The rosewholesale staff has a very polite manner which makes it very comfortable to message them about problems, they take each problem seriously and find a decent solution. I highly recommend rosewholesale to shop fore if your product hasn't arrived you receive your money back or a system they use called R-points. This problem very rarely happens and most products arrive within the estimated time period.

I've made purchases from Rosewholesale quite a few times, and they've never disappointed! The items I've bought were high quality for an incredible price, in fact, one of the dresses I bought was selling in zara at the same time for at least 6 times the price! Everything I bought fitted well, but I did have to check the measurements carefully before buying because of the differences between Western and Asian sizing. Make sure you plan ahead when ordering, as delivery understandably takes a while. I whole-heartedly recommend Rosewholesale.

Amazes me that Rosewholesale can delete the negative posts people put up on facebook site about your disgraceful conduct and how you think it ok to steal from hard working people but you cant respond to genuine concern from people who have purchased items from you! I placed my order 4 months ago. You took my money and no clothing arrived. No response when I try to contact you. You are nothing but "Common Thieves". This company and the people who apparently work here should be ashamed of yourselves! My concern and the concerns of many others all over the world have voiced their opinion on facebook and you just delete their comments and go about your day like you have done nothing wrong. Hopefully if just one person reads this they will know not to purchase anything from you!

Awful! Ordered clothes over a month ago, most of which were stated to be available to ship within 2-3 days.
So far received only one item. Called two weeks ago and was told the rest would ship in a day or two. Haven't received anything yet.
Started a dispute over PayPal.
Don't bother with this store.

I received the shipment of what i had ordered online, but the clothes were much to small. I usually wear somewhere between Medium and Large (European), but i looked like a stuffed sausage wearing it. To be fair, the fabric of the clothing was surprisingly good for the price i paid, but the sizes are very misleading.

If you plan to purchase anything here, make sure that you purchase 1-2 Sizes over what you would normally get. The sizes seem to be after chinese standard, and thus it is very different to European or American.

EDIT:
I've now heard back from Rosewholesale and they have refunded my order. Very good customer service as it only took one day from this review until they had sorted everything out.

I bought over $200 of plus-size clothing. First of all, I thought the items would never get here, and, in fact, am still waiting for one piece. I was SO disappointed when all the items were way too small. Not only that, they are made from thin, cheap fabric. I have been trying for two weeks to arrange a return, but they still haven't let me know the address to send the returns to.

I ordered 2 Denim jackets. I chose XL male adult. I know I did because I triple checked before completing the order. I received my product in a reasonable amount of time, about 2 weeks. Problem is they don't fit. It appears that I was shipped a children's XL. So I go to submit a "ticket' and the web page freezes and wonder submit. I try to find a phone number and the one number given is " turned off". Customer service in the last 10 years has gone down world wide. And this company is a perfect example of that. I will never order from Rose Wholesale again.

These people charged me immediately then asked me for copies of drivers license, passport, etc. which I never provided. They now say part of the items are being shipped, but after a month, there is no tracking information on the shipped items. Just received an email today that the remaining items are no longer available, and the only option I have been offered is some type of credit with this "shady" company. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from them.

People stop ordering from this company that goes under a multitude of names (as if that isn't enough of a reason). I have called them out several times, the only people they really want to deal with are the people that somehow leave "good" reviews, I assume this is a scandal also. If you order them you can expect the cheapest made clothing, clothing that may fit an ethiopian child, labels missing and that's not to mention IF you get your items after waiting for months. I truly wish I would of found this site and I never would of spent over $100.00 on their crap, it ended up in the trash after being used for rags, I am dead serious. They don't want their junk back, who would. If you read these articles and still order from them then apparently you don't understand the seriousness of how bad this company truly is. They don't want to deal with me apparently, they first denied my order at all and after I posted their email acknowledging my order I haven't heard a word.

This website is one of the best websites to order plus size clothing from, and CHEAP! They even post photos of other people our size so you can see what the item looks like on. Can't fault it except sometimes things are so popular that they go before my order is finished processing. However in that case they are very quick to respond to your queries regarding products not sent, and the refund process is a breeze. Love It!

"My order was fantastic! I received all the clothing I ordered in less then a week and I'm halfway across the world! There were absolutely no problems. I love the affiliate program as well... it has allowed me to get my next order pretty next to free! Looking forward to doing much business with Rose Wholesale in the future! I ordered a wool coat size womens xxl. It arrived without any paperwork and no tags sewn into the garment. It looks like a child's coat. I literally cannot even get my arm in the sleeve. I emailed customer support, but still no answer. The shipping was $18 so if it's the same or more to return it that's not worth the price. The coat is very poor quality. DON'T Order from them. They shipped directly from China. No US warehouse so no US standard for quality and customer service.

Waited 2 months for order which never arrived. When they finally responded to my email queries they admitted my package was lost in the system and as compensation offered me either 50% off my next purchase or a 30% refund. When i refused both offers & asked them to send the package as paid for, they cut off all communication with me & no longer respond to any of my emails. This company should be blacklisted

I ordered 3 jackets from the website that looked inexpensive but I ordered as its opposite season in here so had no choice. I wanted a speedy delivery so paid more on shipping then the cost of jackets itself. But to my surprise the material is not woollen as it is supposed to be rather a cheap rayon only. Plus I ordered all large while received wrong size for one and have no time get it swapped from the supplier now which again would cost shipping from my pocket. Feeling very disappointed.

The only reason this company has a star is because I can't select no stars!
No communication... the dress I did receive looked nothing like the picture and when I did finally get a refund it was put into my store wallet! So I can get more stuff that isn't what it looks like or doesn't show up again! The most ridiculous excuse for a business I've ever come across! -5*

I ordered three blouses. After a long wait, I received two of them in the same package. I checked the transaction online and it shows they were all shipped together. The missing blouse is still being offered for sale so I assume it is in stock. I've sent two emails through their Support Center and still haven't gotten a reply. The quality is definitely "You get what you pay for" but with one blouse missing and all the added on shipping, I paid a ridiculous amount for two blouse that probably won't survive the first washing. Oddly enough, the blouse that did not arrive looks in photos as if it is better made. I won't use this company again. I do a lot of online shopping and have never had service this awful!

Tip for consumers:
DON'T! My daughter bought her wedding dress from Ali Express and we had such good service and quality we bought a second dress from them. Based on that, I thought I'd try this company. I wish I'd thought to check reviews first!

Like many, I have experiencing problems ordering from this site. Seven weeks after the order and nothing. Sent one inquiry through their customer support centre and the response was to wait. After waiting another four weeks, I sent another ticket and no response. Very disappointing.

If you insist on ordering from this website, make sure you (1) pay through PayPal and (2) if you do not receive your goods within 45 days, file a dispute with PayPal so you can get your money back. Do not delay or wait beyond the 45 day window.

I cannot comment on the quality of the goods as I never received it!

You get what you paid for. Shame on Facebook for promoting such a shady business!

I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I placed my order. They are all true. This is a horrible company to deal with. My first topped arrived 6 weeks late with 2 black ink stains on the front and 2 sizes to small. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. Thank God I only spent $30.00. DO NOT do business with RoseWholesale. You will be sorry! I am reporting them to the California Better Business Bureau.

Pretty much a f***ing scam. Bought $50 of clothes. Paid $20 in shipping fee. When I get the clothes, a)they smell like soured milk, & b) the supposed 'medium' size would be TOO tight for even a baby to wear. There's not even a customer service to get a refund. These people suck & deserve some serious jail time for robbing people left & right. I just want my money back...

I ordered a jacket with expedited delivery and have found myself stone walled when trying to find answers to the missing product. No email replies and I refuse to ring the toll free number in-case this is an other scam. I guess next time instead of bargain hunting i just go shopping.

Purchase 5 items and received only one after three months! I have been charged for everything including 16 dollars of shipping costs! Today they claimed my order was delivered but I only received one item. Making me pay 67 dollars for a very cheap cotton sweater. I feel robbed! And I would like to know what can I do to get my money back.
The tracking info was all in chinese!

Very good selection of clothes, intimate apparel and jewelry. Extremely low prices. All the jewelry I ordered came as described, although one necklace was broke as it was an easy fix! It is not in the USA so shipping is slow They give you a tracking number but I had no luck with it, maybe you will. Overall I was very pleased and plan to do more shopping at this site.

I have nothing but good to say about this company. Very unique apparel, and pricing is unbelievably cheap yet quality is very good. You have to be prepared to wait possibly 3 weeks to receive but it is well worth it. Can't wait to place my next order. All you who complain about shipping ' they tell you it can take awhile due to customs, etc. Love their clothes! They give you tracking info so you can follow the shipment. If your in a hurry, don't bother. Sometimes patience pays off.

If there was a way to leave NO stars I would have. Ordered Sept. 1 and was charged $215 immediately. Got an email saying it was partially shipped DHL on Sept. 17 but tracking only shows that a shipment ticket was generated. No movement since then. Contacted company who only provided refund for items not shipped. Telling me they are not responsible for items not received. BUYER BEWARE.

This company has to be a scam. I ordered my clothes over 2 months ago and have yet to receive anything. Their phone doesn't work and no response when I email customer service. My bank is currently looking into it since they already received my money. Be aware!
