I orderd on November 29th and my order STILL hasn't shipped and I'm sure that it will be shipped normally even though I paid for expedited shipping. Shipping overseas takes forever so god knows when I will actually receive this order. No one has responded to my complaints and no one is telling me how long it will take. Do NOT buy from here. This is a waste of money and time.

It seems like a lot of people have issues with Sammydress, but that wasn't the case for me. I ordered three tops, a skirt and some jewelry and I got everything that I ordered. It all fit and was the same as the picture. A couple of the tops had a bunch of long thread coming from the stitching which was annoying cause I had to cut all of those. After some failed attempts to purchase stuff online, where the shipment went wrong or there were complications in the payment, SammyDress was the first clean experience for me purchasing on the internet. It was straight forward to pay and track the packages to my country and home, as I watched the warehouse changes and the date the package arriving at the airport, etc. The products were better than I expected from a quality point of view (I imagined the cloth was ordinary given the offered price, but no) and I got my girlfriend and myself super happy with the stuff we got. Also, when I had doubts, their customer support responded my questions in a timely manner; I was so happy to see they paid attention to me (you do not get answers that fast everywhere), and now I am purchasing on SammyDress every time I see a product I like :)
I recently bought a red romper from Sammydress and I really like it. The quality of the item: color, texture, etc. is true to their advertisement and the price is very affordable. In addition the shipping time was very reasonable and the item arrived in excellent condition. I plan to shop with them again in the future.
So I am updating this because they responded to my review acting they actually care. I been emailing back on forth with them and I realize I bought 3 shirts and they said that one was out of stock and was not going to replace so they send 2 shirts but they charge me for 3 shirts and I didn't any shirts. I send them an email on the 19th of NOV. And no response. I spent 35 dollars and they only refund me 11 dollars. I also bought the shipping insurance and that has no use since my shipment was lost and apparently the shipping insurance they offer it does cover the items.
I order 3 shirts and i was told it was going to take about 3 to 4 weeks so i was willing to wait but my shirt never came. I wait 2 months and nothing. And now to top it off i dont even get my money back i could only get a credit on my account. This website is horrible and they dont take any accountability on the package the send you.

1. I use the app and the layout is fantastic and so easy to use and order off of. It makes shopping a breeze.
2. Shipping was very fast. I had 2 orders, one I chose flat rate shipping and my order arrived within a week. My second order I chose express shipping and my order was here in 4 days. The tracking number worked great and I had no problems. The customer service was fantastic.
3. All the items I received were great quality for the price. They all came wrapped up nicely and were packaged very neatly. I was very pleased with everything I had purchased.

The sizes aren't even CLOSE to what they say they are. My daughter is an xs and even the medium's and large's that I ordered didn't even fit her. The shoe's and especially the bathing suits were completely off and made absolutely NO sense. The taxes and the charges I had to pay when they got to my door didn't even make the clothes worth it. From quality to sizing to cost, this was a total waste of money and time. STAY AWAY!

I was first skeptical about ordering from Sammy Dress, however I decided to order anyway because I saw a review from someone on youtube who I figured I trust, because I watch their beauty and hair care tips all the time. I took a shot and ordered 1 item to be safe. The date that I ordered my item was 9/11/14 I received an email that my order has been shipped on 9/19/14 I have yet to receive it. I checked the tracking number per DHL website it was sent via DHL. I checked DHL's website today they have no record of the tracking number. I feel as though sammydress.com is a scam or it takes month for it to be sent to you. I would not recommend sammydress.com to anyone if it is too good run far away. I ordered a blouse from Sammy Dress on 8/22/2015 and I have not received it; the tracking number supplied by Sammy Dress is invalid. I would like a refund considering I brought the dress to take on my vacation which I did not receive as of today 10/7/2015. I have ordered merchandise online before and have received my shipment within a reasonable time of 7 - 10 days. I am still waiting on a response from Sammy Dress and if I don't get a response soon I am going to file a dispute with my bank since payment was taken from my checking account and let the bank handle this situation.
