I wish I had did my homework before ordering from this site. I simply figured that if it was on my Facebook page. It would be OK. NOPE. I ordered 2 shirts on 11-20-14. Money taken immediately. It is 1-10-15 no merchandise. Did send a message only way to contact them. Reply. Was, sorry. No tracking number, may take (every one knows) up to 45 days etc.
It is BULL****! I'm now working on getting money back. Letting people know. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. Notice i did not say COMPANY... and making sure FACEBOOK is aware and doing something about it. Its principle Kim

I ordered 5 items at once, 3 showed up more or less on time, then I had to email them 3 times to have the other two delivered. Finally one arrived two months late and was too big (even though I read their size chart closely) the other one took another 2 weeks and when it arrived it was actually just a piece of fringed material, not a fringed top. No way to even wear this thing. One of the dressed was shown online as a knit fabric and what I received was a slick polyester knock off. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Cheap=Cheap.

I have given up on getting any kind of satisfaction from this company. I waited a long time for my clothing order, received part of my order and then it was too small. The maxi dress came in a package 9" x 7". Was supposed to be an X-large but my tiny neighbor might be able to wear it. All the things that others have reported have happened to me. Please! Save your money and don't order from this company. I have no hope of getting the top I ordered or getting my money back.

Buyer beware! I purchased a shirt and a bathing suit from this place. Both items were ordered in a large size. What I got was a size zero labeled as a large. My thin daughter could not fit in to either article of cloths if she tried. Also it was impossible to track my order. These clothes run super, super small and are not made for the American market.

This website was such a good experience! They were very prompt in replying to my messages and even dealt with my attitude at times. I would surely recommend it... the service is great, the products are even better and the prices are the best! I have already put 10 items on my cart already... I'm ready for my next order! I am very happy having found this site. It is organized and easy to use. I've bought five products so far (dresses, hair accessories) and I've just made another order! I've received them at excellent condition and as I've expected! When I had a question, they responded to me in two days maximum. The prices are very low and the products came at the shipping time I chose ( flat Shipping-20 days). Also the quality is good for the price. I recommend it at no doubt for beautiful and cheap clothes and accessories!

I ordered 2 sweaters in early Nov. 6,2014 for Christmas gifts for my daughter. Well it is now Feb. 2,2015 and NOTHING has came I emailed customer service and they say my order was shipped Nov. 10,2014. I still have not received anything. Will not order from Rosewholesale ever again. Very disappointed!

Absolutely horrible! I bought 5 items and could not wear either of them. These were NOT extra large shirts/blouses... unless it was for a child. Quality is poor, one was even picked when I got it and the others were not as they looked in the pictures because in the picture they looked nice. Took 5-6 weeks to get them in the first place. Spent $65 for nothing! Not going to take my time and try and return. Hope Good Will or Salvation Army can give them to some child to wear.

Just stay away from this site period.

Terrible customer service, lies after lies they feed me... Oh only two more weeks and now at this point they wont even email me back. Sizes are terrible, and the clothing itself is worthless. Looks super cute on the site but when you finally get your items and your missing two things you ordered and wait another month just to get one of the two... Seriously I ordered back in 6/3/14 and I am still waiting for my last item 8/25/14 and like I said they won't email me back. Please save your money I wish I would have. They are a joke.

I placed an order for a dress more than 6 months ago. Sent me the item with 2 sizes smaller than indicated in their size guide. Never received the replacement that they claimed they have shipped and to add insult to injury, they told me to pay the full shipping cost again.

HORRIBLE! My PayPal account was charged the day that the order was placed. 10 days later I emailed to get status and it was "in process" as it was after 20 days and 30 days. I could not get any information back more than "in process, sorry for the inconvenience" form letters. I am now at almost 2 months since they took my money and I'm being told that the items shipped but there is no way to track and no other responses than "in process".

Never again!

I ordered $200 worth of clothing. All the clothes that came in 3 months later were very poor quality. It was horrible. I paid $70 in shipping to send the package back to China. Now they have been giving me the run around and are refusing to give me a refund! I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted about $300 and 4 months of my time!
Bottom line. They kept all my money & I out clothing I could have donated to Good Will.

Ive only order one item from this website i still have yet to received my item everytime i contact customer service to see whats going on, they give me different answers first it was 7-10 business days, then 10-15 day now its up to 25 business days this is getting ridiculous. Never again will i order from here

It has been over a month since I placed my order. This site is a complete scam. I will never order with them again. What steps can I take to get refunded for a purchase I never received? There website is a hoax. Please save yourself the trouble of ever ordering from this awful and poorly run company.

Don't order from here. I made &paid for an order only to find out one item had been discontinued. So they offered to exchange it for another item. I took that option which was slightly more expensive so I paid the difference. From then on it was a nightmare as they said I'd made two orders and tried to charge me for both and just didn't send the order out at all. Terrible customer service. A pack off rip offs

I ordered some clothes I needed for work over a month ago. After a couple weeks I emailed them to find out where they were. Well I was given several different responses from they've been shipped to they're out of stock. Each time I asked to cancel the order and just return my money I received a generic email that thanks me for my patience, at this point I have none, and to please allow more time. Well the order was made on 10/15 and it's now 11/17, still nothing. Their latest email offers me a coupon for my trouble. Really a coupon? I want my money back not a coupon. This is the worst company ever! I do believe they are scam artists and no one should EVER order from them EVER!

Tip for consumers:
Beware of this site. You will pay your money for things you will never get and you won't get an honest answer from them when you ask about it. Even if you try to cancel the order they say "it's been shipped". All lies!

My order, or at least some of it arrived, nothing was as it had looked on the site or was supposed to be, when I tried washing what I had received to get rid of the stink things started falling apart - they have refused to refund my money, even for the items that were never shipped. It is a pity there is no negative rating available.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Received my parcel with the six items I ordered they are absolute flimsy rubbish. Also the sizing is completely out. I ordered XL knowing the clothes came from a China source. These will not fit my granddaughter who is a size 8. So judge for yourself. I looked up their returns service and find that they will only refund partially and then only if you can prove the clothes are the wrong size. It gives a number to call if you need customer service help. I noticed that this was a U.S.A. telephone number so of course did not phone or my bill would have been very big. Yes the clothes seem to be so cheap but that is because the quality is very cheap. They look so good on the photos on their website - do not be fooled they are not. If they get in touch with me following this email and agree to refund me my money I will get back on this website and update you all.

Ordered 2 pair of boots for Christmas. One pair came in a timely manner. I haven't seen the other pair. They took my money, but no boots yet. Ordered Nov. 26... Its Jan. 16. I won't order from them ever again!

I LOVE this site! Great quality jewelry, great prices! Stick strongly to the sizing measurements for clothing, as they are normally not far off, and you should be safe! I recommend trying them if you haven't before, you wont be sorry!

I ordered 2 corsets from them and it has been over a month and my order is still "processing". I've submitted help tickets and emails yet no response. I've tried calling the phone number during business hours and all I get is someone picks up but there's silence and no one answers. I want my money back or my products. I'm ready to file a complaint with the bank and get my money back. If I could give zero stars I would!

I have also ordered from this site 2 items costed me 35 dollars with shipping, And i ordered my 2 rings the same day that also came from china...(got them to day) so wrote the company because it had been 7 days sense i placed my order and the next morning i had a tracking number... but when i track it all it says it processed ready for UPS. I am so frustrated i don't know what to do. Its almost been 14 days witch is the estimated time for shipping to the us.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two shirts that came and look nothing like the ones I ordered. One of them was ripped. I can get no where with there return system. Just ridiculous. Do not order!

I ordered a Gecko earring, Wave design earring, Gothic style dragon earring, Pigeon note anchor Bracelet, and a women's headband on Feb. 12. I got all my items on Feb. 27! At first, I was extremely nervous because I bought from the website and didn't read the awful reviews but, it worked out great! I will order from them if I need more stylish accessories. <3
