Everything I ordered was horrible. The dresses I ordered felt like the same material as children dress up clothes... That may be being too nice. I will never wear any of the clothes so now I have adult sized crap.
I was going to order 223.00 worth of merchandise but the shipping was over 100.00 which to me is crazy because i order from overseas all the time and shipping not that much. I have talked to people recently that have ordered and they were disappointed at how long it takes. Sooooo an awful amount in shipping and weeks to months to get... No thank you.

I ordered the grey dress with plunge black and white stripe round the neck! The material is spit through. The material is puckered! I don't know where they got the photograph of the dress, but mine barely resembles it! I would not put it in a charity shop!

I have left two 'tickets' and the first one has magically disappeared after two days. Its been 16 days since my order date and I STILL haven't heard anything. I try to call the number and only get a busy signal. The first time I called it rand 16 times before the busy signal. Now its just a busy signal. No one replies to the inquiries you send. And the 'live' chat is a joke. I'm still waiting for a response. After I either get my damn order or get a damn refund, I will NEVER order from here again. Ever.

I've emailed them 6 times no response to the awful items that I have received. I then post a review on this website and this is the first response I have heard from them. Just because I posted something negative about there business. They tell you in there response to your review to just send them you order number. But don't tell you where to send it and the website they provide for you won't allow you to click on it. This site is a total scam please don't waste your money!

I ordered almost 4 months ago. I never recieved my product and they will not respond to my numerous requests for a refund. They responded originally staying even though their site says products will arrive in 15 days, it can take up to 30, then when they did not arrive after 30 states it could take 45 business days, again no package. Hey hen responded saying he items come from China and can take up to 60 business days. No package and still no response when I asked for refund. Do not order from them. I am filing a suit with my credit card company against them.
I actually gave them a trial, and they aren't bad as perceived by people. I generally love their services from purchase, escrow and shipping, especially the men's wrist watches i bought worth the price.
... someone tell me how this is legal? Everything on this site is a joke, including its fake "reviews" of the clothes. Oh and returns policy is a nightmare. Making you jump through hoops. Never never neverrrrr again.

This place has a lot of cute things. I so far bought two things and one came in really quick and the other took a little longer. I contacted costumer service about my tracking and they replied the next day! I love this website and will continue to buy from them

Very happy with my experience with Sammy Dress, the prices were all reasonable and arrived as seen in the site photos, the shipping time was as expected and when I had an issue with one of the products my email was answered to promptly. Would recommend this site to others.
I did all the research, including reading reviews on website like this before. Anyway, I purchase quite a few time now. All the items are correct as what I order. Just the shipping takes a while. The red heels in this pic is what I bought. I waited for a month for this. Scared the $#*! that m being scammed but it came through. So m glad :)
The clothing items here are basically inexpensive and they fit my pocket. I would continue to do my e-shopping here without a doubt. YES sometimes what you see online isn't what you receive, but on sammydress you'd get the products as you see in the pictures but not the material you expected. That's it.
