I'm an asian girl who live in Europe. Just found this website by accident after been shopping online for a while.
My husband suggested me to have a look if Sammydress got a bad rate on Forum or somewhereelse before getting myself in but I didn't listen to him because I really thought that Sammydress seems to be "Professional" for carrying on their business. BUT I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!
I just got one email after 3 weeks of time that there are only 3 of 7 clothes that I have ordered available. And asked me if I wanted to modify my order to get other clothes instead (for 6 months of waiting again.?) or get refund which I have really doubt if I would have it.!
So, I decided to wait and I do really pray that I will get all of clothes that I have ordered soon. Even I'm not sure at all about products quality (as so many complaints of other customes on this website.)

I was very pleased with the prices on all items I looked at. However the shipping and handling cost more then my whole order. I decided to go ahead and pay the high price for shipping since the site said I would receive my order in 3-7 business days. I was super excited thinking that my order would be here for Christmas and that I would have something cute and comfy to wear for the day. That excitement when down hill when my order did not come in the allotted time I was given. I placed a ticket asking where my order was and the response I got back was this: I am sorry to inform you that the items you ordered are not in stock and it will take longer for your purchase to get to you". So not only was the shipping and handling more the my entire order but now I have to wait two extra weeks before they even ship it to me. Then I have to wait to receive the items I paid for which will probably be another week. So needless to say even though this site has very cute stuff at low prices, once I receive the items I paid for I will no longer us this site to buy items. I think this company's website could use some updates as to when there items are out of stock it should clearly say so, that way someone else doesn't get ripped off and pay such a high shipping rate for nothing.

I ordered 3 shirts over 2 weeks ago and have received NOTHING yet. All I was looking for so far was an expected arrival date. I have tried to email them several times and got no response, even though they say they will respond within24 hours.(They don't) I live in Ohio and called the phone number several times they have posted on there website, and all I ever get is a busy signal. (Really? A BUSY SIGNAL for a business number?) I even tried the "Live Chat" thing and waited over 20 Minutes and No ONE EVER came on the chat line. So how long should I expect to wait for my order? Will I ever get it? Is there REALLY a Sammydress? Or have I been scammed? I hope at this point it's just taking a lot longer than anticipated to receive my order. I really HOPE that I don't have to contact my lawyer and go the legal route.
Ordered a dress almost a month ago. Got the confirmation emails saying thank you for the order and that they would process it immediately and send tracking information once it was sent. Never got that information nor has anything been delivered. Called multiple times and emailed with no response. Called again today and now the woman says that it was shipped out over 10 days ago but that I didn't PAY FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER so I couldn't have one. And that it was delivered but if noone was home it would have been returned? Ummmm... First of all the USPS leaves a note if theres a package that can't fit the box. Ususally they leave it at the door. Never in life have I heard of PAYING for a free trackign number. I have the email from them saying they'd send the tracking number. I'm going to raise hell about this and I better get my money back!

My mother ordered me one the Christmas sweaters that they were advertising on facebook in the first week of November. After not receiving the sweater 2 and half weeks later, she emailed the company and asked what was going on with the order. That same day Sammy dress wrote my mom back and claimed that it's not there fault that she didn't pay extra for tracking, and then sent her a shipping confirmation with the date the package was shipped... which was the same day they received her email. So they lost the order and couldn't admit they messed up, just blamed a customer. That was November 24, it's now the day before Christmas and still no sweater. My mom contacted PayPal and submitted a claim to get her money back from Sammy dress for still not receiving the sweater after almost 2 months after ordering. They now are claiming it's not there fault the package hasn't gotten there yet and it shipped so there is nothing they can do about it. This company is a big sham, and I hope no one else makes the mistake in ordering anything from them. And they better hope they refund my mom because it will be really sad going to court with them over 20.00 dollars

The order, M************** wish shipped less than 48 hours after payment was made! Most of the items were on sale so it was really cheap and it was delivered to my doorstep within 5 working days. Imagine I am from the Caribbean and I placed my order to Sammy in China on the 8th Jan, 2018; it shipped by the 10th Jan 2018 and I have my items by the 15th January. It's fantastic! The quality of the items were also exceptional. I ordered some of the items for clients and they were extremely pleased with how much the items they received were exactly as the pictures seen on the site. I only recently started shopping with Sammy Dress and it's a decision I truly do not regret. I will continue to shop here and I look forward to my next order.
I will never order from Sammy dress again, only got one item when I ordered two, contacted them on live chat they said it was out of stock and if I wanted to order something else or have a refund I said refund, so we shall see if I get a refund or not

"Do not trust the ratings on the website.
If there is a low rating for a product, the website will not publish it.
This website is a gamble. Yes, they have pretty things for low prices. However, there is a shipping price attached to everything. I've gotten charged for items which claimed free shipping, and items which claim 24 hour shipping that arrived yesterday-- That is almost 2 months after stated price.
If they don't have the item you request, they will give you the closest thing they have. This may mean you order 3 XXL and 2 XL Men's vests, and you get something labeled L but fits a Sm women well.
I also ordered 3 purses, which came in the wrong color. I wanted to match dresses to purses, but that didn't work.
I also ordered 3 dresses which are 1 inch smaller than the said price, and the waist is really high on the dress. If you are tall, or you have breasts, good luck.
The tape measure I ordered is completely inaccurate on the inches side.
In fact, nothing I ordered was what I expected.
However, if you are planning on reselling, and not using the items themselves, it may be worth the gamble. The quality isn't bad for the price, but after shipping, it isn't worth it if you live in America.
I received a partial refund on the vests, because they were obviously off on size. They gave me a 20% discount."

As I placed two orders one on the 24th of Oct MM************** and the other one on the 28th MM************** and paid for extra shipping in order to receive the items in 3 to 5 business days. They emailed me after 12 days and told me they refund my money and cancelled both of my orders when I was expecting it to arrive. Warning- DO NOT use this site! This is the most disappointing online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered on 20th Feb 2014, and have no clothes, no answers and not a single reply to my FIVE tickets of complaint.
I am usually very careful about online purchases, but I guess I was seduced by the lovely looking clothes and low prices. I am a small size, so thought these items would fit and look good. I ordered a number of items and paid for "expedited" shipping: total cost of $AU 105.
After 10 days, I started to get concerned and checked the status of my order- it was still "processing". I sent a pleasant enquiry via their Ticket system, which promises an answer within 24 hours. I received an automated reply saying my ticket had been received, but no answer. I have sent four further ticket since then. I have had NO answer at all by any means. No email, nothing at all.
I paid in full as soon as I placed my order, and these people took my money quite happily. I paid with PayPal, so hopefully may have some recourse. I think PayPal should definitely remove them form the retailers they deal with. I will complain to PayPal and never deal with this site again.
Total disappointment. Should not be in business.
