Sammy Dress

After receiving an item that lo looked nothing like the photo advert and contacting SammyDress 6 times with no resolution from them I had to contact Paypal to get a refund. Very poor customer servise from this company.

I ordered 4 items from this site. Only recieved 3 and that took almost a month. They said 1 item was out of stock(even though it is still being sold on their website) and I still have not recieved anything for my money. The items I did recieve had threads hanging off everywhere, the one that was supposed to be cotton isn't, and the shipping costs as much as the cloths. You go ahead and pay because its expedited so its worth it right? Wrong, unless you like paying for a month long wait. Ended up contacting my credit card to dispute charges. The only way to deal with issues is to go through their support system which is a joke. They just close out your complaint when They are satisfied(which is after they get your money)

It was awesome. I am so obsessed with their selection! I first started shopping for myself and then I saw their mens' collection. Now I'm browsing for my Fiancee! Their style is sexy, modern, classic, funky, retro etc. For an A-MAZING price you get any piece that helps define your style individually. I'm excited to have found the app. Its easier for browsing than the actual site. S points is a great incentive to take off the shipping price. Quality of the product is good, lasts longer than a Mandees shirt. That's for sure. Honestly, I don't want to share cause I notice quantities and certain styles are limited, but for the price, check it out^.^ Don't go broke at forever 21, this site is 10x better.

"I was a bit reserved when I saw quite a few negative reviews on this shop, but since most of them were based on ignorance of the costumer, I decided to buy one item and lets see how it goes. I've ordered a nice, modern looking cardigan. The quality of it is the same as I get in my highstreet retailer, but minding the price gap I am just about to order a bit bigger shipment. The package arrived sooner then expected, undamaged, the packing could be a bit better, but thats the only possible negative thing about it. And costumer service is fine, after ordering a product which was out of stock, they politely contacted me, apologized, explain the situation and offered me several options of how we can resolve this matter. I just went for a similar looking product. Overall. Highly impression: recommended."

I used to buy from Aliexpress and had a few bad experiences, so switched to ebay, however, couldn't fully trust them either, because pics are always from fashion magazines and the real clothing never looks like it, so I found SammyDress and absolutely loved it! Especially their selection of dresses. The best thing is that you can view other people's photos and see what the product looks like in real life. I only go by other people's reviews when deciding whether to buy this particular thing or not. They accept Paypal which is awesome. Also, always check the measurements! You can't just select L and assume that it's going to be the L you normally get, no, it's Asian sizes, they are smaller, shorter, thinner. Go and measure yourself, your clothes and go by cm/inch instead of S, M, L, and you won't have any problems.

I have made two orders with SammyDress so far. The first i made not expecting much but once i received it i knew i'd be making another. The package arrived ahead of schedule in good condition. The sizing charts on the site are super helpful and have built in conversion for people who use the metric system. Their onsite reviews and answered questions are super helpful when deciding whether or not to buy an item. Overall my experience with this site has been great and i look forward to more amazing clothes and accessories from them!

I know there're alot of horror stories about SammyDress but I've been ordering different products since last year and everything came in perfect conditions. Quality is good although some times the product is not identical as the picture but close enough to keep me satisfied. Delivery time it's great but keep in mind that some times it may take longer due to holidays or special offers. My last order was a white dress for my engagement party and I'm really pleased with the product.

Poor quality. Sewn poorly. Didn't receive over half my order. Sizes were really small even though I measured myself twice before ordering and matched to size charts. Had nothing but issues with getting any money back just the run around for weeks. Luckly I bought on my paypal and they helped me make a claim. Still I paid extra for expidited shipping and never got here on time and the other half never arrived. PLUS I paid twice as much for duties when some of it did show up then I did for the product. NOT HAPPY. What a scam.
