I ordered at the beginning of October, 4 pieces of clothing and two pairs of shoes, I know that generally since it's coming from so far away if I got regular shipping it would take too long, so I got the fast shipping (3-7 days). I got a message that my order has shipped, but noticed it was only the four pieces of clothing and not any of the pairs of shoes, I never got a notification why, they weren't sold out when I paid for them and they surely didn't have any problem taking my money. I finally got a notification one of the two pairs of shoes shipped but they shipped it regular shipping and not the fast shipping which I paid more for, & I still have no idea about the last pair of shoes. I've had a complaint ticket open for a week with no response.

Like every buyers there was a lot hesitation because some of the reviews but finally gave it a try I was so surprise when I got it! The quality is great and I will buy more items in the future! Ladies and gentlemen sammydress is real and they respond within 24 hours based on my experienced! And here is a tip if you want the shipping to get it quicker upgrade the shipping I only use the flat rate which was the lowest and I got it within 3weeks I think it's awesome knowing its from a different country! Happy shopping!

I purchased a layered necklace for a very, very reasonable price since it has a free shipping offer. Although the necklace is not yellow gold as shown in the website, it is still pretty. I already knew that it is antique gold because of the helpful reviews and photos sent by customers.

The necklace is of good quality and I love it. Its a steal!

Items can become expensive because of the shipping rates. Sometimes shipping is almost the same price as the item. So choose free shipping items. I hope that sammydress will lower their shipping especially if customers are buying multiple items.

I love shopping online but this is my 1st purchase coming from out of the U.S. When I first scrolled the website I was hesitant to order but at such good price I couldn't pass the deal up. The quality of the bathing suit is excellent and is exactly true to size. What shocked me the most was the speed in which my order was placed and shipped. I received It in a week; which was alot quicker than local retailers I have previously ordered from.

Although there are many supposed five star reviews here... I think it is important to read the detailed negative reviews. Many people have had the exact same issues leading me to believe the nice reviews are part of the scam. Also, notice how unprofessional the responses [from sammydress.com] are improper English and say the same thing to each person no matter what someones issue was. A well run business wouldn't hire a representative that cannot properly communicate with their customers. Don't fall for it, people.

Ordered clothing over three months ago, paid for order in full via BankCard, yet to receive merchandise. Have emailed over 50 times, called Customer Relations Center at number published... Busy signal or no answer or the number doesn't have any relationship to SammyDress.com. Have filled out numerous forms for refund or shipment of paid for merchandise. Contract San Bernadino Sheriff Department, or California Department of Mail Fraud or any and all that you can to get across that you have been defrauded of MONEY by SammyDress.com! If enough people insist on investigation of sammydress.com, something will eventually be done to look into the fraudulent activities by Sammy's reds.com

Sammydress deserves 0 stars! I ordered a Christmas sweater on November 8th and it still hasn't arrived. It's now December 31st! I've been in contact with two different sales rep online on various occasions and they refuse to give me a refund. I was told it's been shipped, however they do not provide a tracking number. I've tried to call their customer service number also, but it's a busy tone. This place is obviously a SCAM! Buyer Beware!

With all honesty I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered from sammydress! I placed an order about 3weeks ago and nothing. And it's only a pair of heels, how long can it really take? I keep checking the tracking number and it's at the same place as it was two weeks ago makes no sense. And all those reviews with 5stars isn't even legit you could just tell how exaggerated the review is that is not even believable anymore, speaking from personal experience. I've tried calling their customer service and the phone just rings forever! Very unprofessional. If you don't want money just taken from you I highly recommend DO NOT DO NOT! Order here!

To garantee a good shopping experience, make sure you verify the sizing chart on every item, or you may end up disapointed (some items are made smaller than others).

I have ordered from SammyDress several times so far and have been very pleased with my items. I am 5 foot and wear a size "medium" but being their sizes run very small, I just order an XLarge and it fits fine. Most of the material is lightweight but that is what I like. It is well worth the money. The jewelry is outstanding for the price and every piece has been worth what I paid. They give incentives (S points) and points for feedback and that is terrific. I have had no problem with this company and enjoy shopping with them. Shipping is well within reason considering the distance the items are shipped from. I will continue to shop and enjoy their products.
