I ordered two items over a month ago. It is impossible to track the items. The phone number on the site does not work. This is another one of those internet sites that likes to make it look like there is customer support but good luck trying to reach a human being. The inability to track packages and lack of true customer support is a game breaker. My stuff may or may not arrive but I'm in week 5 now and whatever happens I will not be using SammyDress again. Curious most of the 5 star reviews came in on the same day, makes you wonder.
Sammydress is a excellent website / webstore with fantastic products.
I only very recently discovered it and it has quickly become one of my favourite stores.
I have made a few recent orders and have had absolutely no problems at all.
Really good quality, affordable items with good postage rates.
I promise you would be back for more shopping here if you gave it a try.
My first experience of shopping at Sammy Dress. Good products, easy shopping, and fast delivery. Just a little disappointed with the way they send my fedora hats, they should ship 'em with a cardboard, not by folding 'em. Overall, I am satisfied with the services from Sammy Dress. Will shop here again in the future.
I am not happy with Sammy Dress. I ordered a shirt on 12/6/14. After sending an email complaining it had not been shipped in 13 days. Did they send an email stating it had been shipped. The email states to allow 10 to 20 days to receive the shipment. I know the shirt looked pretty and the price was great. But that will be almost a month prior to receiving it to see if I like it. Plus I wanted to wear it for Christmas party. They did receive and took the money on day one. I won't be using them again. Unless I have a two month time frame before needing something.
I bought many items including jewelry, a pair of watches and toys. All of them looked just like on the pictures. I don't care to wait 3-4 weeks as long it gets on door. Very good prices, good quality. I'll continue to buy more items from Sammydress store.
I have received two bogus "order has shipped" emails with tracking numbers. Neither are valid and my order has yet to be received! I was skeptical ordering overseas and now I know why! This would not allow me not not put stats but I rate them at a negative since I have nothing to compare!
Many have read a review I wrote a few weeks ago regarding Sammydress. At the time I had a bad experience with their logistics for packaging. However their customer support reached back out to me regarding my issue and resolved it in a very expedited manner. It has turned around my perception of their company. I did receive my ordered product and am happy with it. Would I purchase again from sammydress... yes, only because they have products that I like that I can't find through any other vendor. I recommend it to everyone.

SammyDress is a great online store for cute, cheap clothes. The clothing is mostly the same quality as what you would buy in the general clothes stores in a mall-but for a fraction of the cost. There are literally thousands of great dresses, tops, shoes and accessories to choose from, for every style. Those worrying about small sizing- following the measurement charts will allow you to get a perfect fit even on a Western frame. Staff are helpful and friendly and reply to inquiries very quickly, I haven't had a bad experience with SammyDress.
