After reading all these reviews makes me wonder if this is a terrorist organization using cheap clothing as a front to raise money. It sounds like everyone needs to stop ordering from them and before you shop online research the company first. For those that have already ordered they could have personal information about you now's the time to lock your credit and conceal your identity.

Partial order arrived today, two out of 7 items missing. I was also hit with custom fees. Horrible (plastic-y) quality and shirts are so small I can't even button them up. I wear small and medium and the large shirt I ordered is smaller than US/Canada S.

My mistake is to not have looked up other reviews online before ordering. Lesson learned.

Most of you comment on the sizing being off... do your research people! It is not the websites fault you are ignorant (probably americans) to their sizing structure. Also you are buying super cheap decent looking clothes... why the hell do you expect high quality? Give your head a shake! The service I have had so far has been great and I got what I expected for the price. The chics that think they should fit into smaller sizes, crack me up by the way... lol

7 days ago I lodged an order with Rosewholesale on the advice of a friend, but although I can see the payment has been made the order is still stuck in "processing." Apparently this means it hasn't been even packaged yet? There are no phone numbers working and the support page doesn't even work at all! I was really looking forward to these clothes for Halloween but have I just lost my money?

They will come back claiming innocence. I contacted them, they assured me that the remainder of my order in separate shipment would be here soon. That was 2 weeks ago. IM'd with refund request and have heard nothing.
Be warned. Why haven't they been stopped?

This site is pretty awesome! They have good quality items for low prices. Everything I've ordered so far has been exactly what I expected it would be. The customer service is alright. I haven't had to make any returns yet so i can't personally comment on that. But Overall I like this site and will continue shopping with them.

I am waiting for my most recent order which has been about two weeks now. But my previous order was perfect. I followed the sizing chart and it was a perfect fit. They sizes do tend to run small if you do not check your measurements. The quality is higher than what I actually expected for an $8.99 lace sleeved shirt. My only complaint at this time is that there are no washing instructions or information about the type of material. I assume wash on cold and hang to dry just to be safe. I am guessing the clothing is made and shipped from China, which is why it is taking so long to receive orders. I did pay by Paypal and will be expecting my deliver within the next week.

I thought this site was too good to be true until I received my first order - within 6 days of ordering! Best fitting swimwear I've purchased - highly recommend this site - the prices are a steal and quality is superb!

Contacted them multiple times. They claimed they shipped my item over 40 days ago. They asked me to check my address and contact my local Post Office. I already did that. This is a lot of trouble, don't waste your time with these liars. Even the shipping/tracking number is bogus.

Garments are cheaply made, often defective and way off-spec in sizing. They refuse to correct any of their errors or take responsibility for defective garments. I assume Customer service is completely automated since they cannot pass the Turing test. Working with them convinced me that there is no human intelligence there.

I ordered 2 items on September 12. Shipping was outrageously expensive, so I paid for the cheapest option. The confirmation email said it would take 10-25 business days for the package to arrive. It's now October 28... I thought about contacting them, but after reading other reviews, I don't feel like it would be worth my time. It doesn't appear that anyone else got service for bugging them.
They value the hard work that goes into making money so little. They can sure suck the money out of your bank account with no problem, but evidently cannot figure out how to actually send you what you paid for. Hope my money was worth it, Rose Wholesale. It takes me about 5 hours to earn what I wasted here. Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time or money here!

I've waited 6 weeks for my order... THEN read the reviews. Stupid of me. Currently have Australia Post assisting and will seek PayPal assistance if I cannot get a resolution. Was a very cheap purchase - looks like you get less than what you pay for though.

Update 1/16/2015: After getting the runaround from "Pearl"("Because you didn't pay the registered fee, so this package cannot be tracked."); I came here, did my review, and miraculously "Vanessa" found that "The package has been lost by the post office." I got my refund on 1/15(2 months after placing the order). In all the years I have been ordering online, regardless of the country, I have never had any issues until this. What a complete waste of time! I will not recommend Rosewholesale to anyone!

Placed an order on 11/17/2014 and still have not received it as of 1/9/2015. I tried calling the phone number and it hangs up after 4-5 rings. Submitted a ticket on 1/5/2015 and have yet to be acknowledged. Looks like they respond well on this site so let's see what happens.

So I should have done more research on this company. Extra fees on my account and possibly more as they are shipping from overseas "Please note: customs tax and duty is dependent on destination. The buyer is responsible for all associated costs"... which I was unaware of. Now reading these other reviews I will see if I even receive my package in 30 days or less. WOW.

Unlike many of the reviews, I actually did receive my two items. Both were of such unbelievably poor quality that any seamstress should be ashamed to put their name on them. People who work in this warehouse must be smoking on the opium pipe all day and be too stoned to know or see how lousy their work is. I sent in a complaint to customer support along with several pictures of a white lace crochet top. There were at least five-six large areas where the crochet work didn't even attach to the fabric. I was then advised that I should just keep the shirt because it would cost more to return it than it was worth and at that I would only receive 30% refund of what was paid. Never again will I allow myself to be duped and order from such a lousy company, save yourself the grief-shop elsewhere. My support (or lack thereof ticket number was T*******931)

One word-don't!

Thanks everyone who has posted a review for saving me a lot of hassle! Was about to order but I always check reviews! The chat doesn't work to ask questions, even though the site says it's available. I guessed the clothes would run small and according to reviews they do. I read all the hoops you have to jump through in case of a return and that's a joke. I am absolutely not ordering from this country. Buy American and know you're actually getting a decent product from people who care about your satisfaction. Sometimes cheap prices cost so much more in the long run!

This is not a fake review. You get what you pay for. I didn't pay a lot. Overall, my experience was better than I expected. My package arrived in 3 1/2 weeks. Some "one size only" items run small, while others run huge. I got a one size shirt that fits baggy like a choir robe. I also got an adorable embroidered navy smock/ peasant shirt that I love, but it runs small and barely fits. Customer service answered every email I sent within 24 hours. I think they really try, but you're dealing with a start-up located a world away. Understand the risks.

The sizes are all over the place. Took over a month to arrive. Terrible quality. You can get better quality fabric from a rag bought at the dollar store. Lost over $140 on this garbage.

------UPDATE-----The company replied here by saying they are issuing a credit and to check my email, but they never sent any email let alone a "credit".
Based on all I keep reading about this company, I doubt they'll give me a refund. I would be glad to report it if that were true, but that's wishful thinking.

------UPDATE 2/4/15--- I filed a complaint with PayPal. I suggest you do the same with your credit card company. In addition, I'm filing a complaint in IC3.gov for internet fraud. If we all do this, it will prevent them from taking advantage of more people.

I am pleasantly surprised that after posting my review at your site, customer service attended to me immediately. If they could address the issues with a contactable email for customers instead of us resorting to reviews & complaints on this site, it would have resolved issues & not tarnish their company's image. My remaining items ran out of stock but nobody advised me, hence the issues created. They will let me know once stocks arrive & keep my communication line open as I can also contact them now to check on stock arrival, which is good. Hence, I am changing my ratings now. Cheers!

I can't say any bad things about this website. I've bought items worth about 100$ and I'm happy about all of them. Items quality is even better than I've expected for such low price and support center helped me really fast, cause I've got tracking number but didn't know where to look. Clothes sizes are exactly as stated at website - just look at numbers, not S, M, L. Yes, shipping make take some time (about 3 week at festival's season time), but it's not a problem for me.

After 4 months, I have received one thin, cheaply made dress. The other item, a jacket that costed more, NEVER arrived. After FOUR months, they keep telling me to check back with my postal carrier. DO not get tempted by the pictures and the cheap prices. You can find the same cheap, china made clothes at any cheap retail store in U.S., without shipping fees. And you would actually be able to wear it regardless of its poor quality, at least you will have it in your hand. 4 Months, still no refund form missing item. SAVE your money.

After 4 months, no jacket, no refund.

Do not EVER purchase anything from them. Everything is poorly made and takes forever to come in. Not to mention if you try to return something, they never get back to you. I received a scratched up shoe with both soles hanging almost completely off. The other pair of shoes has a crooked heel.

Great website with awesome prices, interesting products. The staff there are very friendly.
The website has a lot to look at and browse and it is constantly updated.
Occasionally there are fun chances to win vouchers for special events such as Halloween or Christmas.
Shipping can be a little slow, but it's always worth the wait. One of my items ran out of stock but I was offered a refund/replacement almost right away. Very professional.
