I believe that Rosewholesale.com is one of the best places on line to shop. Not only are their prices great but their customer service is phenomenal. My experience with them has been nothing but good.
The co. Sent a response to my original review. They originally offered full refunds on both orders. After numerous back and forth emails, it appears we are not close to a resolution. The company is either hoping I forget about it, or they are just poor communicators. I had promised to remove my negative post if they would follow through with their promise of a full refund. I had hoped to provide something positive regarding my troubles with Rosewholesale, but they seem to keep stalling.

Sometimes some items were missing, but they replied really quickly to find a solution such as reimbursement, or other items in exchange.
I told my friends about this website, because it's worth it even though it can sometimes take time to get your stuff.
The products look great, the prices look even better, but you're simply paying to look at the website and send emails disputing received items. I never got the items I purchased. I can only imagine how big their accounts get and they probably only fill 10% of orders produced. I recommend filing disputes through your bank if you are a victim of this scam. I also recommend that we share this information with friends. They will continue to make millions by committing fraud.

I ordered five things from Rose Wholesale. Received four of them, all cheap quality. Flimsy. The fifth item never came. They don't provide phone numbers, of course, and when you write to complain, the site tells you that your order # is wrong so they won't answer your question. Funny thing is, I copied and pasted the order # from their confirmation form. How could it be wrong? So, they won't take calls, they won't acknowledge email complaints and questions, so in essence, we have no way of contacting them, and no way to get our money back. They stole my money and there is nothing I can do about but warn others.

I ordered two bathing suits in February with a promise of an early delivery. I have contacted this company on numerous occasions to no avail. I don't recommend that you waste your money. They pretend to assist but just give you the run around. Refund was received after dispute was issued via PayPal. I will not shop from this Company again. Lesson learned the hard way. Had to give the merchandise away as the sizing was way off.

I agree with all the dissatisfied customers on these reviews. I too thought this was a legit business just to find out its reputation is far from good. I also ordered a blouse and waited 3 months to receive it. I ordered an x-large and when it came it was so small that it fit my 12 year old daughter perfectly. Obviously their interpretation of large is way off the U.S. scale of clothing. I think they may have children that they use as mannequins to make the clothing with. Just so disappointed as the blouse is very pretty. Waited so long just to get disappointed. Thats what I get for trusting a company whose prices are too good to be true. After all you get what you pay for. Ugh I hope people don't fall for this company's ads anymore. Losing out on your money hits the wallet hard. Great experience shopping with RoseWholesale. They give very personal service, regularly checking on my satisfaction and offering assistance and options in the event something is not as I anticipated. And their prices are super! Like Macy's & Nordstrom, RoseWholesale is now one of my "go-to's."

Please people - do NOT be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lovely models look like they're wearing some fashionable quality garments. In reality, they look nothing like the photos. They're quite possibly the cheapest garments I've ever seen. I ordered $150.00 worth of this junk and it all went to Goodwill the very next day. Stay Away!

I, too, ordered, believing the company was in North America. The products took forever to arrive. When they did, I had to pay an additional $25.00 import duty and shipping. The order was incomplete AND nothing fit! The sizing is way off. Even the shoes were too small. They were also of very poor quality. I am having a very difficult time arranging to send the items back. I have been offered a 20% discount to keep clothes that I can not wear. On every level, this company has disappointed.

I have ordered at least three different times from RoseWholesale and I have really enjoyed the awesome "finds" that I've bought. Some items are kind of cheap, but most have been of very good quality. Sizes for clothing runs small, so be certain to check the measurements of each item you order --- as the sizing will vary from item to item. Some items have been of such good quality, I was surprised I could buy them for such an inexpensive price! People ask me all the time, "Where did you get that?" I always smile and just say, "China!" My accessories are beautiful and nothing like you will find anywhere else! I have not had any problems with customer service, and they have responded to all of my inquiries within 24 hours. The R points are an easy way to get "free money" for future shopping! Refunds for items no longer available are easily managed. I trust this site.
Called after a few days because order was listed as "processing" on the website. When someone who cld barely communicate answered she spent more time saying hello and pushing buttons than having communication with me. I was told tho that an item was unavailable and had to be replaced before shipping. Why wasnt I contacted before my call?!
I was hung up on after being told this. I called back only to be hung up on again and again. Someone did finally answer and all I got was background noise. When i got thru to another person who can barely speak english I was told my money would be refunded once items were back in stock. How were they out of stock when it was not shipped due to an item not being unavailable!?. I will write another review when my Visa fraudulent dispute is resolved. I know this company at the very least has terrible customer service. At the most the are criminals preying on honest people.

So here is an update. I received a full refund from rosewholesale.com. My order still did not arrive. It looks as if it was delayed forever in customs. I may try ordering again in the future because they have some great looking stuff from what I can tell. I like the prices too. So if you order good luck. I placed an order for a blouse, which I have yet to receive since September 25,2015. I am thoroughly disappointed and I'm still waiting. You can't get through the contact phone number at all. It will ring or give you a busy signal for the longest time. There is no way to track the order either. I'm a senior on a fixed income so this hit me hard. This is nothing but a scam company! Ordered a few items, watch came broken, dress not the right size, broken bracelet their customer service offered a coupon.
