Experience was good from beginning to end. Good quality when the dresses arrived and exactly like the pictures. The prices are excellent and the customer service was very helpful when I was stuck.
You will not receive your items OR you will get them and they are cheap and too small. There are no refunds or exchanges! They are in China and you cannot return their clothes. Buyer Beware!
Other reviews say the same thing, so JUST STOP the nonsense and DO NOT ORDER anything from SammyDress. They never sent our item and refused to refund our money until we reported them to the Better Business Bureau. It took over two months of nagging, but we finally got a refund. They never explained why they wouldn't/didn't send our item.

SAMMYS DRESS IS THE WORST WEBSITE EVER. I ordered my clothes from the 21st of june and did standard shipping and have not received any email or anything stating that my package was shipped. I spend over $100 dollars on this site and i would love to have my money back. This is ridiculous and inconsiderate. They do not answer any of my emails and its making me furious because i waste my money. I WILL NEVER EVER order anything from this scamming website.

I love this website. The items sold are reasonably priced. Shipping is reasonable too. The items sold are of high quality and delivery time is acceptable.
I made an order on the second of January and STILL haven't received my order. It is now the end of February, I wrote a ticket and had no reply... very disappointed
These people are scam artists, they take your money never send your items the contact phone number doesn't work, then you send a ticket to inquire about your package they say its not shipped because you have to verify the payment which they already received and they just give you the run around you never get to actually talk to anyone you just get a pre-written email from a so called Syliva but when you play with my time and money you have made an enemy out of me so please don't order from these thieves! I bought a dress for Halloween from Sammy Dress and loved it. It was affordable and soft, just a little thin. The dress was perfect and I was happy with my purchase and will buy again.
I ordered a swimsuit which arrived 20 days after what I consider a very reasonable time. The swimsuit is amazing, so is the price and the customer service very helpful.
I have to say I am very happy with my experience at SammyDress. I placed my first order with them around 11/21/15. Since then I have placed about 5 more orders. I notice some other people have complained about the time it takes to get the orders. To be honest that is not SammyDress's fault. My brother (who has been all around the world) explained to me that sometimes items shipped from one country to another takes a really long time. This is not the fault of the store but oftentimes one country or another having a problem with sending or receiving shipments. I live in the USA so of course the orders took some time getting here.
SammyDress sells items at such low prices that I don't mind waiting a little longer to get them. The important thing to me is I got exactly what I thought I was paying for and that the quality of the item was better than expected. All the items were exactly as pictured. The quality of the items, the customer service and the website was excellent.
I keep placing orders with SammyDress because I have come to trust they will get me the best quality items for the lowest prices.
I would and have recommended this site to friends and to family.
My order was placed on 25 October. Mid-December, I logged on the website to check its status and found out that it was still unshipped. I opened a ticket with their customer service asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded. The very next day, I received an email saying that this very order was now shipped, but that there were two items missing due to they being out of stock.
I opened another ticket upon receiving my order (which, by the way, was rather disappointing quality-wise) to enquire about the missing items. I was offered to choose other items to replace those that couldn't be delivered. Again, the items I chose were not in stock. I thought it would be easier to just give up and have the two items refunded - boy, was I wrong. It turns out that the customer rep is adamant that a replacement order has been sent out and that I owe money to cover the shipping costs! Of course, this new order is nowhere to be found in my customer account, nor is there a single invoice available.
I have never seen a company requesting customers to pay the shipping costs for a replacement order. Nor have I had to deal with customer reps writing so rudely (example: Your dress has been sent. Have you paid?). Urgh. This was my first and last order. I would certainly not recommend buying anything from them.

I've seen so many bad comments about SammyDress and I really don't understand, I'm asking myself, did those people really shop at SammyDress? So far I've ordered 7 times from SammyDress (clothes, shoes, jewelry, make-up and home tools) and I must say that I am really beyond content with many things. I've never had any bad experience this store, I can only say that I've been really happy with quality of my received items and the shipping speed! (I live in Europe and it only took three weeks for all 7 of my orders to arrive. Since I paid for Inte'l Flat Rate Shipping this really pleasantly surprised me!) I've found that the quality of items is really really great (especially my shoes! And make-up) considering those very low prices. And also, their support service is really the best. They always answer to me the same day and offer possible solutions quickly if I happen to have any questions. I would really recommend SammyDress to anyone else, and to people who complain about sizes - you are shopping from Asia, so you should be aware that the sizing is totally different than in your country! I always take clothes that are x2 bigger than my actual size and I never have the problem afterwards!) SammyDress has an A+ from me and I will definitely continue shopping there and recommending it to my friends.
