I ordered 27 items from sammydress.com, I was very excited to get my items. Once the package came, I discovered that they only shipped 9 of my items. I filled out their "ticket" about the issue 2 weeks ago and have yet to get a replay. I attempted to can tact them via telephone and they hung up on my 4 times! I resorted to PayPal disputing the transaction. I have worked in retail sales for 13+ years, I have never experienced such terrible or lack there of customer service! I will NEVER AGAIN shop with sammydress.com
Ordered dress 9/7/2015 and paid. NEVER received dress and this company gives the run around. Hard to contact, generic messages sent. Total scam and does NOT give full disclosure. Taking your money and NOT providing a service.

I love shopping at Sammydress! I have made about 7 orders from their site over the past few years, buying everything from jewellery to dresses to shoes, and have been well pleased with all of it. The clothes I've purchased have always fit well - the sizes are not American sizes, but they give you a fairly accurate size chart with measurements for everything, so you always know what size the garment will be. As for the jewellery I most recently ordered, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality for such inexpensive costume jewellery. I also have a couple of bags from Sammydress, one of which I carry nearly every day and I always receive compliments. What a fantastic store! You just have to be prepared to wait *a little* on the shipping, as it can sometimes take a while. But it's not too bad.
Not surprisingly, this is complete crap. Went straight into the garbage. Every single positive review is from the company. No one in their right mind would every think this is actually wearable stuff. Anyways... It's funny really.

Shopping with SammyDress has been a pleasure! Yes it is an overseas provider so the flat rate shipping can take a while, which should be expected, however they give options for faster shipping for reasonable rates! Everything about SammyDress is reasonable, from their amazingly low prices to their outstanding selection of merchandise. There is so much cute clothing to choose from, and their customer service is very helpful. I don't know what else anyone can want. SammyDress is the BEST!
After many, many, many emails and communicating these guys are the biggest thieves. Stay away at all cost. Oh, they will ship you part of your order than tell you the rest is on its way... but buyer beware, they later turn around and tell you the it, Es have been shipped just can't track, check post office, do they have correct address, busy time of year, order has been placed please be patient! All BS. Ordered my dress in August and still getting emails telling me first the dress was shipped in August, than oh wait it was shipped in September, no wait it was just shipped in Ovtober... please be patient the dress is coming from China! Received an email today telling me. My dress is on its way to be patient they are experiencing larger than average orders at this time of year! Again all bull$#*!! Forget about being refunded, they don't seem to understand that word.
I've ordered a variety of dresses, tops, jackets, and belts from SammyDress and I've always been satisfied with the products and service! They have a great selection of clothes (I personally love all the dresses and jackets they have). The clothes have always been true to size for me, but make sure you check the sizing charts provided on each individual piece! They're an Asian based company, so if you are a medium in the U.S. then that means you'll likely be a large or x-large sometimes. Just be sure to check~ It will take a little time for your order to arrive if you do standard shipping, but that's typical of China Post (so I recommend the expedited options). Sammy Dress gets the order sent out pretty fast on its part.
I wish I had looked at the reviews prior. I cant contact them at all, their line is often busy and when its not it rings for about 25-30 seconds, and then they hang up on you. I've been waiting on A JACKET for over two months now, simply ridiculous.

I ordered items from SammyDress on Dec 4, hoping to have some gifts for Christmas. Well, its now 1/13/15 and I still haven't received my items. Not only that, but when I ask for a refund they tell me they won't and that I will have to wait another week or 2 before they try to investigate the issue. At this point I just want my money back. This place is a scam and doesn't send you your items. It said 7 business days for delivery, I'm now on over a month and a half.
