So I orderd my 4 dresses a month a go for vacation March 25. So I gave it 6 weeks to get here and if I didn't like return get a new size or what not. But three weeks later after paying $20 for faster shipping it's still "processing". I've emailed it took a week to reply and gave no help. I've emailed again twice no Reply. What ever "5 star" reviews to read do not believe. This is crazy. I leave for vacation in two weeks and the dresses I counted on probably won't even be here. And don't worry about calling because the line is always busy and disconnects you right away! I hate hate hate this site never again will I waste my time nor money!

I was lucky to get everything I ordered but the sizes were made for a child. I want to return the items. Nightmare!. The customer service line is an machine. The replies are auto generated after you submit a ticket. I found the return address (in Chinese). They did not send a bill of lading with the items, yet they are asking me to fill out a return form that is no where to be found

I wouldn't buy from this site again... I ordered in December and I still haven't received anything. I expected it to be a longer wait, so that really isn't the huge issue... about a week after I got an email stating my order has been shipped they sent me another email stating 2 pieces of my order are out of stock. I only ordered 4 things... I'm pretty upset... and asked for a refund and now I'm waiting... I've been waiting THIS long and spent so much extra money on shipping only to be told half my order won't come because it's out of stock... I will NOT be buying from this website EVER again! Too stressful and a waste of money!

I am overly very satisfied with this website. The choice is huge and the price of the articles is generally very cheap. I like the system of rating with photos that allows you to know if the product is actually good quality, or if there is anything you did not see in the photo (which an happen). My first order went quite smoothly, it took a few days for them to send the package so I sent a question to the support center and they answered me in 24h very nicely. I then received my articles about 25 days late and I was very satisfied with them.
My experience with Sammy dress has been wonderful! I have purchased over 10 orders with them and each order I received has been in immaculate presntation and nothing has been broken, if something is not available it goes on back order but I'm always made aware of it. Absolutely love love their customer service they are always so very kind and are very prompt with getting back with me I received a response from them within at least 24 hours. And there's no way I could find the prices on their site anywhere else this is why I continue to shop with them!
I had paid for expedited shipping and my order came incomplete and 3 weeks late. Then a month and a half later I received the other two items in the wrong size. I ordered everything an XL and 2 items came in right but the other two they sent me a Medium! They don't answer their emails. I've sent three! Paid and they basically stole my money! NEVER EVER buying from them again!

I've been shopping with Sammydress for about a year now and I adore their site. There are some tiny flaws in their work ethics, like not notifying you if your items you've purchased or put in your cart are out of stock, or just their response time, but again minor flaws. Their items are way cheaper than retail price and even the prices I see on other websites that claim to have the same item. All of their stuff has nice quality as well, if you know how to shop. If you see an amazing dress and it's listed for $3 or less, know that it's not going to be in the material you think it will be. It's also good to look at the reviews from other members and buyers on the site and on their Facebook page, as well as the description of each item carefully. That's how I decide on which items I want to buy. Overall, Sammydress is a wonderful website to get clothes for cheaper.
I've bought accesories from this site and their prices are pretty good plus the shipping on most accesories is free. The quality of the products is good, specially for the very little they cost. I had to cancel one order and they did refund all of my money and didn't took more than a week. I guess my overall experience with them has been good cause I've learned how to order online from past experiences with other sites. I would recommend this site but I would also recommend people to get a measuring tape if you're buying clothes and to take your measurements to help you find which size fits you better. Also be very patient cause your items will arrive after 5 to 8 weeks after you order them.
