My experience with Sammy dress has been wonderful. I will continue to shop and be a loyal consumer with them. They're wonderful and very reasonable I have no disappointments with them.
I bought some dresses via Paypal, I then got an email asking for a copy of my credit card. This is unacceptable of any company to ask for credit card details via email.

I have been a SammyDress shopper for 2 years now, because I am very happy with the products and quality of service. Firstly, I am very happy with the variety and choices that the website provides - the clothing are all unique pieces. So far, everything I have bought has been of great quality. The best part of SammyDress is that the reviews of the clothing items are very HONEST and shoppers can post up pictures for everyone to see how the clothing looks like. This makes shopping a lot easier, because it allows you to have a better idea if the clothing item is what you're looking for. SammyDress isn't afraid to post up bad reviews about certain items, in order to maintain their honesty and transparency. Also, I really like the customer service system that they have in place - if i have a question or concern, I send them a message (or "ticket") and the customer service reps generally get back to you in a timely manner (within a day or 2). Finally, the timing of shipping is true and consistent to what is promised: 5-25 business days for Flat Rate shipping, My latest order made on Nov 30 arrived very quickly, within 12 business days.
I ordered a flight coat 2 1/2 weeks and I have not received nothing yet. Not even a tracking number. I have called the number and still haven't heard anything. All I want is my coat or my money back.

I was a little scared to order but I did it anyway and I love my dresses and as soon I tried them on I was ordering from them again. The item shipped to me quickly and that was a pleasant surprise.
