Sammy Dress

I made an order with Sammydress on April 15,2014. I've been waiting on my order since I paid $14.00 for my standard shipping which consist of 3-7 days and well I still have no order. I spoke with two ppl from there once a woman and another time a man and I even got 2 emails from them and it seems they are replying with the same thing. I ask for a refund because I need the dress by the 26th and they are very unprofessional. It's like they are scamming people. I never had this problem with any other websites. I really wanna get in contact with US Customs because this is very unacceptable. I even tried tracking and it's like the tracking is even fake. Because it's been saying the same thing every since the 19th. This is really a ripoff and they are scamming their customers. I advise ppl never to order from this whack website. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.! They don't answer their phone and they stop responding back to their customer. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.!

Okay. So I feel compelled to write a review on my experience with sammydress.com since I saw so many dissatisfied customers on the Facebook thread and it had me worried.

I ordered $400 worth of clothing and accessories (don't judge me! I do this once every 5-7 years and don't ever shop otherwise!) on my first go-around. That was on 10/11. Yes, it did stay in "Processing" mode for a while, but it ships from China! Duh! Anywho, got my first part of the shipment today and I can honestly say, for an average of $8 per item, it was worth every penny. I hate paying shipping costs in general, just like I dislike paying cover charges, but you have to pay to play.

Most of the clothing is made with light, simple materials so don't expect ball gowns! And, yes, there are a few hanging threads here and there or a loose button or a "sticky" zipper, but EVERYONE should have some Basic Sewing 101 under their belts which can fix that right up.

Finally, the clothes definitely run mad small! I am size 0 proper in good clothes, 5'8", 118 (on a bloated day wink emoticon, and I ordered all mediums just in case even though I normally wear XS or S. Perfect fit. Err on the side of ordering larger than your size becuz, I don't know but you, but I sure wasn't paying no extra to ship a blessed thing back to China!

Bottom line: Don't expect Vera Wang for@$10 a pop and don't plan on wearing your purchase next week because your feelings will be hurt. But, for the money, value is just grand. And, hell! Practically everything you buy is "Made In China" anyway! Happy hunting!

I submitted a order to SammyDress, com on 10/08/2015 20:46:53 PM and as you can see I'm writing this Review on 10/13/2015 5 days later after I've called this number as a Contact Customer Service Number: (1)*******508 and you maybe lucky to have it ring for you, but after 2 rings. The phone automatically starts giving a Busy Tone.

After emailing the Support Center: T*******947 10/10/2015 11:18:30 UTC. Today is the 13th and No One Responded Back YET! Who in the World are these people and who lets them create these sites to just FRAUD people out of their Hard Earned Money.

Oh! Yes! And they have already been PAID via my bank days ago. There should be Tougher Laws Against These Kinds Of Companies That Never Make Good On Their End As A Valid Online Company, but Doesn't Hold Up Their End Of The Business Deal.

Maybe A Small Business Owner Like Myself Just Might Bring These Actions Up To My Congress. Because this HURTS My Business!

Really pissed off, i hate this company, ordered 12 items worth 200$ plus express shipping, they wont respond to me, theres no direct number to contact them directly, i want a refund that i will never get because i cant get ahold of them... GO LOOK AT ALL THE FACEBOOK COMMENTS... this site is fraudulent and needs to be shut down, note that ishop online ALOT and have never had these issues this is absaloutely insane they owe me 120$ for stuff i never recieved

I would give this company a zero if I could. I placed on order on 5/5, today is 6/4. I hadn't received any email saying my order had been processed or shipped, and since it's been almost a month and had yet to receive my items I contacted them. I tried the live chat. At first I swear I got just a computer automated response, even though a name popped up and said I was chatting with an operator. I asked a question, and I got at least 20 automated responses that had nothing to do with what I asked. I then asked if "Kevin" was even a real person. After a while I finally got a response. I was told all of the items in my order were out of stock, and would I please change them to something else. Seriously?! I never got an email saying they were out of stock. You shouldn't be able to order items that are out of stock or that can't be shipped within a reasonable time. That's just disrespectful to your clients, and bad business ethics. Very disappointed. He then told me my order had been cancelled, and I should get a refund shortly. I have yet to receive that as well. When I logged into their site immediately following our little chat, it stated the items had been shipped. I think this company is a fraud. Order # MM**************

SammyDress is a great site with seemingly endless amounts of clothes, jewelry and shoes to choose from. I've ordered from them on 5 or 6 different occasions and have always been satisfied. The jewelry always looks exactly like the picture and some of my favorite pieces have came from this site. The reason I give 4stars rather than 5 is only because this is an Asain based clothing company their clothing sizes run a little small compared to American based clothing companies. So just keep this in mind when ordering. If you wear an "American" size "Medium", when ordering from SammyDress opt for the size "Large" instead and you won't have a problem (it works for me). Something else I like about this site is that customers have the option to "review" clothing they've ordered, you can read their thoughts about the item when they've recived it and see a picture of them wearing it (if the included a picture). That option makes shopping on this site that much easier. Finally, the best part about SammyDress is the PRICES! You're buying these clothes at "cost" prices, meaning you're not paying the marketed up price you'd find at a store carrying the same item. You can try out so many different looks and styles without the worry of spending a lot of money. If you've never ordered from SammyDress I recommend that you do.

Over TWO WEEKS ago, they took my money. I paid over thirty dollars in shipping (half of what the total cost of the items came to, blouses and skirts). My item has not even shipped, nor is anyone willing to discuss anything with me. I have been completely ignored. Their USA phone line isnt even a connected number. And their live chat is an automated response that has preset responses. The dont respond to tickets or messages.

This site is a scam. My order was supposed to ship in 24 hours. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND IT HASNT EVEN SHIPPED.

I got scammed out of almost $100, dont fall for what I did! On the site, my order says it was made in december! Its not even november now!

DO NOT SHOP FROM SAMMYDRESS!
