Whoever owns Rosewholesale also owns a few other similar companies. (Rosewe, and other wholesales-to-consumer websites). These little ads are placed on Facebook to lure unsuspecting consumers to buy these beautiful looking garments at wholesale prices. In one word, BUYER BEWARE! These are too good to be true.
I ordered a WATCH and it took 4 weeks for delivery. Reason: No available stock at time of order. You'd think they would have that info on the website.
My boyfriend ordered clothes. We received all that was ordered but the sizing was way too small. Plus, his PayPal account was double charged! When he contacted them to complain, they offered no solution or a way to fix the problem.
My biggest complaint besides the quality of the clothes, is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. The English is broken and seems to be just a warming-over of the issue instead of finding an amicable solution. They do NOT have in place a proper return policy, nor do they research and offer refunds to customers who were charged incorrectly. The website also doesn't specify where the garments are being shipped from, nor is there stock availability information.
I've read some of the other reviews today and see that we aren't the only one's who've received less than stellar service and product. What's funny is that Rosewholesale is trying to rebut the reviews with their weak apologies. My word to RoseWholesale... FIX YOUR BUSINESS! Fix the QUALITY OF YOUR GARMENTS! Fix your Payment Processing and refund policies. Fix your RETURN POLICY by offering return labels to consumers. (After reading all these bad reviews, all of your shipments should include return labels). Fix your SHIPPING TIMES! And most of all fix your CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do appreciate the returned emails and answered phones, but there is no actual SERVICE with your customer service. No resolutions and no customer satisfaction.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEWHOLESALE, I AM STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND OR MY ITEMS SENT! I ordered 3 items of clothing from Rose Wholesale on 4th September 2015, paid via paypal and they said it was shipped 2 days later. I waited 3 weeks and emailed them and got told it can take up to 25 working days so I had to wait. I did wait and the items still didn't turn up. I contacted them again and they said "please confirm your details and shipping address", yes all correct. I was then told I had 3 options. 1st option - I could have a store credit valued to 50% of what I paid for the original items or 2nd option - I could have a cash refund of 40% of what I paid refunded back into my paypal account or 3rd option - I could pay 50% of the total items again plus reshipping fees and they would try to send the items again. What a joke. I asked for a full refund or the items to be resent at no cost to myself, only to be told that they can't do that as it is a loss for them as well. I have since contacted Paypal and I have opened a dispute. Hopefully they will be able to help me, it's been over 2 months since I first ordered. I will keep you updated on what happens with Paypal.
Just an update, Paypal have contacted RoseWholsesale on my behalf and I received an email from Paypal saying that I will be receiving a full refund! I am so happy and advise anyone who has had problems with not receiving their items to contact Paypal.

I wasn't even saying negative things on my last review but get ready.
My last review was about me worried and hoping my shipment gets here in time because of reading bad reviews. Then the company messages me saying the refunded all my money as "a gift" that I didn't ask for.
I thought that was very kiss $#*! but still, free stuff is very nice of them. So I reply saying thanks, that was not necessary bla bla bla. And I think to myself "online customer service is hard to get a hold of in these days" so while I have them here I ask a question.
I paid for faster shipping but my confirmation email says a longer date. They've already refunded my money so I guess it's not as big and issue but I paid for fast shipping. So I ask what delivery time I should anticipate. Easy question. Reasonable.
The next message I get just completely ignores my question and talks about whether or not I received the refund, this is your tracking info yadda yadda. And it says "This has never happened before." what hasn't happebed? A customer has never asked you a question before? Spare me.
Did I ask for a clarification on this effing refund?! Then they have the nerve to ask me to update my review stars within 1-3 days and to let them know when I have. F*** no. I asked the easiest of easy questions and you fully just ignored me!
I tracked my package and it says "Item is pre-advised" which means the shipper hasn't even recieved the package.
Customer service isn't a volunteery refund. It's ACTUALLY PAYING ATTENTION to my concerns.

Worst absolute service that there is... I ordered 2 shirts in September, You took my money. You told me that one shirt shipped Oct 12 and the other Oct 14th. Okay it took till the middle of November to even see the first shirt. I still have not recieved the second shirt. I have inquired several times about it and got the run around. IF YOU PAID WITH PAYPAL, BE SURE AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES. PAYPAL IS SUPPOSED TO STAND BEHIND YOUR PURCHASE. I disputed on-line with Pay-Pal and it was really going no where, so I called them. They were willing to issue a full credit if I would return the items to the seller, giving Pay-Pal the tracking number so they can confirm delivery. The seller was in CHINA and the postage would be as much as I paid for the items, plus, there is no way to CONFIRM delivery to them. So Pay-Pal was willing to go ahead and issue the full credit.
I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES THROUGH WHATEVER MEANS YOU USED TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE!

Only 3 of the 4 items that I ordered from; http://www.rosewholesale.com on October 3 have been delivered. The 3 garments that have arrived are not sized according to what was listed (they are all too small, yes I am aware the sizes are Asian sizes, however, the measurements they provided (example Bust: 126CM) on all three items (the 4th item has still not arrived) is INCORRECT) and/or made of shoddy material.
I asked to return these 3 items, cancel the undelivered item and have my money refunded. They said I have to return them at my expense and they would only give me 50% of what i paid back.
THIS IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY!
By reading other reviews (hindsight) from people about this company, I think it's set up as a scam. I would rather just be done with them.

I received my order via DHL quicker than expected... I paid the extra cost for tracking information etc. so I guess that's why. I opened the package immediately with excitement of seeing the great buys I found on the rosewholesale. Come website. The photos showed really beautiful items at low wholesale prices. Well, all I can say is that "YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET"... I order a Vintage Jewel Neck Full Lace Spliced Long Sleeve Dress in Blue. The dress had NO JEWEL AT THE NECK, hemline is nothing like the photo shown and looks like a 10 year old made it. It is HORRIBLE! Very poor quality. It's as though it's not finished. I ordered the Sexy Plunging Neck Short Sleeve Spliced Backless Dress and the stitching was off in the back. I don't know how their quality control department could allow it to leave the warehouse in that condition. The front was not made as the photo shows and it came with a hole in it. I ordered the Print Spliced Backless Hollow Out Elegant Halter Sage Maxi Dress For Women... the dress is stitched poorly and doesn't fit properly in the back. The color is as shown in the photo however, the bottom is not made correctly. I also purchased (2) of the Scoop Neck Long Sleeves Lace Splicing Backless Sweet Dress For Women for my twin daughters. The dress looks nothing like the photo. It is very poor quality and looks more like something my girls may wear as a Halloween costume. I ordered the dress for a charity ball which is taking place on November 6th... now my girls have nothing to wear. I am SO DISAPPOINTED! I ordered the Casual Women's Snow Boots With Multicolor Fur and Mid-Calf Design for my sister for her birthday. The fur at the top has rips and the boots were super thin like they would be better as house slippers. The only product that was as shown that I ordered is the Silicone Demi Cup Extreme Lift Bra With Straps. If you want a little extra this is ok. DO NOT PURCHASE CLOTHING FROM ROSE WHOLESALE! I have tried to put in a ticket for the items but the site is not allowing the ticket to go threw.
All I've gotta say is that there is inexpensive and than there is CHEAP! Merchandise shouldn't be allowed on the Market...

"This store is the WORST WORST store Ive ever had to deal with. In my opinion no one should buy from it. From my experience all the items I bought were flimsy, fell apart almost instantly and Itched the $#*! out of my skin AND I dont have sensitive skin! But by far the costumer service is the WORST I ever had to deal with. It started on the 10th of March 2014 and was not over till a couple days ago. Thats 3 months of this $#*!.
I bought a package from them that cost $166.11 USD with 79.85USD of that in postage. I payed for fast postage (getting items for a friends birthday) and the didnt come within the 14 days. After a while I inquired about it and a few weeks later they sent me the package BUT they delivered me the wrong package THEN made me pay to deliver the package to the other person. Finally after a couple of months they sent mine AND it was MISSING 3 of the items I payed for and they sent me a broken item. They refused to refund me the huge postage and handling fee for just the items that were left out and were so difficult to deal with over messages I wanted to buy a plane ticket just to deal with them in person.

I am one who did receive my item from them after I threatened by email to start a campaign so tough they would send me my items. I have already posted that along with a picture. I ordered several items, thought I had nothing to lose. That initial order had a few things arrive within a few weeks but 2 items were not available then and were to be shipped separately, 1st thing wrong. 2nd: they also said 3 items were not available at all and offered a coupon to make up for those. 3rd: one of the jackets I ordered was completely "off" from the description. It was a shorter version, the shape was very different from the photo, and polyester not cotton as listed…I never would have ordered it if the photo/description matched what I received. Otherwise the first items were ok, not high end but overall fine for the price. I ordered XLarge, and am a Medium usually. The coupon frustrated me the most and had me wondering if they simply offer this but don't really care that the system doesn't or can't process it properly. At first I ordered for the amount but was going to be charged (for items I already paid for) AND about a $23 + delivery charge. After contacting them they explained only a couple of $ would go toward delivery. Ordered again, the order again wouldn't process without payment. Wrote again and was told that sale items don't apply. Tried to order a third time (the order would not go through without additional payment) and was told I had to order more for the order to process.
So overall, I had some items that were alright, but with the things out of stock and how the coupon failed to work ( I gave up, felt like they didn't care much whether it was actually processed properly…seemed almost "intentionally" set up so additional fees might be overlooked?) you're taking a chance with your order. It might be fine, but if items aren't available or are a lot different from what is pictured - you might not end up saving as much as you'd hoped for. The second part of the order came a few weeks later…the items were fine except one wrap smelled mildewy (hope it comes out after it's laundered). I won't take any more chances with their products just because of the three things that went wrong with my first order.

You see all these bad reviews about Rose Wholesale... they are true. I have experienced it all. Really nice looking online but, the sizing app online is incorrect and does not work. I ordered 2xx the largest shirt they make and I still couldn't button it and I am within 5lbs of my ideal weight. The sizes are for Juniors NOT adult sizes. In the USA a 2xx would usually be like a camping tent on me, as-in huge. I used the size chart they provide on their site and opted for the 2xx, the largest size that they have, which would normally fit a NFL football player in the USA, it is still too small. Then they give you 4 options for a return. 1. Keep the item and refund you 20% (my $36 was only $5.28 us. RIP-OFF 2. $11 store credit, keep the item RIPP-OFF 3. Select another item at 70% of cost plus free shipping RIP-OFF 4. Refund $26.43 of my $36 total order and I return the item to china after shipping that is still a total loss for me RIP-OFF. NONE OF THE OPTIONS ARE A COMPLETE REFUND. Bottom line this is a SCAM. The cloths look really nice but this is the thinnest material you can possible imagine, paper thin. If you deal with this Chinese company you do so at your own expense. Yes as others mentioned it took weeks to get my order. And after going back and forth a few times communicating by "their" online dispute resolution center they stopped communicating, and I was firm but professional the entire time. They wanted me to send pictures, I did, 3 of them, then they said the pictures had to be with a measuring tape or similar, which I did and they said they were not good enough, Like I have to be a professional garment photographer to do business with them. You are an idiot if you do business with Rose Wholesale. Buy American. We have Ethics.
