My first experience was extremely good and that's why as soon as I received my first order, I make second order immediately. Huge range of products, nice quality and I appreciate the free delivery items even thought the delivery is quite late but not because of the seller's fault.
I would use the site again and again and it's my first choice when I want to buy things or just to check out new arrivals.
From my experience with SammyDress, i've fell in love! I like the quality or the clothes and as long as you follow the sizing chart you will be fine. Not only do i love the product but they give me points for every order so it like each new order is discounted. One time i put the wrong size as a soon as i noticed, i contacted customer service. They fixed it and sent out the correct size the next day. I was extremely satisfied
This company will rip you off in a heart beat. Do not buy from them please. This is simply an awful company. They won't even answer their business phone. I had to contact PayPal and Discover card to report their unscrupulous behavior. This company is out of China and they have total disregard for the consumer. My daughter will not be getting the clothes that I bought her due to this company's unprofessional behavior and etiquette. Furthermore, Sammydress wanted for me to verify who I was after they had charged my credit card. They wanted a photocopy of my driver's license and a passport with additional information. Therefore, consumer be aware of this company's business practices and don't do business with them. Save yourself the headache and your money. Now, I am left with submitting a reimbursement through the credit card company.
I got two sweaters. They looked like those cute oversized off the shoulder 80s style sweaters. I paid for a tracking number, but never got one, but I did get the sweaters. These were not an xl at all. I wear a size 13/14, xl usually works, well these were so tight my friend who is the same size and I had trouble breathing in them. They were not stretchy at all like a sweatshirt should be. In fact we ordered the exact same shirt just different color and the styles we received were both completely different. It was pure trash. I would never order from here again. If you do decide to order, the xl would maybe fit s person in size 8.

I have already ordered 3 times from them and i must really say that am satisfied with their products and service. I had a problem with one of my orders and i wrote them an email, of which they replied very first. They even refunded my cash of the items i removed from my order. The shipping takes a little long when one uses Flatrate shipping but if someone wants her order fast, he or she can use expedited shipping. I got the order after 3 days. Am satisfied and i will order from them again.
This website is very convenient for me and i find good sizes with it. Cute dresses and very cheap. Although some of the dresses does not fit me but thats the risk of buying online... i think almost all of my dresses is from this website. Long waiting for my order but it depend where it come from and where you are from...

So I ordered 3 items from this website and I ordered the size I would normally wear here in the US. When I checked out reviews after the fact (I KNOW) I realized I should cancel the order... only problem, there is no "cancel" button or tab. So I started a ticket hoping to catch it ASAP so there wouldn't be an issue... hoping they reply within the 24 hours... otherwise I'm putting a stop payment on the order through my bank (which costs to do so) but apparently getting refunds is pretty difficult through this website. Anyone have any experience on this issue?
