I ordered three maxi dresses from this company. To date only two of these dresses came and way past the scheduled time. The quality of these dresses is poor.
Hi everyone, i placed two orders on the Sammydress website. I have a small litle business in Dubai called Vintaysia. So far i am VERY DISSAPOINTED in teh service! Its been a month now, one order says its been shipped out but a second states "PROCESSING" when i emailed the company, they requested a photo of my credit card and a photo of my passport i. D! how do i know that im not going to be cheated! They say its to protect against credit card fraud but how do i know im not walking into a trap! I contacted my bank, they advised me not to send it! The amounts for both orders have gone off my card! Im very upset with this, im loosing my customers and i feel like im being cheated by requesting me to send my card photo with passport copy!

MY EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE! I AM STILL DEALING WITH THIS MESS! I have been dealing with this for 2 months! I ordered the item and after sending in a message they tell me it is out of stock. It is illegal to accept payment when you have no merchandise to give. For that alone I should sue. Secondly, I asked to have the order canceled 2 weeks ago. I get a ticket back saying that they will cancel it and i should have my money back in 3-10 days and I still have not gotten it back. So, I sent another ticket and now they said the item is in stock and ready to send when I specifically asked to cancel the order. This is the last straw for me. I also have been calling the customer service number for two weeks and still have not been able to talk to someone. The line is either busy or it rings and then the busy tone comes on and the call ends. I am BEYOND FED UP. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK.

Ordered a jacket in the first week of November. I waited patiently for it for longer than 30 days like the site states then attempted to contact the company. After numerous emails they still would not respond. The end of January rolls around, so this is 2 months now and still no product multiple emails sent and finally a response. They told me to just wait longer for the item. All of February passes and I again email the company and after a week they send me a tracking number and tell me that the item shipped a few weeks ago. I attempt to look the item up and the tracking number is completely made up. I again contact the company via email and after a week they respond that the item must have gotten lost while shipping and that they offer no guarantees. WHAT! I call them out to the carpet about the made up tracking number and they have no recollection of sending that tracking number? This company is a complete scam. Buyer beware. They simply wait for orders and if they are "uninsured shipping" they will pocket the money and claim it never shipped and will provide zero proof that the package even shipped. And they get away with it, why because the shipments come directly from China and they know that there will be no consequences for their actions. Check BBB they have a F. Check numerous other sites people all have similar complaints. I wish I would have research the company more before I spend my hard earned money.
I placed and order over a month ago and I still haven't received it. I have called several times and get no answer or a busy signal. I will never order from here again

They told me that if I contacted them at their site and proceeded to give me 119 things I had to type in I could discuss how to fix my problem (item was sent to incorrect address and returned to sammydress). I typed in all 119 things and was then told my question was not available. Nothing about how to fix anything. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SAMMYDRESS.COM. It is a scam.

I ordered 2 wigs from this company and i received the first one in a couple months. It looks like SHI* i went with real hair and it isn't. It doesn't look anything like on the websight. I have been trying to return it but their Customer service SUCKS YOU CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE! I still have not received the other wig I am out over $100 from this company. I just ordered a few items for my class reunion. I called multiple times after reading reviews on this company. It appears to be true. No email address listed on there web site. When you call consumer service it sounds like you are calling someone's home and you can bearly understand what they are saying. She asked me to repeat my order number 10 times! She finally said she would email me about my order ehile you are already on the phone with me. I THINK I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY SAMMYDRESS.

I know many of you have had bad luck with them, and i dont blam you for being mad about it. But not everyone has had the same bad luck as you hae. I made about 3 different oder throught them and all have been ok. Yes it does take a longer time for you to get it then the time it say. But with many place that happens. Cant judge them based on that. And i have had it that i oder something that ended up not in stock, they do give refudes i know i have had it happen. Nor do i have to pay with just paypal or western i used a perpaid visa. You must also take into accout that your paying as much as 4$ for a shirt something. So its not always going to be the same as a 20 $ shirt its just the way it is. And no i dont work for sammy dress. Im a singel mom and live in canada. I shop with them cause i do get a cheaper price for things. Just make sure you follow the measuring they have and get a size bigger. To be on the safer side.

This company gets NO STARS from me. I ordered only two dresses from this company and the overall process took 2 months. First, i paid for expedited shipping and was charged $17 and did not receive my dresses until 2 months after i ordered. The second dress i ordered, first they told me that they did not have it in stock after i had already placed the order and to pick another one. I did that but once my dress arrived, it was the first one i wanted and was not the size i wanted. I contacted them via email and was told to send the pictures of the packaging. ITS BEEN MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE.
I have ordered one shirt and 8 weeks later still no shirt. I contacted them and they wrote back it was coming. That was 3 weeks ago. Never order from them!
