nancy" replied to my trouble ticket saying that they had sent out a new package with all of my missing things. I told her no, that I wanted my money back and she then replied:

We sincerely apologize for any additional inconvenience that may be caused.

Since this was the correct item(s) sent to you (based on your order and instructions), at a reduced price as a valued customer, we do hope that you are able to accept and keep the item(s). In that situation, we would be happy to refund you 5 USD for the compensation. We trust that you will find this reasonable and fair.

If this is not suitable, please note that if you were to send the item(s) back to us, the product status would become "refurbished". In that situation, we would be obligated to charge you 15% for the combined shipping cost and the restocking fee; this is to fairly reflect the reduced value of the item(s) in our inventory when we resell it to another customer.

I would be grateful to hear which option you wish to accept.

We very much apologize for any inconvenience caused and I look forward to hearing from you.

I like the items that I purchased but the shipping is where you get hit hardest. Sizing is for Asian women so always order Larger.

I ordered 3 dresses that were presented beautifully online at their website. Arrived quickly from Singapore and I was SHOCKED WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE! The materials were cheap, the dresses were unfinished, the lining was so short that it wouldn't have even covered the crotch of any pair of underwear and they were not true to size as described in their very own size conversion chart! I am pissed and to pour salt into the wound, they are not responding to ANY form of communication for resolution! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! HORRIBLE STAY AWAY AT ALLLLL COST! NONE OF THE LINKS FOR REFUNDS AND RETURNS WORKS - WHETHER ON THEIR SITE, THROUGH EMAIL OR THROUGH REPLY TO THIS REVIEW! THIS COMPANY SUCKS! THEY'RE THIEVES.

Horrible. I ordered 1 shirt and 1 jacket/sweater m total was really cheap only $16 after shipping and handling it was $22. That was one sept. 24th, 2014 its now Oct 9th 2014 still have not gotten my order. I have filed lots of tickets to find out what is going on. They tell me I didn't get a tracking number (by the way you have to pay an extra $2 for that) plus 5.88 and $1.99 insurance. With that being said it would have been double the price of what I was ordering) but I should be there in 10/15 business days. About a month later they tell me only my shirt was in stock. So they never even sent my sweater/jacket. Even though I got a confirmation my whole order was shipped out. Now I look on my page and tell them I want a refund for my jacket onto my credit card. They refunded half the price, and when I go on my page now it doesn't even show that I have any type of order anymore. So I just emailed and asked what is GOING ON. Why did I pay 22 dollars and my refund is 14 dollars. Im getting charged for shipping and handling and insurance for an order I never received never really got shipped out. So what am I paying shipping and handling for if im not getting a single thing. O and I forgot to mention m shirt was a priority shipping 3-5 days. Its now over 2 months and still nothing nor refund... but I can say every single time I wrote to the customer service they did email me back in 24 hours. This clothing site is a scam. I have read other reviews on other ppl the past few days and they were lucky enough to receive items but how poor of shape they were in, how bad items smelled, and how there was glue still on items. Some others same thing that happened to me. They ended up spending hundreds of dollars kept ordering just to see if anything was ever going to show up and never did.

Tip for consumers:
scam, do not order from rose wholesale please save your money and go to Walmart, target khols, even dollar general. your better off

UPDATE 19 May 2017:
I have been contacted by Rosewholesale Customer Service to clear up the confusion. Although there was a ticket (email) sent, due to some of the content not being clear, this situation has come about.
All items bar two, I'm told, are on their way. I will update my review and rating again when they arrive,

I placed an order nearly 6 weeks ago (23/04/17). The shipping times on the things that I ordered ranged from 3-15 days. Sometime after the order was placed, I received an email, that due to the language and layout, I thought that my email address was now being sent phishing emails. Fast forwards to about a week ago, I contacted their Online Chat and was told that shipping had been delayed due to the fact that the courier company thought my address was too remote, and did I want to change to flat rate shipping that just happened to be the same price. The shipping was changed and I was promised that my order was ready and waiting and would be shipped immediately and I would received and email shortly that my order had been shipped.
Its now nearly a week later, no email, order has still not been shipped, and speaking to another staff member online today, I have been told that there is going to be more of a wait.
The fact that the shipping was the same price, but was not changed, that the items were 3-15 days to be shipped out, that now the order is going to be sent in more than one package as they now say "05/14/2017 22:48:04 [We are preparing your order, however, some items are being replenished. To avoid any further delays, we will split your order and ship out what is ready first. Thank you for your support.]", and its now nearly 6 weeks later and that no one seems that bothered that one of their customers has had to wait this long and get a bit of a run around is just not good customer service.
I am genuinely wondering if I am ever going to receive my order or if I am going to have to resort to reporting them to PayPal to get my money back should the items never arrive as it looks like some other customers have had.
So disappointed.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware, Im not sure yet if www.rosewholesale.com is a scam, but definitely don't order if you need your order any time in the near future.

I have placed 3 orders with RoseWholesale, the last one a large order. I have a retail business and we have liked the jewelry merchandise on the first two orders.

What we don't like is that we cannot reach anyone by phone. We have called during different hours of the day AND night. I write this at 5 AM my time after trying to call them at 4 AM PST.

They claimed they called me but there are no missed calls on my cell number that I provided at least 4 times and my business number is with Google Voice and notifies me and there are no missed calls.

The reason I wanted to call and speak to a live person is on my third order they requested that I send my Driver's License, Utility bill and to verify my PayPal account which we don't use, we use company CC. Why would I have to scan over my personal information?! I gave my business Tax ID when I signed up.

I believe this company may not be very honest and as much as we like the product, they lie. They have no live customer service to answer phones. We plan on filing a complaint with BBB on them.

08/31/16- UPDATE! I still am not convinced about this company. I had my Attorney check them out and they rate the lowest out of many China based companies for unhappy customers, reports to BBB, and even some lawsuits.

I have placed several more orders as I like the products and sell through online store. I received partial orders and still waiting for one item that has been back ordered for almost a month now! I also received a broken watch and sent a message. They sent reply, asked me to verify my shipping address (really?), and review the RMA return policy. Did both and replied. They now have sent another email asking me to Verify my information!

Come on! You have been shipping orders to me for the past two months. I am TIRED of having to go back and forth with 4, 6, 10 emails before you get your crap together and do what you are to do.

I still say shop with caution with this place. I am seeking out other vendors who sell mens accessories as my Attorney feels I should NOT do business with Rosewholesale!

Sent the wrong color and the size was for a child, not an adult. Did not even read my email and just told me "it was delivered". They are a joke!
