Okay so I started off by ordering my orders on 18/10/2013 and it was shipped on 21/10/2013 however, until now, i havent received any of my items yet! I emailed them several times but no answer but they keep messaging me their ads like huh? Their costumer service is horrible, such as shipping. Its like my items will never arrive, and it was supposed to be a birthday present for my friend but, her birthday has just passed and i havent received my items yet. Disappointed, a lot.

This was my first time ordering through Sammydress and I was very pleased with their service. I had ordered 4 items, but unfortunately 1 was discontinued and wasn't shipped. I was notified right away by service staff and was able to make an exchange or given a full refund. Their staff are very pleasant and understanding. The clothing was also very nice products. Would recommend Sammydress.

I have placed a few orders with SammyDress and so far I have no complaints. My first order took very long to reach me, but the point is it did arrive and the dress was awesome. I recently placed a very big Order Number: M************** and I am happy to say everything I paid for came intact. I have had no problems with customer service, so far every query I have made they respond quickly.

I have recommended the site to friends, coworkers etc and no one has had any complaints. One of my coworkers even got her orders before expected. She was very happy with her purchases.

Ordered a couple shirts, one was supposed to be olive green and it came NEON green. Disgusting looking. I asked for a refund and that I was going to ship the shirt back. They told me no, that they'd give me $2 voucher. I asked for $3 at least (shirt was $8) didn't understand what a voucher was and waiting for something to come. Finally I forgot about it and just went on to retry. Found my "voucher" and it had been expired. Rewrote them asking if they would redo it as I didn't fully understand and didn't know it would expire. They said no. Never order from them again. Most of the items came with shotty threads, had to redo and trim a buncha loose ends to make them look decent.

I made my second order to sammydress.com, a dress and a sweatshirt.
Study carefully the conditions and once again I didn't mind the wait time that clearly indicates it will take to receive my order. I saw that the clothes were so absolutely cheap as to compensate for the cost of shipping, even with these shipping costs continues to be a cheap purchase. Analyze in detail the pictures of each product looking at the quality of the fabrics And the same way that happened in my first purchase, I wasn't disappointed at all, there are already two new orders and I will definately be buying again and again

I purchased this a coat 5(!) month ago. My order number is M**************. It was not my first order. Previouse 3 ones I have received. Sometimes it took 3 months to receive them and I won't comment about the quality - you'll definitely get what you pay for. But this time I haven't receive nothing for 5 months and Sammydress do not return my massages even though I sent them 4 tickets regarding this order. I am not going to order from this site no more. I also advice those, who are wondering abt ether order or not, to stay away from this site. Don't let yourself to be lured by attractive price. You'll lose your money at the end.

The website doesnt ship items in the given time frame and they wont reply to question tickets in 24 hours as promised. The prices are cheap but it seems to a gamble.

I have placed two orders, from which my other order number M************** is still in 'processing'-status after 7 business days. The items appear to be in stock and available in the catalog.
My other order M************** was said to be shipped on december 6th, but according to Direct Link tracking the order has been recorded but not sent.

I ordered a dress on sammydress and it arrived in two weeks. The dress was about 5 euros so I was surprised by the quality of the product, which was actually good for the price! I was satisfied with my order, I'm waiting for another one and will definitely order more in the future.

This company is so horrible! I ordered a sweater that too a month to get to me, though when I ordered it said 7 days. Then the fit was too small. The measurements are NOT accurate! Also, the colors were not what was shown online. It was the uglyest sweater ever! I tried to get what I ordered and was informed that I have to pay to ship the sweater back, and also have to pay to get what I ordered in the first place shipped to me again. How can you send someone an incorrect item, and ask them for more money so they can get the correct item. This company is terrible! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! Their products might look cute online, but they are not what you get. So disappointed!

I ordered a shirt in September. After the order was placed it said it was shipped! However it was now coming from China? This is not what I expected but I figured as long as it came before I left for my vacation everything is fine. Being that it came from China I understood it can be up to a month. Well my vacation came and went two months later and no sign of the shirt.

I contacted sammydress about the issue and they told me to wait until November 22 ( 2 months after the order) until they can open any ticket. This is just ridiculous. I had no choice but to wait. The day comes and still no sign of the product. For the issue they offered me store credit or points... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!

This company is SHADY after almost a month and a half of horrible communication I finally was able to get them to refund the money to my paypal and it is back in my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I recently receive my order from Sammy Dress and it does arrive at the time that it is supposed to arrive, they promise 7 to 25 days at it arrives 22 days to my front door. I love the stuff that i ordered are true to the size and color and fitting. I am a petite woman and one size fits me perfectly, what I can say is when you order you make sure you have the measurement conversion right cause this is Asian women sizes. But you will find the measurement conversion in this sight and you just put on your measurement then there shouldn't be a problem with the fitting and the shipping we have to understand that this is International shipping and the number of days that it be delivered and for them to take your order has to take time. I guess that if we want the stuff that we order we just have to be a little patient especially International orders. Im in the US and the time that my order arrived to me is very reasonable. And they have the best clothing collections ever.

I orered some dresses on Feb 8th 2014 believing I was going to receive it in 3 to 5 days that I paid to receive them in and I have still yet to get a tracking number let alone my package it is now February the 11th. I've sent 3 emails and I have an online trying to contact someone to live chat as well as contact the telephone number which is always a busy tone... I'm now believing that I made a big mistake ordering from this site it's a big disappointment reading all of the unhappy reviews but if I lose out on 76 dollars this will be the last time this company gets my money someone should seriously sue them... this has been an experience of false advertisement horrible customer service... and all together bad business..

I am so frustrated with this website. I placed an order on April 24th, and it is now May 2nd. The order is still "processing" and I have tried to contact the company twice via their ticket option in support and nothing. Even though the website promises a response within 24 hours. Because I have no access to a phone, my boyfriend tried calling the company as well and no one picked up the phone. If I do not hear from them by Monday evening regarding an estimated time of arrival I am cancelling my order. I NEED these items by May 19th.
