This company has to be a scam. I ordered my clothes over 2 months ago and have yet to receive anything. Their phone doesn't work and no response when I email customer service. My bank is currently looking into it since they already received my money. Be aware!

I've given this company the benefit of the doubt twice now and have been left very unimpressed. Shipping prices are hefty, significantly increasing the cost and decreasing the value of the order. What makes this worse is that they send items out piecemeal rather than bundling items together - I found myself waiting weeks and weeks for all the items I ordered to finally arrive. But worst of all is the fact that most of the things I bought are clearly inferior to the products displayed online. The coat I received today (ordered last year) looks nothing like the picture they used to advertise it! Will not be wasting my time and money on them again.

I don't even want to give it one star! This site seems to just take people's money and not provide the products. I paid more for my shopping than I did my products and still haven't received what was promised in 7-10 days in a month! Nor did I receive a tracking number that I paid extra for! The customer service number doesn't even work and I don't see where to submit a "help ticket", even though after reading the reviews I doubt it would help! Now they might leave some bogus, computer generated reply to my bad review and nothing will get resolved! This site is a fraud and a half! Don't waste your time or money!

I gave it a1 only because -5 isn't an option. Everything I ordered from this site was too small although the tags say extra large and other items never arrived. I've been waiting for 2 months for the last item to arrive and I haven't seen it yet.

When i first order from this website it was small but the product was all together this time around i did a big purchase it was terrible my merchandise was broken i was charged for a tracking number that did not work and i paid extra for my merchandise to arrive intact and not in pieces. The don't answer there phone, when i tried emailing them i get the email back it's like the company don't even exist and don't even try the live chat no matter what time of day night weekend and weekday it constantly says submit a support ticket which i do and still do on a daily basis because this is a recent thing and i still having trouble contacting them.

Tip for consumers:
don't order from them their product is cute and affordable but it is not worth the hassle.

Wrote wrong state in mailing address, contact RoseWholesale via email, and received reply confirming correction was made on address. It has been two month and have not received my order yet. Will never order from this Chinese company again.

I placed an order on 11/11/14 for two blouses and paid by PayPal. I finally received the one blouse in December. It was cute. I had ordered clothing from China before, so I knew to order at least one size bigger than I normally would. They said they shipped my other blouse on 12/19/14. The tracking number shows it left China on 12/26, but never arrived in the United States. Rose Wholesale will not return my emails. It is too late to file a dispute on PayPal, so I guess I am out the money. I guess it is just tuition at the school of life!

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from them! There are plenty of other clothing companies out there.

The prices are low so I did not expect amazing quality, the main problem is the sizing, I ordered $160.00 worth of mostly clothes and nothing fit, some would have fit but no zippers so if the garment has to go over your head and shoulders and bust it just isn't going to happen. Shipping was high so I hate to return anything, I am giving the clothes away to some of my smallest friends. The materials do not stretch at all. I did order a wig for a party and it was very nice and looked as advertised. Jewelry was also satisfactory for the price.

Tip for consumers:
Only order if you are petite and even so order a couple of sizes up. I ordered a pair of pants, XL that would fit a normal size small, the blouses were not quite as bad but I ordered loose styles, the sleeves and arm holes are small!

I can't even write a ticket for my complaint and their phone lines are down all the time. I have no way of contacting them as it is written in their return and warranty that they can return items that don't fit. I have taken the picture as well to prove my dispute, but can't even continue on with my ticket because every time i try to write one, the access code won't verify even know it's right. Felt cheated and very disappointed and will not be purchasing anything from them until my issue is resolved... or ever resolved.

The photo displays a large. I'm not ranting about the product, much more about the customer service.

Frustrated!
I placed my order on 12/5/14 for Christmas gifts. I am still waiting, and the tracking information is horrible. I understand when going a long distance it would be difficult to have an exact delivery date, but there is NO time frame. Not only do I not have the ordered items, but I no idea when they'll be arriving... or IF they will arrive. I wish I'd found this site before placing my order. I guess the old adage is true, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. It's scary to know you have given your credit information out. You put good faith in a company, and expect a little more in the way of customer service. I can only hope that if my items ever arrive that the quality will make up for the delay.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. My mistake. 4 of my 6 items arrived, junk. Very poor quality. Everything looks so nice in the pictures but not in person. Know way to contact the company. Paid by PayPal, planning to report it to them to see if I can recover anything.

The order I received was short two items. They did refund me for those two items. The rest of the clothes were poor quality. Only one dress was ok and I ordered in a medium but not even my daughter who is a size 2 fit it. We just donated everything. And I learned the lesson not to purchase from this site. If they even raised their valve and made the right sizes with decent quality it may not be bad, but I would definitely stay away from here.

I ordered from Rose Wholesale and then read the reviews after, like an idiot! I was terrified when I saw all the horrible reviews. I however, had no problems with my order. I got the complete order fast! The only thing I would say to watch out for are the products that are listed as "one size fits all." I'm a size 6 and everything was WAY small. My 12 year old stepdaughter will probably end up with those items.

I placed an order in January and now it is September and still havent got my item! The best is when you call no one cares and either hangs up or tells you its on its way... There is NO manager to speak to just people who barely understand English... I am trying to just get a Refund but cant even do that! This place is terrible!

Ordered two pair of shorts and within a few days the buttons on top of the zippers fell off. No they were not tight - the buttons were really cheap clamp on quality. Such poor quality it is scary. Stay well the hell away. Will never order from here again. The stuff comes from China and it takes 3 weeks. Good luck trying to talk to anyone at customer service. Why? It does not exist. AWFUL

If there was a way to put 0 stars, I would. This company is a total scam. I ordered an item that still remains on their website but they tell me that it is out of stock for every size. After about 6 e-mails, I finally ordered a shirt. They continue to send me e-mails about the first item. They say they shipped something, but they had the wrong address that THEY wrote down. They have done everything they can to avoid shipping anything. Yet, they will not return my money or send an equivalent or even a lessor priced items. Never Never Never shop from this company. Any 5 star review is written by their own employees

Jeez, I wish I would have read the reviews before I spent $50 on 3 swimsuits 3 weeks ago. I mean, I really hope they show up or I'm just going to skip going through their customer service and go straight to my bank. My bank is really good about getting money refunded as I've had to do it twice now for ridiculous things like this. Hopefully no one else has to go through this!

If I had read some reviews on Rose Wholesale, I would never had placed my order in March, that was supposedly shipped out on 3/5/14.

When my shipment had not arrived by 5/23/14, I sent a message to customer service. They assured me that it had shipped out on 3/7/14 (without explaining the discrepancy in the ship date) and offered me the following information regarding their shipping:

"It usually takes about 7-25 business days to arrive after we sent it out. But for some countries, it will sometimes take 45 days to arrive."

It is now 7/9/14 and my order has still not arrived. I just sent another message to customer service, informing them that I have yet to receive my shipment. I am curious about what they might have to say, although I'm sure it will just be more of their typical B. S.

Fortunately, I ordered only one item, which means I have wasted only $12.36, but I will never place an order with Rose Wholesale again.

I ordered 3 dresses. I only received 2. They are asian sizes so curvy girls, don't waste your time. The pictures look great but my dresses look nothing like the picture. Cheap, knock offs are what they look like. My black dress looks like a shirt it's so small and the fabric is so thin you can see strait through it. I guess that's why they sent a pair of knock off things to o with it. I ordered a cute red dress with cut outs on the side. It may be able to fit a toddler.

There is no contact info on the website to get in touch with anyone. All the "responses" from Rose Wholesale seem to be computer generated and basically say the same thing to every person.

While there are very few good reviews on here, I suggest that you do not waste your time and money, read the reviews first! I wish I would have. Like they don't get enough of our money as it is. This site is a total rip off and scam.

My order took forever to receive. I ordered two tops and they are TINY and they don't look as nice as they do on the website. No size tags inside to even check if they sent the right size. So disappointed after such a long wait. I was going to try to return them for a refund but after reading the other reviews is doesn't look like I will get anywhere with that. Looks like I will end up donating them. Won't ever buy from them again and I will tell everyone on Face book not to order from the either! Not worth it.

I paid for expedited shipping ($22) to have my new outfits before my trip, the trip came and went and still nothing! I'm beyond annoyed it's taking this long. It's taken over 20 days to receive my items! I've gotten no expected delivery date and every time I check my "partial order shipped" is what it says! Aggravating

Don't be fooled by the good prices and fashionable clothing. Half of your purchase price will be shipping because the items come from China. The sizes are also 2 increments small. I normally can squeeze into a Medium but need an XL for this retailer. You can't return items because the shipping costs $50 from US to China.

If the prices seem too good to be true then buyer beware. I ordered a sweater a month ago and still haven't received it - no tracking available or email confirmation - nothing. The website is so professional looking that it's easy to be fooled. I think after reading all the customer comments that this website should be closed down.

I ordered a blouse Sept. 17th 2014. It has not arrived Oct. 20,2014. Can't find a way to track it. What method of shipment have others items arrived? They say my email not recognized or has been removed from site even though it does show up on order form on line.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't order again, I don't want to wear out of season clothes & keep track of orders for months on end!

ericdress.com and rosewholesale.com basically had identical-looking online ordering form, but prices and color availability between each website were different, so after making two payments and two separate shipping payments, an item from ericdress came in my package from rosewholesale, and the item that WAS supposed to come from rosewholesale plus another item in the order were missing, men's large is really a ladies' small, hairpiece and clothing all stinks so bad of petroleum it's all unusable, quality is embarrassing and no response from either
