I ordered quite a lot of things on this site and I have to say I've always been satisfied. The prices are all very low and contrarily to what people may think, the cloths are all of great quality! Sure delivery sometimes is late, but it's definitely worth the wait, and since it comes from so afar it can be helped. Also, when I had problems the staff was very quick to contact me and help me. A very nice site!
Horrible customer service. They may have shipped my item but I never received it. Been waiting months and months. Eventually, I gave up. Tracking numbers didn't work. Repeatedly asked for my order to be cancelled or refunded. Got a lot of "please wait patiently" types of responses but never got my refund. They talk to you like a child. I will never shop there again or recommend them to anyone. My advice: Shop small businesses instead, put these horrible companies out of businesses.
I ordered a jacket a month ago and it is still in the processing status. I have tried to contact customer service with no luck. Lesson learned, never order from a company that takes your money before shipping your order. Every other company I have ordered from does not process payment until the order has gone out. They had no problem taking my money, but it's too much to ask for them to send my order! Stay away from sammy dress

They ship out of China so if you live in a place like America(like me), it takes about a month to get it. I ordered a pair of boots from them and absolutely love them. For $13, they are amazing quality and even have a good grip at the bottom. I don't know how their service is since I never had to try to call them. Will definitely order from them again.
I absolutely love this shopping on this site. Every time I get on, there is always a large variety of things to buy at a good quality. Not mention everything is a lot cheaper than other places. The only downside is that most of their stuff is one size, so varying body sizes and types would have a harder time finding clothes they like that would fit.
I love Sammy Dress so much to choose from I literally get caught up in the website adding things to my favorites. The cost is so low I can order an entire outfit less than it would cost to go to the store locally and buy 1 item. Shoes, Swimsuits, dresses the list goes on and on and did I mention all the trendy cute styles keep me coming back for more.
I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks plus ago. The website is still showing my order status as "processing". I have tried contacting them via phone numerous times, but it would ring then give a dial tone. Then I tried submitting tickets ( and may I add... 3 times!) and neither of them had a response. Communication is horrible! I am moving in a couple of weeks, and I just want to receive my things, or get a refund! I haven't any money to waste. P.S. Shipping is so darn expansive!

I purchased a bunch of amazing things from this website and they were not only great priced, i mean serious deals! But they were really amazing quality, defiantly wont be the last time i shop here. Not to mention there fast delivery even world wide i was happily surprised.
Their sizing charts are wrong so the clothes I ordered did not fit. They admitted it was their mistake, yet they refused to refund my money or send clothes of the right size unless I paid their exorbitant shipping fees. In the end they refunded less than half what I paid them. So I have ended up paying for clothes for which I have no use, because of their error. If you order from them there is a good chance that the clothes will not fit and that they will not take responsibility for their mistake.

I love shopping from Sammy Dress. I've ordered from there about 5 times now, everything from clothing to accessories. You do have to be careful, checking measurements accurately and thoroughly before ordering as sizes are different and run slightly small (I normally wear small or medium in US but I have to order Large or XL from Sammy Dress). Most things are of decent quality, well worth the average of $10 per item. Shipping can take a little longer, but that's understandable since it's got a long way to go. I will continue to shop at Sammy Dress and recommend that you do as well.
Very slow shipping, over a month to get my order. The tracking email that is sent doesn't allow you to track anything. Sizes run really small and the quality is just okay. Won't order from them again.

I can only give two stars at this time because my order came with three missing pieces and one stained dress. You guys never responded to my concern about the stained dress and ignored the issue and now I'm still waiting for my missing pieces that you promised to send. So far, not too happy. There were couple dresses I received that are very cute and like but overall I am not completely satisfied.
