Hi all, I am having the same problem. Haven't got my order of $150 since august. The good news is, I purchased through Paypal and they will protect me. Filing a claim now. I think the good reviews on here are also frauds. They cannot keep operating like this. Don't order!

I ordered 3 dresses. I only received 2. They are asian sizes so curvy girls, don't waste your time. The pictures look great but my dresses look nothing like the picture. Cheap, knock offs are what they look like. My black dress looks like a shirt it's so small and the fabric is so thin you can see strait through it. I guess that's why they sent a pair of knock off things to o with it. I ordered a cute red dress with cut outs on the side. It may be able to fit a toddler.

There is no contact info on the website to get in touch with anyone. All the "responses" from Rose Wholesale seem to be computer generated and basically say the same thing to every person.

While there are very few good reviews on here, I suggest that you do not waste your time and money, read the reviews first! I wish I would have. Like they don't get enough of our money as it is. This site is a total rip off and scam.

Thought it would come with directions of how you put it on. I bought this for my daughter in laws birthday but don't feel it is good enough as no directions and material is cheap looking even for a beach cover up dress.

I ordered the galaxy butterfly wings cape/scarf. It got here about a week earlier than I initially expected. Tracking was easy to follow. The cape is gorgeous! The fabric is sturdy and I can use it all the time (and I do!). I could not be more pleased. I will be ordering more from them soon and already have friends who have ordered on my recommendation.

Do NOT spend any money on this website. Several of the items that I bought looked very different than the actual pictures. The stitching on majority of the clothing was messed up and some did not fit at all even though I measured myself to ensure the proper fit of the items. I am completely disgusted with this site and plead anyone to NEVER buy anything from them. Even when I tried to complain I got a generic response that did not address anything I had mentioned. This is a terrible site. Please, save your money for clothes that you will actually want to wear. The only reason this gets even one star is because I have to put something..

I didn't mind the long wait or the fact that they charged me twice as much as the merchandise cost. But what really got me mad was that they sent me two XL jackets that fit like mediums. When I asked for an exchange, they had me jump through many hoops, take several pictures, and when I finally got all my ducks in a row, they cut communication with me and won't even allow me to lodge a complaint. It's a scam. Don't buy from them.

A friend recommend I check out this website and I did. I saw so many cute things at prices that I found too good to be true! My questions is- are they too good to be true? Reading through all the reviews, I am now skeptical of this site. So many 1 stars with very similar complaints of product not shipping/ arriving in the time frame promised, issues with missing items from orders, wrong sizing, and the company being a scam. I have items sitting in my shopping cart but now afraid to press the order button. I even have doubt that the 5 star reviews are from real customers. Not sure if I will go through with my order at this point. I guess some things are too good to be true!

I just ordered today. The clothes look great, along with the prices. The first order I made, I was able to use my credit card, but the second order it would not allow me to do so, even after trying 20 times. I have stumbled across these reviews and hope that I do not experience what most of these people have. Shipping says 7-10 business days... we shall see... to be continued...

Rosewholesale are very speedy with delivery and goods were what they looked like. Very speedy arrival coming to New Zealand when you pay for the quick shipping option. Items were great. 2 items didn't quite fit me, but I was able to find a home for them.

The items i received are not at all like the pictures. I have never seen such poorly made clothing anywhere. There is no customer service. I have about $0.12 of cheap fabric mailed from china with no item #, no phone number or email address to contact customer service. The *******485 is "not available" (whatever that means). I am beyond disappointed. I really wish i had seen all the negative reviews everywhere before i placed an order. Lesson learned...

You don't really find much of a bargain on clothes, shoes, accessories etc. like rosewholesale. I've purchased items and communicated on proper sizing so I don't run into getting a size too small for me again. There was an instance where I put in an order of over $100 and ran into a problem with my card company and needed to put the order on hold and their customer service responded and held off the order the same day immediately saving me a lot of grief.

I see some of you might of had problems with shipping charges but in my case my order arrived with no problems and packaged nicely. Needless to say I highly recommend this site as I plan on doing more shopping on it in the near future, I also referred my girlfriend about the variety of styles they offer at very reasonable prices, great quality products and quick shipping in my opinion!

One of the worst outcomes of my entire on-line shopping experience. Poor quality, incomplete order, no response to request for full refund. This is one bad website to shop on. Please help me sign up to join the class action lawsuit. They have to be shut down!

First order OK, second order 2 of 5 items not available but I had to inquire weeks later to find out, then complicated system to recover funds - ended up ordering 2 items to get my money credit. Third time order was marked as "packed" but not dispatched over 2 weeks later, Did online chat, they said sorry will dispatch urgently, still no action 4 days later.
The quality between items varies, as does sizes.

One star is too generous. I ordered two shirts over a month ago and they charged me for them in less than 24 hours. That is the last I have heard. No emails about my order, they do not respond to emails or phone calls that I have made asking about the order. Its just a recording when you call, they don't even acknowledge that you are calling them. My request for a refund has also been ignored so I will be filing dispute charges of my own.
The only email that they have sent over the past month are daily sales emails, like I am gonna buy something else from them, no way! Unless you want to be stolen from, stay far, far away!

This has been the worst purchase i have ever made! I took a risk and bought $200 worth of clothes only to be infuriated with my experience thus far. I like others wish I would have read the reviews. The quality was atrocious! There wear tears in the lace, the stitching and sizing were awful. I never received my entire order and was never given an explanation. The merchandise came in plastic bags and WET! I have tried to reach out to them via phone and email and nothing! Buyers please be aware! I will be reporting this company!

Bought a shirt from them online but never indicated that it was going to take 45 days to get to the US! Although their sizes are now advertised, at the time of my order, the size chart was not easily displayed, so my shirt came in in Asian size (i. E. Large is XS for US males). Ended up not returning it because it would probably take months to hear anything back, if at all. Do not buy from this company!

I've been ordering constantly from this site and have to say that love it! The have great prices, lots of variety, and fast shipping. The only problem sometimes is you might get an item that doesn't look like the picture or not pick the right size. But for the price you pay it's not a big deal.

Nov. 18,2014 I ordered 5 items from Rosewholesale. To this day I have received NOTHING! I have written numerous times and have received numerous answers. They are a complete & total scam. They should NOT be allowed on Facebook. I also believe that the only good reviews on this site are written by the same frauds working at Rosewholesale. They speak & write the same English as the frauds I was communicating with via their support system. Do not buy from this fraudulent company. My last conversation with them is that they would return my money in 5 business days. Blah, blah, blah. It's been over 2 weeks and no return of my credit card payment. I paid $50 for nothing!

First time buyer beware is what I say, I order a item twice I cancel one and they charge me for both order including shipping now I have to pay to ship it back to them for a $15.00 item, not only was my order duplicated but one of the dresses I ordered did not arrive and they keep sending me emails back and forth and no resolution its been a month now and they keep asking me to take pictures of the package in which I did but they cant track back, this is ridiculous... let the buyer be beware Chicago

Ordered on 10-2-2014, paid for expedited shipping. Click on order # trying to track and it is immediately blocked as malicious. After reading these reviews, I know I am in trouble! Wish I had read reviews first. However I did pay with pay pal and still have time to dispute the $132.00 immediately taken from my account!

I too ordered, did not receive an order confirmation nor the merchandise. We all need to notify our credit card company, Paypal etc so that they will not allow further purchases from other customers. Then notify Facebook that it is a scam as that is where I saw the Ad & went to the site. If we don't follow through because the purchases are small amounts then they will just keep doing this to more people.

Money taken, shipping confirmed - tracking number given.
Nothing is working at all. Phone number non existent, no sign from tracking where is my order

2/11/2015 Received 3 of my 4 items. Not too shabby. You get what you pay for. Still disappointed in the way their system works. Give you tracking number and you still can't track. They need to rectify this and also the time they take to ship it.
