I ordered a dress on November 18th. They told me that it was shipped on November 21st. It is now January 13th and I STILL have NO dress. I have been in contact with them multiple times trying to figure out where it is and what the hold up might be. Each time they tell me to be patient and wait longer. I ordered the dress for holiday parties which are now all over. I am very upset and will do whatever I need to so that they either send me the dress or give me my money back.
Great shop! My wig was shipped on march 19th and arrived on April 1st.
I didn't understand how to track my purchase but their customer service was really kind and quickly helped me.
The wig is cute and comfortable, i love it!
I think the site have a very nice items to buy and the best thing it's for a very good price, I bought a cosmetic product recently and it's a really good quality, and now I'm waiting for another order, and actually they have a really good support center, I had troubles with the shipping so I contact them and they gave me an answer quickly and tried to help me to solve the problem. I'm going to keep buying at the site.
Ordered 2 dresses March 27,2015 and only received 1 of them. Made several tickets and complaints to customer service. Thought I finally got it resolved with a response from them on January 4,2016 when they said they would give me a refund and that I could check my account within 3-7 business days... it is now January 24,2015, I've contacted them about not having received the refund yet (TWICE) and no response.
Also, the dress that I DID receive was made of REALLY cheap fabric, the under layer was starting to fray and ripped after I'd only worn it for 20 minutes to try it on and see how it fit when I walked around... it was also quite a bit shorter than expected.

The clothes are not up to par with the photos, luckily I did not order more. The fabric was that of a sweater you would buy at a dollar store, it almost felt like refined foam peanuts. My experience with Sammy Dress was not good. I had ordered a birthday gift for my sister on March 6th. And my sister received her gift on April 7th. I have to say bad experience. But it came from China. Which I just found out this morning where it came from. But my sister loved her gift. She said it is a very nice purse. If anyone wants to order anything. Please order really early.
I ordered a couple of items, and the order was shipped only after I contacted customer service two weeks after the payment. I received the order in a week after that. The dress was not just the "not good" quality, it is just a piece of junk. The sides of the skirt are of different length, the side seams are crooked and have holes! The bottom trimming is uneven too. The people from China say that there are some companies in china, which buy defected produce from factories in bulk, then fix it a bit and resell. Ordered a shirt from Sammy dress. I live in the US. My daughter had several separate orders from other websites in the following weeks. All were international, and all still arrived before mine. I placed the order in Late March to early April, got the confirmation email that it had been shipped April 24th, and finally got the shirt mid May. In the WRONG SIZE. I do not wear smaller than an XX large, so there is no possible way I accidentally ordered a medium, which is what they sent me.

I ordered $279 worth of kids clothes (18 pieces total). I paid for expedited shipping and purchased insurance on the package. I recieved 7 items and had to contact them continuously to find out where the rest of my order was. They never got back to me and so I filed a claim with PayPal. They offered me a small refund that was no where near reasonable. I rejected their offer and escalated my claim with PayPal. Had I known this would have been my experience, I would shop elsewhere. I have purchased overseas before and have never encountered a problem like this. Save your money and time and shop anywhere else!

What you see in the pictures is not what you will get. The quality of the items is by far the worst China has to offer, and you know how bad that is. After you receive clothes that you cannot wear because they are either made of plastic, not cloth, or will fall apart in your wash after one wash, you cannot return them. I didn't even wear the clothes because I knew I would never wear them. I never heard back from them and I had to call my credit card company to report fraud. The phone number is not a real number and they are not legit.
I am very impressed with the items I have purchased through Sammy Dress. I find the clothing to beautiful, true to size & very reasonably priced. I have received many compliments on the clothes as I have worn them from family, friends & even people on the street.
I had a great experience with Sammy they clothes are really cheap. They're customer service is really great and they are really nice. Think they can improve by posting more pictures of the clothes they selling but overall is good.
Horrible business, they don't deserve a star or anything. As soon as you put your order, they clear your bank account, but receiving merhandise takes forever. And on top of that they ignore your rush delivery after they charge you for it. Also one of the product I received was extremely dirty. When I put my order in July, after while I received first part of my order, and now it's September 2014 and I still don't have the other part of the delivery and nobody even bothered to email me stating that 2 pieces clothing of my order are out of stock, after ' I ' contacted to them then I was informed about it and was told to choose other products to replace them. Funny thing, even though web site says they are available, whatever I choose, all were out of stock. So still I don't have my other shipment and I am not interested anymore. Just don't bother to have business with them, not worth it at all!

I have purchased lots of stuff. Material is fantastic and prices very reasonable, for a person who wears size 8/10 is awesome. I am 10/12, the stuff one size fits perfectly, while the others are a bit short or a bit tight; fortunately my sister wears size 8, so she had time lucky her! I had a damaged item, and sammydress refunded me very soon. Customer service is also grrrreat! I have ordered again and told friends that have ordered too from Sammydress. Thankyou for existing!
Brought a jacket that looked good of the photo nice and smart, it was delivered a few weeks later and its nothing like the photo the quality of the sticking was very poor and material as it states on the website: Polyester, Faux Leather it was more like a fleece and the colour of the leather on the elbows was very different...
Asked for a refund but they said it would be down to myself to pay the return delivery which would of been over £12 to send back to there warehouse.
Asked for a part refund agreed 70% with there customer care service and then they close my ticket query number and cut all contact with me, BUT I have finally got my refund in full all thanks to Wera who works in the customer service department...
