My experience shopping at SammyDress has been a very positive one!
I ordered 3 jackets and one hat. Two jackets and the hat both arrived ahead of schedule, and were of great quality and ultra stylish.
The third jacket they notified me was not in stock, so I asked for a full refund for that one and got one. They even gave me a 5% coupon to compensate for that. Customer service is VERY helpful and answers quickly.
Overall, I will definitely shop at SammyDress again in the future.
Like previous reviews I paid for my order in full over 2 weeks ago but received no further communication with a tracking number as promised. I have logged 2 tickets which quote a 24 hour turnaround to which I have had no response. I wouldn't recommend using this website, and I will not be using it for future purchases
I purchased a wig for my daughters Halloween costume and I was absolutely amazed on the quality! It is quite full and fits perfect! The color is a bit lighter than the photo but is still a beautiful shade of purple. I plan on making a purchase again with them soon as I am quite pleased with their product!
This was my first order with Sammy Dress, and I have to say I was overall satisfied. The quality and price of the items are great. Customer service reps were very helpful in the status and shipping of my package. Processing took some time, but I was aware of this before purchasing so it was fair. I will order more from them in the future
I am very impressed with this website. I live in South Africa and saw the adverts on the internet so I thought I would try it out. I am very happy that I did. I love their jewellery and it is very good quality. I get so many compliments when ever I wear their necklaces because they are so unique. If I have a problem and email them then they answer very quickly and I am happy with this. It is very good customer service. Their products have such a wide variety that I never get bored when browsing through the website, they cater for every type of person and taste imaginable. Overall I give the company 5 stars and I will definitely keep buying there in the future!
I would say that you need to look closely at size charts, and comments on the item if available, and that you need to be prepared for your order to take a while to arrive. I myself haven't had any problems with the site and I've order twice. I had to cancel my order the second time but I got it refunded fairly quickly. Overall, it's a good site!
I found Sammy Dress through their banner advertisements. I was hesitant but the reviews on the website convinced me to give them a try and I am glad I did. The clothes I bought and he wig are high quality. I recommend them to everyone and their customer support is terrific. I had no problem with them at all.
I ordered 2 items. One i received 3 months after ordering to get two different sizes. The top was a medium and the bottom the tag was torn out which was clearly a small. The second item I never received. It has been over 4 months. I have been back and forth with customer service and getting no where.
Awful comms. Banal and inconsistent responses to non delivery notification.
Previously have used EBay and even Aliexpress. Non deliveries from China do occur, and on all occasions, have received prompt and courteous (and relevant) responses. That's because because EBay especially, and latterly Aliexpress run a tight consumer protection regime. None of this (other then PayPal protection) applies to Sammydress.
Given that there is nothing on Sammydress that cant be found cheaper on either EBay or Aliexpress, and their customer service/protection are far worse, I for one will never use Sammydress again.

My first purchase with Sammy Dress was very good, I liked the 3 pairs of pants I bought. They came very quickly and the style is great.
My second purchase went horribly wrong, they did not have my item in stock when it did not mention so on the website. After 4 weeks of back and forth, I requested a refund. I still like the item I picked, but I was just not happy about the misrepresentation on the website and the customer service that told me will ship the next day twice, but did not deliver in the end.
Because of the two experiences, I rate it somewhere in the middle (3 stars)
