I've heard about Sammydress via other people, and it didn't look suspicious. So, I ordered 3 items. I paid like 43 euros and kind of expected to get them in like a few weeks.

But. Seriously, I can't even properly check the tracking number thing for my order. My order status still says 'In transit'? What's that supposed to mean, anyway?

Also. It's been almost a month now, and it's taking sooooooo long! And I'm getting even more annoyed, it kind of feels like I wasted my money...:/

I really hope it'll arrive anytime soon... >_<

Run away! Don't order

I ordered 2 shirts in October. They divided my order into two shipments. First shipment received 2 months later the second shipment never received. When contacted they pretty much said too bad. But I guess I showing complain because they refunded me $2.99. WTF. What a joke. Don't order from this rip off company. I would have given them 0 stars for eating but it wasn't an option.

Terrible experience.
December 13, 2015

I ordered a Christmas sweater on Nov 11. It wasn't shipped out until Nov 26. I paid extra money to have the 3 to 5 day shipping, and it is now Dec 9 and I still haven't received it. I emailed the company and all I got was a too bad, here's a 8% discount. I'll never order from this company ever again.

Ordered 8 items and was told that they aren't all in stock! I wanted expedited shipping because I needed them within 12 days but now I'm told that my other items won't be in for another 9 days and then I have to wait for packaging time plus shipping time. I really wish I knew about this before I placed a big order

All I can say about sammydress.com is WoW! All clothes are very beautiful, personable and individual! In ordinary clothing stores you will not find anything like in sammydress.com. You can get your lovable items in a really good quality and for an amazingly cheap price. I was more than satisfied with my purchase and indeed suprised that every single detail were well done and, honestly. I LOVE them! For me, there is always fever when I buy something in online, but with sammudress.com - no worries! Thank You SammyDress!

Cheap and chic

I use Sammydress since the very first times they were online, a beautiful shop that increased throught the years with even more attraction. They sell good quality product at the lowest prices. I literally built up my wardrobe following their deals. They care about you as a customer; their customer service helps you in any issue that may occur (previous and after shopping). I'm very satisfied of my whole experience and I always come back there for my shopping, even more now that they have an accurate section full of plus size items! Sammydress is definitely my favourite site ever and I guess that if they have something in which they can improve more, would be to have a free shipping worldwide maintaining their prices affordable as now.

Thank you all who shared your negative experience with this site. I will NOT order from them and it has saved me a whole lot of inconvenience. Ironically, if their pattern holds up they will apologies for inconveniencing me. Obviously, they have a standard reply they tweek a bit then copy and paste in. No inconvenience, just false hope of getting a coat for cheap. I'll stick with keeping my online purchases to Macy's during their sales;-)

Long buy in SammyDress and be very honest: the price of the items is very cheap, the items I ordered were of good quality and the time it took to get was three weeks. Some items to order sold out, so they returned my money for these items, we must also consider that Asian sizes are therefore are smaller, but overall, I like shopping on this site.

If only I had read the reviews before buying from this company! I guess you get what you pay for which is JUNK! Money down the drain. I realized I was scammed when I opened the package (which took forever to arrive!) I am just going to quote the description for 1 star as above - "Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!"

Cheap Fun Clothes – Love SammyDress

I recently have become far more interested in fashion. Sammydress is my go-to, because it allows me to be more adventurous and take risks with my fashion choices without breaking my bank! The most important thing that you need to consider is sizing. The best advice I can give is to carefully read the sizing charts to pick the proper size, as well as read any reviews that are available for that particular item (they can tell you if it runs small, or if its sheer, etc).
Shipping does takes a while, but that should be expected as they a) warn you ahead of time about shipping timeframes and b) its coming from Asia and I'm in the United States.
I would definitely shop at SammyDress again!

I have made several purchases at Sammydress. The items were mostly what I expected. The sizes were the same as the size chart so they all fit as expected. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchases. I got some really cute tops and shoes. I can't wait to buy more! Pretty soon my entire wardrobe is going to be made of Sammydress clothes!

I order 5 items on November 30,2015, it says that it is still be processed. I have submitted numerous tickets. First I am told that I have to look to see how many days it takes to be shipped from the dispatched date. I do and when I respond saying that the items should of been shipped no later than December 29,2015, I am told that some of the items are on back order and will take an additional 7 to 15 business days. This is bull$#*!. Then I am told that I can't get a refund only a credit. More bull$#*!. I should of read the reviews first before buying anything from this place and ran.

What a scam
August 22, 2014

What a scam. Wanted to return 3 out of 5 items. The 2 I chose to keep are okay quality. The rest: wrong sizes, poor stitching, different color.

I am raising this complaint because dresslily is a disreputable website. This is another scam as it lures people to buying affordable clothes at subpar quality (dresslily and sammydress --- their clothes come from the same warehouse/location in China), recognizing that customers are powerless to return their items due to high prices. Dresslily also screens its negative feedback, which is how it lures new customers like me to purchase from them in bulk.

Escalate your claim to paypal! Received $20 back. Company even tried to haggle with me.

I ordered just two scarves in September 8th 2013 but after a few weeks started to wonder why they are not arriving. Sent E-mail to them and asked why is it taking so long. They answered I did not take any tracking code, which would have been more expensive. So just to wait, they will come. Well to this date, February 13th 2014, 5 months gone and scarves never came. Of course my case was solved long ago with PayPal and I got my money back. I just was happy not to order anything bigger and to be all nervous afterwards. Anyway, might be the stock was sent and post office just lost it (not the first time). But all the same, they let me wait for 60 days saying just "please wait they will surely arrive", before I took it to Pay Pal. I think they should have sent me a new item at least. I do not recommend anyway ordering anything from China. Cheap clothing but that has its' price. Someone works hard in there and does not get paid.

I ordered a coat for my son (large mens) in Jan. 2016 and the coat did not come until March 5. When I opened the package, the coat barely fit my wife who is 5'3" and approx. 125lbs. I have followed their return policies by sending pictures of the coat and the SKU number. They replied that I ordered the wrong size so I go back to my order and it states men's large. Customer Service was responding within 24 hours at first, now they don't reply to my complaints at all on what I should do next. So far I am stuck with this coat that no one I know can wear. Never buy from this website again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered 2 dresses from sammy dress at the end of July/early August i recieved one and not the other. Their merchandise is junk and nothing like what they have advertised and they have very poor customer service, i have sent numerous tickets and they just keep sending computer generated responses back that have nothing to do with what i asked them. When I finally did get a decent respone they said be patient that it could take 10-25 days for delivery, well now it's been almost 2-3 months and it's still not here. I would strongly suggest not buying from this company.

I placed an order on 11/18. Still hasn't shipped! I was hoping to get a jacket for a party, but even if it ships today, it will be too late. I want to cancel my order, but now when i try to submit a question i'm sent to a dead page. I can't even leave them a comment or a question now?!? This freaks me out. They were very very quick to take the money out of my account, yet i still have no goods. This is the worst, THE WORST, experience i have ever had with an online vendor. This place is HORRIBLE! Don't give them your money, the don't deserve it.

I ordered a sweater online about a month ago and have checked weekly and it still says that it hasn't even been shipped out yet. I left a message for customer service and got no answer and the phone number is bogus. It goes straight to a voicemail that says it's full so you can't even talk to anyone or leave a message. The site must be a scam and I either want the sweater or my money back.
