Ordered on Feb 25... listed as "processing " which says it takes 3 to 10 days. It's been over a month I got no response to email and it still says processing. Not sure what to do here. I also paid 29 dollars for fast shipping...

Got dresses that looked great online - but all were awful. Shapes/designs just don't fit a normal body, sizes completely off, materials horrible. Don't know how they could have gotten the models to look good in these dresses. I have tried for a month to return the goods - with no success. Nobody is responding to emails or calls. I've just submitted a dispute with Paypal - hope that will get them to act

Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE ROSE WHOLESALE!!!!!! Either they are completely incompetent, or - more likely - they're just plain crooks.

Quality products, fast delivery and excellent customer service - definitely recommend. I had an issue with an order - but it was because I did not check the size chart for each item. Issue was resolved promptly and they always followup to make sure you are completely happy

I purchased two men's medium jackets. Both were way smaller than any other "medium" apparel I've purchased. The material is cheap and the workmanship awful. The photos on the website make the products look to be of much higher quality than they are. These jackets remind me of the type of throw away elements included in a packaged Halloween costume. In this case it's all trick, no treat.

I will never order anything from this vendor again.

Horrible company. Ordered and Paid on 8/25. Won't answer emails. Finally got someone on the phone that doesn't speak English very well... Nor do they understand what you are saying. I have been asking for a refund for 3 days now and all the lady on the phone will say is... "I refund. I refund." STAY AWAY if you don't want to waste your money.

I thought I had found a gold mine seeing all those low prices! However when I proceeded to check out I came across shipping fees of 24 dollars and up. Save yourselves the money and buy from regular online shopping sites.

Last week I wrote very negative review about my experience with this company. Since then they contacted me several times to try to find a way to make me happy. I did not want to go thru their process of photographing and measuring and returning the too-small clothes and decided to give them away. Well, in their messages to me they offered a partial refund either to my credit card (partial because I kept the clothes) or a larger credit to my "e-wallet" with them. Truth is, I really like the bag I got and may well order another, since one doesn't have to worry about size with handbags. Anyway, I thought that was pretty good customer service, very responsive, so now I'm writing a happier review. Evidently they do read these and do care about our experiences. Now, if only they can get the clothing sizes right they will get so many more orders!

I placed an order (which was confirmed) on 19 January. It is now 30 March and still nothing has been received by me. I have contacted Rosewholesale 3 times and was given a tracking number (which does not work) an explanation that public holidays affect delivery - but REALLY 2 months! This is ridiculous - What has happened to my order?

In reply to the response from Rosewholesale! Below.

The address was correct and no attempted delivery was confirmed with a calling card. I have requested my money refunded including postage (which was half of the value of the goods ordered). We shall see!

Okay, I was contacted by RoseWholesale.com to change my review if they refunded my purchase. I will give them credit for contacting me via SiteJabber and my RoseWholeSale Account. They did refund my purchase amount and shipping (make sure to ask), yet I would be very careful about sizing. Even when I purchased the largest size (and I'm petite, size 5 US pants, about 118 lbs and athletic build), the clothes still did not fit. The quality can be low average to fair, but the sizing is for very small women, assuming Asian.

My suggestions: don't buy from this company.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful what you purchase. Clothes quality is fair to average, and be very careful with sizing. Don't buy One Size Fits All unless you're about 90-100 lbs and 5-5'1".

As a student, money is tight as it is, nevermind being out of pocket for items that never arrived! I ordered in august 2015, it is now January 2016 and still am awaiting contact from rosewholesale about a refund or the arrival of my package!

Won't be buying off them again, disappointed and frustrated!

Like the others, this company is a fraud. I ordered clothing and jewelry. Did not get my complete order of jewelry. I sent email but no reply. Clothing is all garbage. Cheap material and not fit to wear by anyone. They're thieves. Don't wast your money. Zero rating from me

Rosewholesale has really awesome collection in line with current trends. Everything is reasonably priced. I have purchased lot of stuff from this site and it has always been satisfying. The after sales service is also good. I always get immediate replies to all my queries. I would highly recommend it.

Ordered last year, never received my order. Unable to contact customer service ( yeah, really stunned by that). I did enjoy the made up reviews by the company itself... one of them shows "ashley"a white girl. The review is written by someone without a clear grasp of english. Or white girls...

As stated the shirts i did receive fit my 10 year old son, not me. You'd think a simple email would remedy the situation but no, you have to attempt, for hours, to use the "live chat" complaint service. Although it seems like value for money the hassle involved is not worth the saving.

I have been looking at this company for some time, and I really liked the styles I was seeing, but thought to myself how could they sell nice looking clothing like this so cheap, glad my common sense kicked in! I ordered for the first time got my shipment at a good time took less then 3 weeks. I ordered 16 items some came quicker then other. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 because it says it's only one size difference but it's 2 sizes difference. They still fit only because I'm trying to lose weight for my cruise and now they fit perfectly. Everything was just as shown in the picture. They are cheap clothes but they will do fine just don't dry them you hang dry these clothes and they won't shrink. I really hope people read this and know how to order. The bathing suits are awesome!

Now Im no stranger to Asian websites for buying things so I already know to go a size or two up from the usual, and its worked out perfectly so far. The quality for everything ive bought has been the same if not far better than much higher-priced similar clothing at stores Ive been to in person! I love this store, the only gripe I have is how long shipping takes (expect about a month or a bit less) but if you get everything enough in advance its no issue personally.

I placed an order for 2 items on 11/21 and payment was accepted. I've yet to receive my order. I've filled out several of these damn "tickets" and no one has ever responded. The phone number is always busy or it rings a few times and then I get a busy signal. I have been unable to contact them. This company is a BIG Chinese scam. Do NOT order from them! I wonder if I'll EVER get my items. And what the hell does china post unregistered mean? Their tracking process sucks! I can't get any kind of tracking info or status.

I ordered a few sale items, expected delivery was 2-3 weeks! After placing the order I found that it comes from overseas. The sizes were not at all true. I contacted the company for return information. She suggested keeping the items and they would refund 20 % or a 50% credit since shipping is so expensive. The issue with the size I was told is due to their idea of what is small, medium, large according to oriental standards.
Do not buy from this company!

I ordered 2 items. When they arrived, the cream blouse has a blue pen mark on the front and was listed as XL, but equates to about a size 12 -way too small. The t-shirt was terribly made and looked awful. I am wondering how they continue to operate? If you want to contact them to report a problem, the links do not work, so you are stranded with inferior products that are of no use.

Don't bother - sizes are not Australian sizes

After stating they will refund my money for items that even now shows "processing" they now refer me to check out their warranty. I told them that I did not want to return items anyway as I would spend more than the items are worth to do so. They asked if I can wait a little longer (mid January) for orders that have to be back ordered. I repeatedly told them NO to no avail. It's a vicious circle. I believe its too late for me, but the rest of you... Beware! Stay away from this site. I have learned a valuable and costly lesson, just don't want others to.

I discovered Rose Wholesale by accident & found so many beautiful clothes at absolutely crazy cheap prices. I immediately bought 3 lovely tops which were ridiculously cheap & a nice quality. Their website is simple to navigate with items usually photographed at different angle so you get the complete look. Shipping was reasonable & my items arrived in a very good time frame. I look forward to more bargain hunting on Rose Wholesale
