I placed an order almost 5 months ago and have yet to receive my order. However, they have taken my money. This store is absolutely ridiculous. I have emailed them several times and gotten responses that are not the least bit helpful. And i have recently tried to email them again but the website is not letting me because they are requiring me to sign in and then they are saying they have no record of my account. This is bull $#*!. The only reason this rating has a 1 is because it will not let me choose an option lower than that.
Ordered 2 pair of shoes w/ expedited shipping! Supposed to have received my items in 3-5 days, today... i contacted them because it was supposed to have shipped already. Chatted with kevin only to tell me both my items were out of stock and 1 will not be in stock anymore! So why take my money?!? Told him it wasnt out of stock at the time of my purchase, so how is it that they're out of stock now? That's false advertising! And why was i never notified. He couldnt give me an answer, but kept apologizing and said i can chose another item to replace the out of stock items, i simply asked for a refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Cute stuff, but service is HORRIBLE! Doubt i will ever do business with them again!

I placed a order with this site. They never even sent it. They gave me a bogus tracking number that didn't exist. I went back and forth with them about a month and a half before I contacted Paypal. Paypal attempted to resolve the dispute and in the end Paypal ended up issuing me my refund. Do not purchase anything from them.

I bought two bandage dresses and not only did they arrive on time but the quality was amazing! I saw these two items in other stores for double the price. I will definitely be shopping at sammydress again :)
I'm getting rather nervous.
I placed my order well over a week ago, and was then asked to email them a copy of my credit card plus my drivers license (which i regrettably did).
I paid extra for shipping yet it still says 'order processing'.
I'm going to give them another week... but im getting nervous.

As a first time buyer from Sammy Dress, I was exceedingly happy with the outcome of both their product and their delivery/ shipping time. As the item I purchased from the site had arrived within a short amount, it fit perfectly. Although there were some little problems with the outfit, it could be easily fixed and didn't pose as a major problem.
I emailed the company and did not get any satisfaction. I could not find any place on their web site to write about not receiving my order. Absolutely no customer service. Will never use this site again!
