First off, my order shipped in two different packages. The first one arrived within the 7-10 business days as promised. However, the second package did not come in until 15 business days... very upset that I was told it would come 7-10. Also, when I received the clothes, I was highly disappointed. One dress was past my knees, one dress showed my butt, one shirt showed my belly button, and a medium size pants (which I normally wear small or medium) came up a good six inches off the ground (too short). After of the clothing I order (ordered 7 items total)I can't wear and I can't ship them back because I'm not paying another $20 for that. I also ordered a dress that was never sent. I could only expect that when I order things for a website- at the very LEAST- the exact clothes I placed in my cart be the ones that I actually receive. Just so disappointing that I wasted $70 of my hard working on money on clothes that I can't even wear, can't return, or never received. Will definitely never order from here again. I guess I learned my lesson.
I just love Sammy dress! The merchandise is of great quality and the prices are very affordable! I would recommend everyone to give Sammy Dress a try, you will not be disappointed!

I ordered an item in August 29th and it shipped on September 16th, today is December 2nd and the item still has not arrived. I have called customer service a dozen times and the line is either busy or it says the voice mail is full.
In addition I have also submitted 4 tickets to get the issue resolved. The first ticket responded that I have to wait longer, at that point it was 40 days. At 50 days I submitted another ticket and they responded did I check with the post office, I said I did and they never responded back. My 3rd ticket submitted was never answered.
I just submitted my 4th ticket asking for a full refund, I have very little faith. By the way this was suppose to be for Halloween, and its December?

I bought several times on Sammy dress, and are in general very satisfied. Customer service is very good, and also many of their items. The shipments are fast enough, and great prices.
Spent about 200euro on different items and was the biggest mistake I might as well have thrown my money in the toilet! Clothes look nothing like they do in the pictures, the quality and stitching is awful, delivery charge and time is terrible. NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I ordered from Sammy dress on 1/30/16. I ordered a dress and a bathing suit all at the same time. I paid the extra for a tracking number and package protection and then waited. I waited for almost an entire month and my order was still processing. So I tried calling them, leaving several messages with clear contact information, sending several help tickets via their website, and even tried live chat a few times. Their phone number provided, goes straight to an answering machine or rings and then the answering machine picks up. The help tickets I sent would say received but never were answered. With the live chat I finally got in touch with a representative who told me the items I had ordered a month earlier, would be shipped out as soon as they were available. Now, I have done some online shopping and most of the time if something is not available it will be taken down or say "out of stock." I finally recieved a package from them on 3/14/16. I opened it to find no bathing suit but just the dress. The dress had a few places in stitching that were messed up, the fabric was very heavy and it was way to big(which seems to be the opposite problem that others were having) I checked my email to find they FINALLY reached out to me, just to give me an automated message stating that the bathing suit is not available at this time and they can give me store points for it (yeah... no thanks.) I asked for a refund to my bank card and they refunded me a "partial" refund for less than the dress itself cost! Ordering from their site is like gambling with your money and customer service gets a thumbs down from me.

I received the shoes not too long after ordering them and they are very cute. They also seem to be good quality shoes and upon arriving here, were not at all damaged.
Shipping takes a while, but the products are good quality, although clothes tend to run quite small. I'm a repeat customer and over all very happy with the service, pricing, and quality.

This place is terrible. The item I ordered and the item they sent me are completely different, but that's just the start. I've been back and forth for almost a month now with Flora from SammyDress Customer Service, specifically asking for the address that I can return the item to. I've also submitted a photo of the item that they sent me. 5 or 6 emails later we're still at square 1, where Flora keeps asking me about the SKU #. Problem is, they know the SKU number of what I ordered and the picture of what they sent me don't match up.
This company is crap - could be worse than Comcast and/or AT&T.

From all my experiences and friend's experiences, I have to say Sammy Dress is one of the most reliable and wonderful sites I have used when It comes to purchasing products and customer service, as well as the high quality of the products listed. The clothing is usually very soft and affordable, and the shoes are amazing. Their makeup selection of shadows, concealer pallets and eyeliners are really great for cosplay purposes (as well as everyday uses). The brushes and accessories (like puffs and nail tools) are very well made and I haven't had a problem with them during everyday use(No shedding or bits coming off). I've never had to return anything because each product is well labeled, and if you have inquiries, Customer Service is quick to reply with helpful answers. I have had all 100% positive experiences with all the products. The shipping cost is reasonable when it comes to the weight of the package, and nothing has come broken or damaged. I will definitely buy more from Sammy Dress, because I trust their service, products and customer care.

I love Sammydress. They have amazing items and incredible prices. Dresses and high heels are very beatiful, high and comfortable. I ordered 3 items from this company on 9/26! It took them 2 weeks to even provide tracking information, that never updates to even tell you when to expect your package! On top of that when I emailed them they said it would take 7-10 business days from the date the item shipped to arrive but then later had someone else email me saying it would take 25 business days! It wasn't until I began to complain about their lack of service that I was then advised that one of the items was not even in stock! I was beyond angry to say the least! Even with all that being said they have done NOTHING to accomodate me other than offering a coupon but let's get real, who the hell would purchase from them after having this experience?
What a nightmare. It has been three months since I placed my order for some jewelry and to date the packages have still not arrived! My event came and went and I had to buy jewelry somewhere else. A MONTH ago I started my request for a refund and all that I get in return after several messages is "please continue to be patient... your package is coming... please wait another month before requesting a refund" Excuse me?! Wait four months to see if a package arrives (which I doubt it will) before getting a refund. When I insisted on a refund still, the company just closed my request ticket. What a complete scam.
UPDATE: Within hours of posting this review, I was contacted by the "customer service" agents and offered and "exclusive refund" (LOL WHAT?) When I accepted the refund- which should have been mine anyway, I was then asked by the company to update my review on this website.
So here is my update: SammyDress can shove it where the sun don't shine. No package arrived, customer service so bad that I think they purposefully try to be bad, and I am pretty sure their entire business model survives on people giving up on getting their money back for items that were never shipped to them. But pro-tip, apparently if you go on five other websites as I did and reveal their bad business practices, you might get your "exclusive refund" too!
