I placed my order over a month ago and it is still processing. Of course they processed my payment in no time, but it seems that they take their sweet time on processing your order. I have yet to receive an e-mail stating that my order has been shipped, and from the sound of the other reviews, I might not even be getting my order. I am getting really frustrated with SammyDress and I would not recommend it to anyone. I was hoping to place more orders for Christmas presents but that is definitely not going to happen now. I sent in a support ticket a week ago and there is still no response despite their claim that they respond within 1 business day. I have tried to call them several times but every time all I get is a busy tone. I actually never write reviews, this is the first review I have written, but this is the first place that I have had a big problem with. Steer clear of SammyDress and DO NOT order anything from this site expecting to get it in time for any events, birthdays, or seasonal trends.
Ordered and paid for a dress that I wanted to wear for a ball and as they said the order will leave factory between 3/5 days it has now been 15 days and still showing dispatch pending so I want to know WHERE IS MY DRESS?
It is one of the worst online store to buy cloths or any thing... the sizes were smaller and one of the item was missing. I emailed customer care and they said it may take up to 21 days to ship that item. Now it's been 2 months and I haven't received it. No one should shop this site... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD BAD BAD...

I brought a jumpsuit off them they said it wasnt in stock an will send me it when it did.
So when I did receive the jumpsuit it wasnt the 1 that was displayed but a crappy version of it.
I got in contact with then an they said the pics I emailed them were fuzzy which I know for a fact Samsung Note 3 doesn't take fuzzy pics & now they wont get back to me.

I actually was debating wether or not to purchase things from a website I never heard of. Especially if it's coming from another country well any who I order my things and two days later it was shipped out. The estimate of delivery was 8-15 days or 12-25 business days. I receive my package in 9 business days. I love my swimsuit only problem is the bottom is tight on me but Owell. I order a size M because for a skinny girl my butt is big but the M is to tight. I will still wear it and next time I will order a Large. Just becareful when ordering make sure you order a size up if you aren't sure. I love it and I would recommend this website to everyone I mean stop complaining you get what you pay for and for that price you pay shyt idc if it takes a month for $10 vs paying $50-$100. The only thing I feel that sammydress should improve is the mailing package. They stuff a medium size tote bag and my swimwear into this small grey package and tape it all around it look ghetto.
Hands down the worst online store ever!
I made a purchase on October 15,2013 and it is now January 8,2014. There is no number to be able to talk to someone in person, they force you to put a ticket enquiry in their system (which bounced back stating it could not be received in their email system). They took over a week to respond. I used their live chat to ask them about why I had not recieved a response, all they could do was use their automated system to say "what is your ticket number?" When I had never received a ticket number for my first request.
Payment for an order totalling over $80 was received on the 15/10/13 I begun questioning the non receipt of the order on the 12/12/13, (the conversation is still going). They have offered me a refund of $20 (if you can even believe that), their reasons being is:
"We never sent your order as you had asked for a refund"
Yes, almost TWO months after the order was placed. NEVER, EVER shop here.
I am now asking for $60 and have not heard back. But in reality I should receive the entire $80 dollars.

My friend ordered a wig from this website with expedited shipping as a gift. While there were no issues regarding shipping (I received the item within a week), I immediately noticed the item was not as pictured. I certainly wasn't expecting anything mind-blowing at the price my friend got it for, but while the one I ordered was silver-white in color, the one I received was yellow in tone. Looking on the website, I found a different product that looks exactly like what I received down to the look of the synthetic fibers. For reference:

I order 3 items from this company and I paid for expedited shipping and after a week notice that my order still said processing. When I contacted them via CHAT I spoke with Emily regarding my items and promised ship date. I was told that sometimes they are out of the items and they were out of stock and there is no way for them to contact the customer.
Question? They have their customers register with an email, they could not use that?
Bogus! Excuses. Then at the end of the of the conversation after asking a very simple question multiple time like: when will my item ship and Emily trying to avoid the question by saying as soon as the order was ready it would ship.
Which tells a customer nothing specific, i guess which was the point. Finally before ended the conversation Emily says she just spoke to someone in the shipping department and they were going to do a rush shipping and i should receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Well, it never happen, finally again the next day i talk to "Kevin" who didn't want give out specifics either said it should go out in the next few days?... Not good, at this point they lost my trust and I had to report them to Paypal to get my money back. Unfortunately i order these items for a trip i am taking on the 18th of this month and thanks to poor customer service and no integrity i will leave with out what i originally purchased.
Do NOT order from sammydress! I repeat... DO NOT order from them! I placed an order with them on 7/31/14 for my vacation in September. It is now 10/9/14 and I still have not received my package. I opened up a claim against them with pay pal in order to get my money back. They are in the process of recovering those funds for me. They are unreliable and when you contact them regarding your order, they give you 5 different shipping times that your package should arive. There is no way 3 items shouldn't have arrived now in almost 3 months. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE and I will NEVER order from them again. I too am warning you, my friends and any one I come into contact with... to stay away from them!

This is the worst company ever! The products are garbage. The sizes are bogus. I bought a Christmas Sweater in a size large and when I finally got it (3/4 weeks later) the arms were ridiculously long and the body barely covered my torso... and I have a very short torso! When I submitted a ticket to get a refund they sent me a response asking for me to reply. When I tried to reply it said my ticket had been deleted and would not allow me to create a new one... it kept saying the verification code was incorrect. Awful awful awful awful awful! I found SammyDress and thought it was too good to be true. Such nice clothes, very cheap. I thought right. I decided to buy Christmas dresses for me and my sister for our ugly Christmas sweater party. I figured that if the order was successful and the clothing came in good quality I could trust the site and order more.
Christmas has passed and I have yet to receive my order. It has been over a month. The website said the products ship out within 3 days, it took 10. The site also makes you pay for a tracking number. I paid for one and when I try to use it, the site says "parcel not found".
The worst part about this experience is how AWFUL customer service is. I sent several messages about my tracking number not working and asking for someone to tell me when I could expect my order. All I got back was irrelevant information. It felt like I was getting automated responses and that the company does not care about keeping customers happy. I had to last minute rush out to buy a new outfit once I realized it would not arrive for Christmas. I don't need or want the dresses anymore so I've sent them my phone number and several messages asking for my money back and have been ignored. They offered me a 5% off coupon... as if I would ever buy from them again.
Don't let the prices draw you in. Its not worth the headache.

I ordered 26 dresses. I kept asking for tracking information and got nothing. After 3 weeks of waiting, I received an email stating that 6 of the items were out of stock. I asked for a refund for the difference. The items were shipped but they were nothing like I expected. They were so terribly made, from very cheap and ugly fabrics that I would not even buy as bed sheets. I am a size 6 but even the items that were large were too small for me. My experience with Sammy dress was HORRIBLE! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE the items are FAKE!
