Sammy Dress

It took over a month to get my package and when it did come I was missing 3 items. I attempted multiple times to contact the company and finally put in a ticket. The response was your package was shipped. So I put in another ticket asking for the missing items since I received my crwdit card statement and was charged for the missing items. It took a week but I finally received an email explaining items out of stock and I will be getting a refund. I will watch my statement tonsee if that happens. The items I did receive were good quality but they do run small and the measurements on the site are not accurate. U rated sammydress 3 stars because the product I received was decent and eventually I had received a response. They do have a terrible contact us section. Nearly immpossible, clothes run small, and shipping not so great. They need to not list an item if thwy know it is out of stock and it could prevent alot of these recurrent issues.

"This site is such BULL$#*!. Please beware and NEVER ORDER FROM SAMMYDRESS. There shipping is basically a fraud because despite the amount you pay for the expedited or normal shipping is all false. I paid for expedited shipping and shipping insurance before and it came more than 2 months later not the expected 10 days at most. Even if you ask for your tracking number, they give you bull$#*! numbers. I've gotten so many different tracking numbers that they are obviously just giving random numbers to stall with because my order of one thing hasn't even been sent yet. I can't believe that I ordered from this site again, there stuff is cute but the quality is $#*!, but that's basically what you would expect from a site like this. Even their replies to bad reviews are bull$#*!, they don't address the specific problem but cover it up by telling you to contact someone via email. They are honestly putting up a front to scam you. Shipping shouldn't even taken this long, I've ordered from asia before and it never took this long, I mean processing should only take a week max, but since most of their items are out of stock that won't happen. They don't change the status of their items so you can spend your money on them and not even get the shipping money you spent back. That's right they don't refund you on shipping, which in most cases is even more expensive than the actual item you bought. No matter what bull$#*! Sammy Dress is going to reply with never shop here ever! This site is a fraud and legal actions should seriously be taken up with this site. "

Sammy Dress is my favorite online store. I was referred to the site by a friend, and I am very grateful she introduced me to it. I have tried a few other sites, like zuliliy, but I couldn't ever find what I was looking for--particularly in my size. I am very short and petite, so I love the sizing that Sammy Dress offers. I can find shoes, shirts, pants, and more that will actually fit me on their website. Shopping at local stores is a challenge for me because of my small size. Just this past weekend I spent over two hours trying to find shoes that would fit me that didn't look like little girl shoes. I'm not joking or exaggerating. I wear size 2-3. I was able to find two pairs out of 7 stores. However, on Sammy Dress, I found over fifty elegant, lady-like shoes that would fit me. I would definitely (and have) recommend Sammy Dress to my friends. Granted, sometimes shipping takes a while, but that is to be expected considering much of the products from Sammy Dress are shipping from Korea. But overall, I have loved everything I have bought from Sammy Dress and will continue to shop there. I also love the "S Point" system. Very functional and appealing. They also have great deals.

The prices of the items are really good, and there are a lot of variety. I like the things I had bought with them, the jewelry is very nice and they have pretty clothe also. I really like it!

I have heard about Asian clothing sites before, like SammyDress, and for a while I only browsed them.

The total cost for my order, INCLUDING shipping to Sweden was $18, which is really low considering the quality of the products. When I got my order, they were indeed of good quality, looked just like the picture, very well packaged, in good condition... basically everything was in order, AND NOW I have five more necklaces to mix into my outfits.

I ordered 3 Medium blouses & 1 dress. Received 3 blouses all different sizes. 1 was right size, 1 blouse is too small and another is so large look like XL and I ordered Beige but they sent bright yellow. Quality of blouses were so pool nothing like they show on the website on sammydress. When I wrote to them I want instruction how to return the merchandise and I wanted full refund. They reply was they are going to pay me $4 US Dollars to compensate for wrong sizes. I email back pointed out that I can't change size small to Medium/bright yellow to beige. I insisted I wanted full refund. I want instruction how and where to send back blouses. I received email from sammydress I can keep all 3 blouses and they are refunding $15 US Dollars without returning instruction. I'm so frustrated this sammydress customer services. What can I do with too small/too big blouses with wrong color?. Don't order from this site, sammydress. They shows cute clothes with chip prices to lure in customers. If too good to be true, it's to good to be true.
