Thanks everyone who has posted a review for saving me a lot of hassle! Was about to order but I always check reviews! The chat doesn't work to ask questions, even though the site says it's available. I guessed the clothes would run small and according to reviews they do. I read all the hoops you have to jump through in case of a return and that's a joke. I am absolutely not ordering from this country. Buy American and know you're actually getting a decent product from people who care about your satisfaction. Sometimes cheap prices cost so much more in the long run!

I have been unable to get a product. Love their items, but cannot see that they ever deliver anything. Afraid that they just take your money and will close shop any day without fulfilling orders. They responded to my first couple of questions regarding the delivery, but now they don't respond to anything.
Okay I did finally receive my product in June of 2016. Patience goes a long way here because the dress is beautiful. Not having ordered from another country before, I expected quick delivery. Definitely worth the wait.
I'm reading all this negative feed back and i am now really worried. I just placed a $300 order. I was very careful to follow your sizing charts for each item. I will be so upset if nothing fits. This is not a fake review. You get what you pay for. I didn't pay a lot. Overall, my experience was better than I expected. My package arrived in 3 1/2 weeks. Some "one size only" items run small, while others run huge. I got a one size shirt that fits baggy like a choir robe. I also got an adorable embroidered navy smock/ peasant shirt that I love, but it runs small and barely fits. Customer service answered every email I sent within 24 hours. I think they really try, but you're dealing with a start-up located a world away. Understand the risks.
Rosewholesale has greatly priced items for a good low price! There is so much to choose from everyone can find something.
I have to admit shipping does take a while, but the tracking number included gives you a safe guarantee.

I ordered back in August. Spoke to customer service several times. They told me to wait. Seriously? It's October! I should have checked the reviews and not bought from an overseas company. Everything is made in China. That is why it is cheap and draws in people. What a disgusting company. And, stupid me for thinking of purchasing from them.
UPDATE: Yesterday (10-19-15), I finally received my shirt... it came wrapped in a ham and sausage package (no joke). It is unevenly sewn and way too small. On the plus side, Rosewholesale did offer to give me my money back. So, I guess my cat will be wearing this shirt because it's basically useless for anything else.

My experience from RoseWholesale was positive. The shirt was high quality which looked exactly like the picture shown and it fit perfect. The material was thicker than I expected. They reply to emails promptly and they respond with politeness.
I don't understand how anyone can leave negative feedback for slow delivery or for their sizing so don't place an order with them if you can't wait 6 weeks and if you are a UK size i. E. small/medium then order size XL.
Be patient if you have selected economy shipping and remember how far it is. Oriental sizing will probably be different to yours so do the maths.
RoseWholesale are not scammers they have some amazing designs at very low prices!
After they took about a month to fulfil the order, without letting me know if the delay, our shipment eventually arrived 10 weeks later. I was stunned at the inferior quality of fabric and the workmanship is nothing short of appalling. Almost all the dresses are completely see-through and cannot even compare with the actual pictures. The sizes are completely misconstrued. One dress was received without a zip (the actual zip is barely hanging on both sides but no clasp to close/open the zip. How on earth can this company still be trading? I am truly stunned - whatever you do - DO NOT BUY from Rose Wholesale! There is not a minus rating so I can rate.

I bought only two times, but definately will buy more. All goods was the same as in the picture at online shop. Some difference between sizes, but it's normal. All goods are made not for European people, so everything a little bit smaller.
Ordered jeans and a coat. Size 33 jeans are spot on UK size. Also so unique that you do not see anything like them on anyone else. Really are nice and very fashionable. Price is amazing. Coat is also nice but have to be careful of sizes. I'm a UK medium and XL is perfect comparison here. Been using these guys for many years and still keep coming back. Excellent value and the delivery time is very good considering they come from another country. Trusted Seller and product always good. Prices truly unbeatable!
I cannot stress not how much you should not buy from this site. Their return policy says you have to pay to ship it back before they will refund your money. The clothes are terrible and two sizes too small. Don't waste your money. Buy local. Go to Goodwill or a thrift store, you'll be better off!

Never told that the shipping was so high, and was just flat rate. Paid. It has been 4 weeks and still have not gotten my goods. They don't respond to emails. Bad mistake to order from them. I am not sure they deserve any stars at this point...
I ordered four items on Nov. 7,2014 and have only received one of them so far (Jan. 19 2015). One item apparently wasn't in stock, which I wasn't notified of for a month or so -- however, the site was very good about letting me know what was going on with the item after that point and answered my questions politely and quickly. The one item I've received was also good quality. I'm waiting for my other purchases to arrive before I make any other transactions on this site.
EDITED FEB. 27 -- I only ever received the ponytail holder. Doesn't look like any of my other items will ever be delivered. Also RoseWholesale messaged me on their site to ask if I would write a more positive review. Don't badger me if you can't back up your business claims.

It's going to take at least two months to get your shipments, so I wouldn't suggest buying from this site if you need an item ASAP.

I ordered 3 dresses from this website. It took about 8 weeks for them to arrive, customer service replied very quickly after I emailed them about my concerns.
One fits ok, even though it's shorter that shown on their website and the belt is missing. The second was ok but I didn't like the way it fits so I sold it on ebay for a couple of $$. The third didn't fit at all. I ordered a size M, where I normally need size S. Those are made for little tiny Chinese women and not for US or EU women.
Don't waste on your money, it might be a bargain, but you get cheap made in China cloth.

Over 90% of the "problems" with Rose seem to come from lack of understanding of company policies and procedures. They do not try to hide the fact that they are in China. YOU MUST look at the measurements for each item, ignore the size. They have a ticket system for reporting problems that they reply to promptly. Its ridiculous to expect a company to spend $40.00 or more sending your 8 dollar blouse halfway across the globe 3 times, thats why returns and damaged items are explained so thoroughly in company policies. Shipping policies and times including things like your package going through customs, also thoroughly explained. When you buy you agree to comply with these policies. Maybe you should read them. Most of the complaints here would disappear.
2 months later and still no order, again shipping insurance, only partial refund, never again will I order from them, constantly told to wait and by reading previous reviews, somewhere in the world there is a place that's collecting all of the orders.

DO NOT BUY from this company! I was blown away by the prices and placed an order before checking the reviews, or their own Facebook page. That was my bad. Of the items I ordered 20 June 1 was coming apart as I shook it out, 1 was so far off the measurements provided it was ridiculous, 3 were missing and 2 were adequate. I emailed them and received no reply. Then I opened a dispute with Paypal seeking a partial refund for the missing and shoddy items which was promptly declined. They claim the missing items have been shipped but it is now 5 weeks later and nothing has arrived.
Rose Wholesale Online Shop has a favorite tab to put all your just got to have items in until you are ready to order. It will also let you know when or if the item save has dropped in price or is out of stock. Each time you log into the site you receive reward points, these point can be used to give discount at time of purchasing item from the site. I have been a customer since Dec. 2014 and have purchased clothing and jewelry, I have contacted customer service, I receive a response from them within 24 hrs or sooner, no matter how often I contact them. Like any online stores do your home work. Happy shopping!

I should have read the reviews on this site before ordering from Rose Wholesale. The items are made using cheap fabrics and the sizes are not comparable to U.S. industry standards. Even if you compare your measurements with the size charts, the dresses do not fit proportionately. The only positive aspect of this transaction is that after placing my order, I received the items within two weeks, which was better than expected since the shipment was sent from China. I am waiting for a response after initiating contact with the company on 12-08-14 They responded to my first e-mail within 24 hours but have not replied since then. I am afraid that I have wasted my money and do not recommend buying from Rose Wholesale.
Totally avoid shopping from here! I am betting it's kids or sweatshops, but even if not the old saying of if it looks too good to be true...

Very disappointed. I bought a dress-if you could call it that! It is more like a rag! And my mother bought 3 blouses. Poorest fabric you could find anywhere, badly made, uneven stitching, shabby, looked nothing like on the photos. Unfortunate, but, it's a lesson learned, I won't be buying from this or any other similar website again. I'd rather pay more and go to a good high street store for my clothes.
