I bought my potential wedding dress on here (beach themed wedding) & a month later still haven't received anything! There's no email or way to actually contact them so you're just stuck waiting. The website gives you NO information. Never ever buying again.

On the pictures everything looks so nice and prices are like a dream, but reality is a nightmare.
I was waiting 2 months for my parcel and then such a disappointment! Their 'ONE SIZE, fits to XS to M', was meant probably in midget world. I felt cheated and like an idiot, believing in their services. Models on the pictures must be also midget sizes because on them items look pretty normal, but what I received was a joke. I am European size 36-38/UK size 10-12/US size 8-10, rarely one size more, really depends on mark and maker, so I was sure that clothes will fit me.
I was going to overlook terrible quality, because, being realistic, what can I expect for this price? Customer service was polite and fast, but when they suggested me to keep the small clothes and pay 85% of price for a new correct sizes, instead of shipping them costly back, I gave up and just joined other disappointed here, and trying to warn new victims.

Terrible. Zero customer service at all! One of four items not received and its been over a month! Wish.com is a way better site with the same clothes. Will Never Shop here again. Submitted a ticket almost 3 weeks ago still no response. Maybe they don't speak English?

This website is a scam. I placed an order back on 10/11/14 for one item and have not received it 2 months later. They have had my money since 10/11/14. Customer service, like many other reviews, only offers me to be patient.

Unfortunately I have not been able to enjoy the 4 clothing items I purchased on 11/27/14 because I still haven't received them! Of course, like many of you, I've been in contact with them through their customer support messaging service. Although it's different people that respond, the messages are similar. "It takes a long time 30-45 business days", (clearly longer than that), "You got cheap shipping so no tracking number", and "please be patient" (in response to my refund request).
All in all, not happy with how things have gone down. Hopefully I'll actually get what I paid for. If not, then I'm out $70. :(

I ordered a dress, it arrived after one month and looked terrible. Nothing at all like the picture on their website. Much shorter, in see-through cheap material, loose threads hanging everywhere, looked like something my 10-year-old kid could have made for fun.

Paid 53$ expedite shipping for 20$ product. Even though they were not processing. Everyday i was checking with support and they keep telling me it will be shipped within 24 hours. After 5 days of harassment finally out of nowhere they have cancelled my shipment. Such unprofessional.

Initially this started out as a poor review BUT they made good on a resolution. By their recent action I have changed my opinion about this company and its customer service.

The best advise is to pay close attention to sizes, maybe order a much larger size.

Absolutely so disappointed. Rubbish quality, Sizing chart accuracy is atrocious. Absolute waste of money. Everything I bought I cant fit. BUT thankfully they have said they will give me a full refund - less the freight costs of course. So just waiting to see if that pans out.

I ordered an outfit on Feb 2 2016 for valentine's day. It still says processing, they took my money, and it's 17 days late. Phone hangs up after 5 rings and their email on site is invalid. I want some answers!

Really piss with this company, order stuff and the sizes were totally off, that's ok, but no way to return for exchanges. Then I ordered two other items, got one and months now I am still waiting for my dress. Shame of them.

Most of you comment on the sizing being off... do your research people! It is not the websites fault you are ignorant (probably americans) to their sizing structure. Also you are buying super cheap decent looking clothes... why the hell do you expect high quality? Give your head a shake! The service I have had so far has been great and I got what I expected for the price. The chics that think they should fit into smaller sizes, crack me up by the way... lol

Everything that could possibly go wrong with my order for a jacket there is not enough room here to tell the whole story. As of this morning I was told I ordered 2 jackets (totally false) and that they had been sent out. I have been made promises of partial refunds and free shipping but none of that has happened. The bottom line is that the sizing on clothing is for the typical person in China is not the same as in America. They've acknowledged that. I am out the price of 2 coats. Customer service, although they make an effort is inadequate because it has to bee done on email from their website. So many errors have been made I would tell everyone not to take a chance at losing your money here. Gerald Voigt New York, NY

Read the refund policy, which keeps changing, an never buy clothing from them. The jacket I got is great. It is just not an American medium. (It is a Chinese medium)

After reading all these reviews makes me wonder if this is a terrorist organization using cheap clothing as a front to raise money. It sounds like everyone needs to stop ordering from them and before you shop online research the company first. For those that have already ordered they could have personal information about you now's the time to lock your credit and conceal your identity.

Unlike many of the reviews, I actually did receive my two items. Both were of such unbelievably poor quality that any seamstress should be ashamed to put their name on them. People who work in this warehouse must be smoking on the opium pipe all day and be too stoned to know or see how lousy their work is. I sent in a complaint to customer support along with several pictures of a white lace crochet top. There were at least five-six large areas where the crochet work didn't even attach to the fabric. I was then advised that I should just keep the shirt because it would cost more to return it than it was worth and at that I would only receive 30% refund of what was paid. Never again will I allow myself to be duped and order from such a lousy company, save yourself the grief-shop elsewhere. My support (or lack thereof ticket number was T*******931)

I thought this site was too good to be true until I received my first order - within 6 days of ordering! Best fitting swimwear I've purchased - highly recommend this site - the prices are a steal and quality is superb!

I had ordered items that looked amazing online, when I had received them they are nothing like the picture and way to small. Even after ordering 1-2 sizes bigger than what I normally need. I had tried to call customer service with no luck and also have submitted a request for refund. They wanted pictures of why it needs to be returned, which to me is not right because it does not fit. Hope if you do order from here you get better luck then I did!

So I should have done more research on this company. Extra fees on my account and possibly more as they are shipping from overseas "Please note: customs tax and duty is dependent on destination. The buyer is responsible for all associated costs"... which I was unaware of. Now reading these other reviews I will see if I even receive my package in 30 days or less. WOW.

Garments are cheaply made, often defective and way off-spec in sizing. They refuse to correct any of their errors or take responsibility for defective garments. I assume Customer service is completely automated since they cannot pass the Turing test. Working with them convinced me that there is no human intelligence there.

I am waiting for my most recent order which has been about two weeks now. But my previous order was perfect. I followed the sizing chart and it was a perfect fit. They sizes do tend to run small if you do not check your measurements. The quality is higher than what I actually expected for an $8.99 lace sleeved shirt. My only complaint at this time is that there are no washing instructions or information about the type of material. I assume wash on cold and hang to dry just to be safe. I am guessing the clothing is made and shipped from China, which is why it is taking so long to receive orders. I did pay by Paypal and will be expecting my deliver within the next week.

7 days ago I lodged an order with Rosewholesale on the advice of a friend, but although I can see the payment has been made the order is still stuck in "processing." Apparently this means it hasn't been even packaged yet? There are no phone numbers working and the support page doesn't even work at all! I was really looking forward to these clothes for Halloween but have I just lost my money?

I recently made an order from Rose Wholesale. I got my order within 2-3 weeks no big deal but almost every dress was completely see through and the shoes I ordered have 2 different buckles on them one silver, one gold. Their prices are crazy cheap and that's why you can't use what they send you. I am disappointed.

I've waited 6 weeks for my order... THEN read the reviews. Stupid of me. Currently have Australia Post assisting and will seek PayPal assistance if I cannot get a resolution. Was a very cheap purchase - looks like you get less than what you pay for though.
