Ordered 2 dresses from RoseWholesale online on 9 August 2015. Received one after 2 weeks. Could not get it over my head to try it on. Neck opening was even too small for a child and there were no neck fastenings such as zip or ties to help get it over the head.

The other dress was shipped 2 days later and it has still not arrived as of today 5 October 2015. I believe that 2 months is too long to wait for a delivery from online. I would love to give a good review, but unfortunately my experience with this company so far has left a bad taste in my mouth and I have been discouraging my work colleagues from ordering online from them.

I ordered a few items online and they sent me three payments that never got processed. Surprisingly I got a tracker number that has not moved for the last 8 days. I have emailed several times the company to clarify the issue and I have not received any response yet. Phone number and the live chat in the website are not working. This business is on the legal limit regarding consumers management. If this issue continues I'll get in contact with the state office that manages Scams companies to investigate this company's business.

Not what I saw on my laptop when I ordered. I spent $2,000 with this company two months ago and I haven't received my order nor money back. This is a Lawsuit! I was better off going to Walmart or some place nice. I payed extra for delivery. You people will not get away with this money scam. My Mother Sews and make clothes better than you lames! Along with expensive fabrics too. Don't waste your time or money.

This website has been nothing but a hassle. I ordered a dress over 10 days ago and it still only processing. At this rate I won't get my item for the special event that I need it for and so I'll have to go out and buy another dress. I even tried to contact them by phone and never heard a reply. Try to find an email to contact them on their website and no information. Dissatisfied with their service, disappointed with their lack of communication and morals, and ashamed I even purchased anything from this website.

I purchased a top and long cardigan from Rose Wholesale. Products looked great at fantastic prices. Was so disappointed when my package arrived. Both items looked so cheap and the colour of the top was nothing like the nice grey colour that was portrayed in the ad. More a dirty water colour. Would never wear these items and will definitely never buy from this company again. Would rather go into a shop front and see what sort of quality I am getting for my money. Sorry, no quality at all here.

DO NOT... I repeat Do not order anything from this company it is the biggest scam ever... They will take your money out in a heart beat, and give you some bogus $#*! excuse on your order... They claim I only ordered two Items 17 days ago, that I have not received, when I ordered four. They have charged me for all four items... I contact them daily with no response... If you look at their replies they are all generic... This company needs to be closed down, and reported. I am going to contact PAY-PAL, and post bad reviews every where I can... I can them ******* stars... wish they had negative stars...(But they can't send you what you ordered so why would they)... very dissatisfied... If I do receive my items, and a good explanation I will review them as I fill that as a consumer I was treated...

I saw their ad on Facebook. I went to their website and loved the photos. But the 'one size' fits all and 'plus size' descriptions threw me off. I decided to google them for reviews before ordering. I am so glad I saw all these comments. There is no excuse for months of delays when you are running a business and paying for advertising on Facebook. So glad I did not place my order which would have been in the hundreds. Scary stuff.

So happy when I finally received my watch... it's just as advertised! It does what it says it'll do and looks just the same as the pictures. I say "when I finally received it" because the only issue I had was that when I didn't see the item ship I contacted RoseWholesale customer service. They answered very fast and let me know that it was on back order and gave me some other options... of course I was disappointed but I chose to wait and sure enough it shipped earlier than expected and I was able to track it... so I will be ordering in the future they made me feel very comfortable and secure of their company. Everything is as advertised and it has quick responders for any problem. Two thumbs up!

I ordered almost $100 of merchandise 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my merchandise. They did not send me a tracking shipping number. When I try to contact customer service... nothing. Live chat. Does not work. I will call pay Pay Pal to see if I can put a stop payment because this sounds like a scam. Unfortunately, I did not execute my due diligence when it comes to the company location and who I was dealing with...

I'll not purchase from this company again, and I hope you dont either...

Do not buy anything from this supplier, they did not send me everything that I ordered. The clothes that I ordered are very different sized, even though I purchased them all at the same size. I purchased about 10 items, and only received 3 items. Also the pictures do not match up with the product seen online. I sent an email to cancel my order and request for a refund, however they don't seem to want to help me. Instead they sent me a coupon, which seems like they are trying to waste time. I don't think they will give me a refund, given there has been no genuine response.

I checked around online and found both positive and negative reviews, so I was a little worried about how things would turn out. I placed a small "experimental" order of 3 items (2 tops and a corset). My order arrived quickly and everything was in perfect condition. No problems at all. Clothes fit nicely and the corset is my new best friend! I'm already planning a larger order for the near future.

I placed an order October 10 and only received two of five items.
It is impossible to talk to anyone, they tell you to leave a message but never return the call.
When I emailed them they gave me a tracking number but it doesn't help much just says its been sent, to where?
I was hoping to add a few of these items to my Christmas presents but its not looking too good and my money being returned was never mentioned :(

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you are in no rush for your product because it may take a while.
And if you don't receive your product be prepared to fight for it.

I want to return two items which are for too small. I am size 12 and ordered size XL. The tops are more like 8/10. Cannot get any info on how to return. I know if I just send them back to the address on the packet even with order numbers etc that will be the last they are heard of. I will never learn. Motto. Only buy goods from companies you know and whose sizing isn't designed for children. Never never again.

I placed an order with Rose Whole Sale. It has been 2 weeks that according to the trackers has been waiting to be picked up. No one questioned why this package has been setting around for 2 weeks. When I contact the company I can only leave a phone message - no call back - just an email stating it is ready for pick up by DHL. At this time all I want is my money back since they had no problem processing the payment on my charge card.

If ya think this is a fake review, you're probably a $#*!.
I got what I ordered, and it met my expectations for an 11 dollar sweatshirt pretty sufficiently. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on their capacity to actually deliver it- and pretty much assumed it was a scam, but I had 20 dollars and some change to blow on the purchase and the shipping- so I said why the $#*! not and did it.

Pretty cool sweatshirt, but it really won't match anything my friends wear, since I'm from a middle sized town and not gay- but if I ever become an anime character this will definitely help in a lot of ways. Thanks rosewholesale.

Placed an order about a week ago and only received 1/2 of my order, however they claim the other half is on the way. I followed the size chart, but the clothes I got for my 18 year old sister look like they might fit a 10 year old. Would love to return the cheap crap I was given, but don't feel it's worth it to pay the shipping. Worst online place i've shopped on. Wish I read the reviews before I made my order!

I ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. After reading all the reviews I am afraid I will probably never get it or it will be too small. Also, don't bother trying to contact them, it is impossible. Someone needs to shut this site/business down!

Ordered a jacket on August 20. Forty-one days later, and after contacting the seller twice, the jacket has yet to arrive. They claim it shipped on August 22, but clearly that is untrue. Just contacted Pay Pal for a refund. I wish I could give the company zero stars.

I'm always leery of websites that popup on facebook, but I saw a blouse that I really liked and decided to check it out. Shopping was easy and options, plus variety is amazing. I ordered the blouse in my size, however the sizes are smaller than stated. My daughter loved my blouse so much, I gave it to her, and just ordered 1 size larger. (I do like blouses on the looser side). When I thought the order was late, I contacted customer service, and they were great! I received my delivery within a day

Ive found Rose Wholesale really good - the products are as depicted and good quality. I can buy items that are a bit different so I don't see my top worn on others. The sizing can be a bit off though so care needs to be taken when making selection - Medium isn't always Medium and sleeves on some items are the same circumference the whole length (ie doesn't take account of muscles or bingo wings).

When shopping at Rosedale my products come very quickly which is pleasing. Also for the most part the items are similar to the picture. However sometimes they have not been the best in quality of the clothes. My recent shipment had simple sewing mistakes on 2 of the denim shorts I ordered and my earrings fell apart before I even opened the package. This simple faulty mistakes are very annoying to say the least.

We ordered and paid for 197.00 worth if merchandise, after two weeks I emailed to track the order. I received a return email stating I need a copy of my credit card, my photo I'd with address and other vital info on it before they can process my order. Remind you that they have my money and I have no merchandise. Please do not do business with this company. I am so upset now.

I shop a lot online and am usually satisfied - most of my shopping is with major companies that have websites. I started venturing into other areas, and am I sorry I did so - especially in terms of the size and quality of the items received... on the website the clothes looked well put together, fit properly and were really nice looking... and the price was incredibly right... only to prove that old adage "you get what you pay for". The items arrived, and they were horrible - cheaply made of awful materials, the seams were uneven and they were at least two or three sizes smaller than what was listed... of the items there were two that I might wear to walk my dogs, the others were total losses. I was most disappointed and will never buy from that website again. I guess I'll donate the clothes I can't wear - or use them as dust rags, I certainly can't wear them. So unless you're incredibly tiny and claim to wear a large, you are going to be vastly disappointed - I know I was.

Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau about RoseWholesale? I wish I had read the reviews first myself. I put in an order on August 11 and still no word on my shipment or anything and today is September 3. I placed an inquiry to them today. But after seeing these reviews I am mortified that I just threw money out of the window!
