Last month (October 3rd), I ordered 3 tops (in a variety of sizes), a pair of pants and a skirt. My daughter and I had intended to use these items for Halloween costumes. Before we ordered, we checked the processing time for each item and paid for expedited shipping to insure that we would receive the items timely. The tops shipped October 16th, but the pants (for my costume) and the skirt (for my daughter's costume) didn't ship until October 30th... after I'd sent numerous requests for information (none were responded to) and filed a PayPal complaint. In every one of my correspondences, I requested that the order be cancelled in the event that the products would not be received prior to Halloween. Rose Wholesale ignored every one of my questions, comments and requests which was submitted through their customer service link. Luckily, I ordered different outfits last week (after receiving no response through their customer service system, I assumed that we would not be receiving our costumes). One was from a company in Great Britain (it arrived exactly when their website said it would) and the other from Macy's.
I will NEVER order from this site again:
----- The customer service is non-existent.
----- They do NOT ship after the processing time listed on the website.
----- The sizes ran very small in the tops. The size small was supposed to be for my elder daughter who normally wears a 2 or 4, but she found the sleeves to be a little tight and were not comfortable. She found the XL that I ordered had sleeves that fit appropriately and draped her better. The small was better suited for my youngest daughter (75 lbs at 5' tall -- normally wears kid sizes or xxs and 00 in womens).

I really like the t-shirt designs they show and would love to order more, but will never order from them again. They charge $2 more for "tracking", but I can never find the tracking number on the DHLglobal website, they say it shipped with. I've sent them 3 different messages and get the same "caned" reply..."check our web site". It's been nearly 4 weeks and no tracking infor available and no delivery. Will never buy from them again.
UPDATE...
My package finally arrived, 18 "business days" after it was ordered. I do almost all my shopping online and am use to getting things much sooner than that. The poor customer service was a misunderstanding regarding tracking data available on their website. It clearly stated two tracking numbers (I ordered two items) but customer service stated the items were shipped in just one package... the second "tracking number" was some sort of reference number. It is clearly a glitch in the way their website is set up, as both numbers are shown a "tracking numbers".
Customer service kept replying to my inquiries, referencing only one tracking order, it wasn't until I pushed the point of the second one, that I was told it is just a reference number, not a tracking number... even though the words, "Tracking number" is written before this "reference" number. Customer service has followed up with me, several times, to make sure I received the package and that everything was OK. Once I understood that she was not ignoring my inquiry regarding the second number, my anger subsided.
Again, I will say that I've found several things on their site that I would like to order, but don't want to wait a month to get my order. If they could manage to speed up delivery, I would buy from them, but until then, I'll continue to shop where I can get better delivery service.
I've upgraded my Overall Rating, but I would still not recommend buying from the, unless you are OK with waiting a month for delivery and living with very substandard methods of tracking your package.

I purchased 4 items last week, the website made the product look awesome, I just got my package today and I must say the items, all to be coats, were horrible! None of them fit at all. I am a medium but ordered it all in XL due to the the advisement of the sizing charts provided. Let me not get started on the material for which the items were made, POOR POOR AND POOR, crappy fabrics used. Poor overall designs. OMG I am so upset. Not to mention I paid almost 50.00 in shipping! It's understood that delivery takes long time as items are coming from China.
But below is the list of what I can't understand and do not appreciate at all as a customer.
1. Items are not as shown on pictures.
On pictures dresses looked great. The arrived items looked totally different, like they were NOT made by looking at the same pictures. Length, colors, even necklines were different.
2. Quality control does not exist.
I was not happy with the quality of the dresses - loose hanging threads everywhere (neck & bottom), missed stitching, bulging around the zipper line, liner not attached to the dress and way too short.
The list of quality issues can go on and on and on.
There was simply no quality control performed on these dresses.
3. Customer service is RIDICULOUS
When I asked for return instructions and refund, I was offered 2 options - keep these items and get a refund (or discount) of $2 (US) OR ship them back to China on my expense.
I declined both offers as I found it almost disrespectful to buyer. The quality is something the seller should be responsible for. Offering a discount of $2 for quality issues is clearly NOT A SOLUTION to me.
4. Positive product reviews on the rosewholesale website are FAKE.
There is no way, place on the website where you can submit your review/feedback about the purchased product/item. That raises the huge concern and red flag about the "positive reviews" uploaded on the web. I honestly believe those reviews aare FAKE.
BWT, I asked customer support to provide instructions on how to leave the feedback on their website. I asked this question multiple times and it was ignored multiple times.
Bottom line: This is very "shady" bussiness. Don't buy anything from them. Save those $20-30-50 and invest those money in something you actually going to wear.

I ordered on 29/11/2014 and They say It was posted on 01/12/2014. I still havenot recieved. After reading re-views, wonder whether I will receive.
What a RIP OFF! I placed my order, and all items said in stock, so I paid extra to expedite shipping, 3-5 business days it said. I patiently waited as weeks passed and still nothing. I contacted customer service and they said the items weren't in stock and they would ship in 2 weeks. When I finally received my package, only 3 of my items were in it. I contacted them again and pretty much received the exact same message, it almost seemed automated. I never received a real answer telling me when I should expect the items to be shipped. I placed my order in May and it is now August and my order still isn't complete. The worst part of it all is the returns. I bought a bathing suit, a purse, and the rest of my order was shirts. The shirts, they are fairly poor quality but wearable, but the purse strap is falling apart after using it about 3 times. The bathing suit, looks fine, fits nice, but is completely see through when wet! How am I supposed to wear a BATHING SUIT without getting it wet? I contacted customer service and again got their automated response. First they offered me $3 as a refund for their faulty merchandise, the 2 items cost about $25 and they thought $3 was a good amount. I said that wasn't good enough and they offered $6, and then their final offer was $8-10 or I can return them and pay the shipping charges out of pocket, after I already paid $35 for shipping in the first place. I own my own store, and have worked in customer service all my life, and I have never experienced such horrible service. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone! I found the site on facebook and they will be the next to hear about the experience I have had with a site they recommended.

I hope others will do a review check BEFORE ordering. I wish I had. I ordered a purse, a dress, boots and a coat which said it would take 15 days. I ordered November 12th, 2014. Two weeks later I am checking to see where the order was in the shipping process and found that it had not even shipped. Once I emailed them about I saw that they shipped it the next day but in two packages. The purse I ordered was no longer available.
I received the dress first, month after I ordered, and clearly their sizes are off the chart for someone who wears an XL according to US sizes. About three weeks after the dress, I received the coat, or atleast I thought it was a coat, it was clearly a jacket. The picture showed a coat, not a lightweight jacket. The coat was what I was most excited for and the actual reason I was ordering. I took the jacket into work to see if any of my fellow coworkers could fit it and even the smallest, skinny one could barley fit it. About 3 weeks to a month later I received the boots, cute as all get up, but definitely it had to be a childs boot because they were that small. I didn't even attempt to try them on. I was so disappointed. After two plus months I ended up having to send everything back. In the emails they ask me to send a pictures of the items I was returning before they would give me an address to return to. I tried but the size of the picture could not exceed 2 MB. Eventually I had to threaten to file a report about their sales ethics in order for them to give me an address to return to. There is NO address on their website for returns. Once I received the address then they said 15 % would be deducted for depreciation? I paid twice as much sending it back as they charged me to send it. Although one good thing I could say is that they were not slack in returning my emails. I have to say I will never order from them again. This whole process has been a nightmare. I hope this helps someone and I hope they read the reviews first. I would hate to have someone go through the experience we have had to go through.
