Terrible service, checked out my first order of 110 euros and got it shipped to ireland what they didnt tell me was I would get hit with 15euro of customs charges the reason i chose flat rate was to avoid costs, a month later and no refund issued and was basically told customs charges are not thier issues, Also bought and paid for items on 18/07/14 they didnt ship them until 25/07/14 and didnt inform me of any delays its now the 25/08/14 and still havent arrived, The same order was one I got sent to AUSTRALIA which is closer to China and 1 whole month later and the items still have not arrived and the person who i sent them to get them has now left australia to come home like disgraceful, I also got 5 automated responses and in one instance i got an answer to a question I didnt even ask its like talking to idiots, Also the items are not top quality their version of large wouldnt fit a 12 year old tried a shirt on I wouldnt get my hand into the sleeve threads showing and bits not placed properly, They takes ages to reply and wont issue refunds and say they have a 7 day returns policy but yet cant ship your items to you in under a month, cheaper and better service on AMAZON do not go near them they are useless and a disgrace to online shopping never again, I also tried to contact them on facebook and write reviews on their products which I am entitled to do and instead of dealing with me they deleted me from their page and blocked me from it, its run by a bunch of idiots and immature fools

I recently placed an order through Rose Wholesale totaling over 100us dollars. Half of that was on the Casual Style Long Straight Human Hair Hair Extension For Women. Before ordering the product I sent an email inquiring about the stock pictures of the product. I was told via email that it would be like the second to last picture. Three weeks after placing the order (which is normal for overseas shipments) I received only part of the hair extensions. One of them has a defective clip. And the extensions were not as pictured in any of the photos. I received what I thought was the rest of my extensions (shipped from a different carrier/provider) two days ago... only for it to be socks! Thats right, socks! In the past 72 hours I've kept in correspondence with the company only for them to dance around the fact that they; misrepresented the product, shipped defective item, and shipped another item that was not ordered. I was told that the company would pay me 80% back and not for shipping. Unfortunately shipping is half the cost. Its not the consumers responsibility to pay for negligence of shipments and products. I'm completely unsatisfied with the company and fully plan on within the next few days contacting Paypal as well as ICPEN(International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network).
Now to be fair, I'll let you know about the other products I purchased. I'm completely satisfied with them. Sadly though with there customer service, it's like one bad apple. It can spoil the whole bunch if not handled correctly. Before receiving the extension s I fully had planned on purchasing more items from the company.

This is an update: I stand by my review of this company. If you think this company is resolving issues by responding to the reviews - your WRONG! I have responded to their request for my order number by telling them I have no order number because they never sent a confirmation. There is no reason in the world they can't look this up by name and address. Once again I have sent 3 messages asking how to return the merchandise and get a refund and have gotten NO RESPONSE! The company is a joke. I will not waste any more of my time with them. If you don't want to be taken to the cleaners DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! As for you Rose's Wholesale - I will be bringing your company, this website and all the negative responses to the attention of the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. You should be shut down for fraud!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered 3 men's XL shirts, never received a confirmation that the order was placed, so I don't have an order ID. Waited over 2 weeks to receive them. To my surprise they wouldn't fit a 12 year old boy, let alone a male adult of any size! Website sates call Customer Service for issues - they are open form 8am - 9 pm. Tried calling for 4 straight days. All you get is an answering machine. Left numerous messages - NO ONE CALLS BACK! This company is a scam and should be ashamed for it poorly advertised products and lack of customer service. Again, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to loose your money!

I immediately contacted my bank twice and both times my bank told me that there is no refund to my account. I will be forwarding these new emails to my attorney so he can proceed to contact the necessary people to report this company. It's time for our government to get involved and keep this company from doing business with America sobus Americans do not get ripped off by other countries trying to do business stealing from us.

The first clothing I ever purchased from this site came within the said 7-25 business days by arriving on the 17th day to Gold Coast Australia (apparently it was shipped from Germany). As such, I have nothing to complain about shipping wise. Since I knew that the sizes run small, I purposely bought a size up and it fits perfectly! (yes, even if the size chart indicates that you can fit into a size, still buy a size up!) So I can't complain about that either. As for the quality of the clothing, it matches the displayed photo and is in excellent quality apart from the fact that it had some loose threads here and there, and that it needed to be ironed, which wasn't a huge problem for me.
Customer service wise, they got to me within 24hours, as stated on the website, and offered solutions to my predicament regarding how I was unable to receive points for reviews. However, when i messaged them back to confirm something, they still have not replied to me yet. I can't say for sure how well they handle more complicated issues such as refunds etc, since I did not require such actions to be done.
My next order (which I purchased on the 30th of January) arrived in 10 business days from Germany, which I was very pleased with. This time I ordered two dresses. Sizing wise they were both "onesize" which can fit sizes XS-M ASIAN sizes. Hence I found one of the dresses a bit tight, but I was expecting that, so no problems there. The second dress however, looked as if the inner package was opened since the dress was a little dirty, and wasn't folded properly like the other dress. I was a little disappointed with that. If it wasn't for that, I would've given my second order 5/5, but instead, I will give it a 4/5.
Tip for consumers:
Take into consideration that this website is based upon Asian sizes, and would therefore be smaller than what you're used to. So always buy a size or two up depending on the size chart provided! However, do note that you cannot do so for "Onesize" clothings.
Also if you buy certain products with certain patterns (like maybe a floral one), the patterns on the actual clothing can differ slightly from the advertised photo (eg. bigger flowers than on the photo).
I place an order two weeks before thanksgiving and it took for ever to get to me. Not to mention that the shipping was high for no reason and I got my order like the second week of December. Unbelieveable and it was only three items but all together it but the real joke is I ordered a total of 9 items and only three out of the 9 why would u only send me 3 thing and not all of the items make matters worse I just got a e mail yesterday about they shipped out my things I emailed the people to speak to them inregaurd of this and no one e-mailed me back and I live in Florida. When I called no one picked up phone number did not work and I went online to the chat their chat is 24/7 I believe and I spoke to someone and they told me I need to call at nite because we are in different time zone so I call them at midnight est in Florida and it was moring over their in China. And then on top of that they tell me one of them items I order is out of stock I said wait when I place the order it was in stock. They then said the disturbing company no longer make that dress these people really did not try to help me at all here it is damm near January and I still haven't gotten all my things I am taking it as a loss and a lesson learn I will never deal with this company ever again and I will review all company before I place an order to see what other people have been thru.

It has been over a year since I made an order of three items. I recieved one of my items about a month later and have yet to see the other two items., They sent me an email a month ago saying my items shipped and would be up to 25 days to receive. They included a tracking number and an order number - neither of which work at all. I can't even send them an email with a complaint because the order number they gave me does not come up on their system. So much for that money. Definately a scam! Do not use this company.
Good on the internet so they can continue to scam more people. Shame on this company. While $20 is not a big deal, it is my money that I worked for.And there are people out there that live pay day to pay day that it IS a big deal for. So everyone, save yourself some money and hassle and do not order from these people. If you want to give away money, send it to a charity because you will never get your money or everything you order from these people hiding behind a country overseas where you cannot touch them. Please everyone, post all over so we can save others from going through this.

I have ordered3 times from this site (still missing 3 items from the 1st order). Even still giving the 2 more if not 3 more chances to get it right... No luck i recently ordered a dress to wear 2 weeks later (actually February27th, 2016) paid for expidited shipping and theybjust cant seem to get it. I placed my order on June 23 and I received it on 30th June. Also no additional cost. For price I paid products are good I love it.
This place is horrible! The rare people submitting positive reviews for RoseWholeSale are more than likely paid or bots. Anyway, in a nutshell it's been over 2 months since my order and I have not received my package. I contacted customer support and sent a couple of messages back and forth regarding my missing package. They asked me to confirm my details such as name/address/phone number which I did. Everything they had on file was correct. The support representative sent me a FINAL message stating that my ticket would be closed because it's a duplicate and I would need to talk to them on the other ticket. Ummmm I DON'T have a duplicate ticket open. This is just their way of saying they are not interested in resolving this issue. I have attached screen shots of the messages so that people can see exactly how they treat their customers. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. If you are looking for cute clothes at low prices, google your local cheap/discount clothing stores. I guarantee most of the items in those stores are imported from China. You may pay a little bit more, but I assure you that ordering from these overseas clothing stores will only cause you frustration and headache. Please review my screen shots. Good luck!
UPDATE! As of 11/11/2015 I still have NOT received my items or a refund. Shocker, right? I do however have a Paypal dispute against them open so we will see how that works out. Rosewholesale has been sending me the same messages over and over and over wanting me to close my Paypal dispute and they would refund me. Yes, like that will ever happen! Their messages make absolutely no sense at all and they have done NOTHING to resolve this issue.
