I love Sammy Dress! They have reasonable prices, cute/affordable clothes, and great customer service. They also have amazing deals and discounts on all sorts of items. They always update their stocks with new and cute clothes! I'll definitely continue to shop and stay loyal to Sammy Dress!

Oh where to begin. I loved this site once. I ordered many items and i was a loyal customer. Until back in January 2015 i ordered a corset dress and 2 bracelets. 2 months go by and no package. They claim the item was lost and i would need to pay $20 to reship it. I did because the corset dress is very nice. That was back in April. The other day i contacted them yet again wondering where the package was and THEY NEVER SHIPPED IT OUT WHEN I PAID ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO. Do not waste your time and money on this site. All of them rosegal.com lovelywholesale.com any hong kong or china site they are greedy $#*! holes and will not ever be a reputable company. Terrible customer service and morals. Screw them!

Right after I hit the place order button with Sammydress I realized the sizes were European. I called immediately but there was a busy signal (I would try several times over the next few days but would get a busy signal or the phone would just ring). I submitted a "support ticket" (actually three tickets over the next few days) and while I received a computer generated response I never received a response from a live person. Three days later my order shipped with the wrong sizes. Not only that only HALF of my order shipped. Again calling didn't work nor did the "support ticket". I've NEVER written a negative review but don't want anyone else to be duped by this "company". Hence I am hitting all of the review sites so that others won't lose their money.

Similar to everyone else. Ordered 5 sweatshirts the beginning of November and paid for expedited shipping and after 3 weeks followed up. Was told that the items were popular and backordered by their supplier. Asked for a refund and was told that they could cancel my order outright but would only credit me to a "sammydress" account. Received 4 sweatshirts after about 5 weeks, however even though it was the same shirt there was a discrepancy in color with different sizes.

Now waiting over 2 months for the last sweatshirt and they have stopped answering my tickets.

DO NOT USE THEM!

I wear a M in US so to be safe I ordered an XL based on their "size chart." There's NO WAY this "Adult XL" would even fit a large child! None of the items I ordered are remotely close to the size listed. Not only that, the shipment took way longer than it was predicted and was missing an item entirely. DO NOT order anything from this company! The prices seemed too good to be true for a reason; because they are.

Well I guess most people aren't' used to over seas ordering. I expected the 2-month wait and I guess some don't. Even if you order a phone case from somewhere overseas expect 2-3months. It's NORMAL. I've purchased before and I did have about a month to wait and didn't receive 2 of my items. I contacted them and they told me when one would be available and sure enough I received a new shipping out date during that time. The 2 is no longer available and they contacted me stating what I would like to do. My items were in great condition and I have ordered again recently and I'm excited! If you're not used to the wait then this site isn't for you.

Order MS**************... Apparently my experience is the same as everyone else. Ordered 7 items on 11/17 and paid for expedited shipping. I inquired a few weeks later to see where my order was... they told me some of the items were out of stock and would be in stock on 12/10. On 12/10 I emailed asking for a status update and got no reply followed up with two other requests that have also gone unanswered. I also have been calling the # on the website and get no answer. My boyfriend also placed an order a couple weeks ago and it says that its still being processed. They took both our money right away. I'm complaining to the BBB about these idiots!

I have ordered from sammydress twice, shipping takes less than a month (to Estonia). I love my items what I received and I'm about to order again soon!
First off the prices are so low that it makes you want to order so many things: D
Secondly, every time I wear my clothes from this store, i get so many compliments. Because they are very trendy looking!
Thirdly, you can always see reviews on sammydress site too! Some people upload pictures too so it makes deciding so much easier. I recommend buying from sammydress. Customer service is very helpful also. I have had no negative experiences.

Samydress is a really great shop and offers beautiful products.
You get what you pay for and everything arrives in time! You just need to know that if the description says they will ship the article within more than 5 days or so, they haven't got the article in stock anymore. Therefore, the shipping takes awhile. In this case you will get the product as soon as they have it in stock. If it takes too long, you can ask for the refund. I guarantee that you will get your money back within a few days :) All in all, the website is really reliable.

I bought two coats on their site I thought these where good because they had 165 reviews of the product and it had 4.5 stars.
It took forever for them to send it and when I eventually go it, but it was not at all what was described on the product description. It said it was woolen but it was some cheap synthetic material you would get from a cheap Halloween costume.
Straight away I wanted to return it they wanted pictures of the item and product codes, straight away I felt this was going to be a fight to get my money back and I won't get a refund on the shipping.
Eventually after back and forth they offered store credit, but no refund of the money.

It is obvious that the reviews on this site about their products are a lie!
And you won't get your money back!

Of all the websites in the world to buy clothing online, I strongly prefer SammyDress. I have been ordering from them since the summer of 2013 - at least six times. They have the most beautiful clothing I have ever seen - and for a very reasonable price, too. SammyDress has made huge improvements in their ordering and inventory control in the past year. My most recent order was delivered to me in Texas (USA) in only 11 days and it was delivered complete. All the clothing was first quality, too. Very pleased indeed. I will be ordering again very soon. I think I have ordered at least six times and I have spent well over a thousand dollars total.

I ordered some dresses from Sammy Dress. Customer service contacted me promptly when one wasn't available so I could choose an alternative. The order came within the timeframe advised and dresses looked like the photos. I ordered freesize sort of styles so they fit well. I got a green dress to wear to a wedding and it was perfect-good fabric that flowed nicely and had some weight to it-it was fully lined too. I really like how Sammy Dress show photos of customers wearing what they've gotten-really shows how the items fit different body shapes which is VERY handy when buying online without being able to try on.
