My daughter loves the site, so I bought her a $200 gift card for Christmas. Little did I know that half of the items on the site are from third-party sellers and now my daughter can't buy what she wants because the gift card can't be used on those purchases. If you buy a Shein gift card, you should be able to use it on anything on the site. I should have given her a Visa instead. It feels like kind of a scam. Shein reached out and rectified my issue and they were super quick, too! I'm changing my review to 5 stars. Super impressed!
Terrible customer service. If you don't find a robot answer, the message box won't allow you to describe the problem sufficiently. The answer you may get is meaningless. I have placed several orders with SheIn and every time I received my shipments within a reasonable time frame. For the most part there clothing is decent and sometimes fantastic quality. Especially for the low price tag. I have only ever received 1 item where the quality was not so great. To tell you the truth I would purchase from SheIn before I ever would Fashion Nova again. Shein's quality is better and half the price. They also always give coupons and issue points. I purchased 18 items for a total of $204 tonight and after applying my points and coupon I only paid $157. Now that's a deal I can get with!

I have ordered clothes for my baby twice from SHEIN and I have had positive experiences both times. The clothes are beautiful and made of quality materials. They have the coolest designs for babies that I haven't seen anywhere else. A nice selection of tie dye, which is what I was searching for. And the prices are very good. Shipping takes a little longer than I expected, which is why I only gave four stars, but I will definitely be purchasing from them again and again! I'm very happy with my purchases! The fit was perfect, too!

SHEIN is an overseas company that sells a huge variety of different items. SHEIN products are surprisingly cheap and thus is why buying from them is very hit or miss in the quality of what you purchased.
Clothing is sometimes really good and sometimes horrible as well as some of their household products.
Also, I've learned with shipping from them that a lot of the pictures they use to show the product are VERY deceiving! Example: in my pictures below. I bought this mirror thinking that it was meant to put on a table or wherever to than use for your face, well when I got it I was very taken aback at actually how incredibly small it is because they showed it as looking like normal size. You can see in my pictures it's only the size of my hand.

I have been a loyal Shein customer for years and have never encountered issues with payments or delivery—until recently. My last experience was nothing short of a disaster.
For months, I've had trouble with their delivery partner Uni Uni. To resolve this, I specifically requested that future orders be sent via Canada Post, as customer service had previously assured me they could accommodate this request. However, for my last two orders—placed at the same time with separate order numbers—I reached out to ensure this was done, only to discover that both were sent via Uni Uni.
When I contacted customer service about this, I was met with excuses. They blamed the warehouse, even though I had sent a clear request. Then, they casually stated, "We will punish Uni Uni"—an unprofessional and completely inappropriate response.
The problems didn't stop there. When I received my orders, I wanted to return a few items. That's when I discovered a $26 shipping fee on one of the orders. I was told this could be due to a glitch, but instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to provide proof that I didn't select express shipping. Seriously? As a long-time customer, I expect better than being treated like this.
Adding insult to injury, I was told that the coupon I applied made my order ineligible for free shipping—even though the pre-discount total was $129.62, well above the threshold. I didn't notice this at the time because I was focused on requesting Canada Post for delivery. Yet, customer service implied it was my fault for not catching the error.
The final straw was their dismissive attitude and unprofessional language during our chat. I've never experienced such poor treatment from Shein before. I wasn't asking for free service; I simply wanted fairness and acknowledgment of the issue.
I'm done with Shein. Once I receive my refund for the returned items, I'll be deleting my account and app. To anyone considering shopping here: BEWARE. Their customer service has taken a nosedive, and their attitude towards loyal customers is Appalling

Be very cautious with ordering from this company. I ordered almost $600 in clothes for my daughters back to school and the logistics company FedEx that they used delivered my package to a Amazon warehouse which I should have had USPS not FedEx bananas I chose standard delivery not express. After reaching out to FedEx to try and find my package I got no where and was told they only refund the merchant and that the merchant would have to file a claim so after being directed back to SHEIN I open a ticket. SHEIN refused to help me and continuously redirected me back to FedEx ignoring my request to file a claim. I have still not gotten my money back nor my package found and it's been a week.

SHEIN and its employees do not have any kind of respect towards their customers. They don't have any problem by taking your money but if their service is deficient and you are required to contact customer service, that's when all hell breaks loose. If you must contact cs, you will encounter with employees that don't understand you, employees that are careless on regards of your necessities and overall people more interested in making you feel inappropriate instead of helping you out. They offer benefits for achieving a vip status for spending your money in this website, but when you need to use those benefits they will give you the run around. My problem is with a large order I had placed. Because they keep items all around the world in different warehouses, don't feel shy to think that they mind splitting your order. And they don't care if by doing this they exposed you to spent more money in your purchase. They'd split my order and one single item was sent in a different package than the rest. This package had to be delivered to DORAL, Florida and during the pass weekend it was very close to that area. It was in Miami. On Monday everything changed because the package had been sent to Fresno, California. When I contacted their customer service reps no one seemed to understand my predicament. And here I am, a week later, paying additional taxes for waiting for that package to be send to my country. They are completely careless of your situation! And as for today, the package has not been delivered. I used to purchase items from this website at least once a week and my situation fell on deaf ears. If you request a supervisor they tell you right away that there ain't any available at the moment but if you use "uncivilized" language soon enough you will get someone telling you how awful of a person you are. Don't waste your money or your time in this website.

The pricing is fair, and they offer a good range of products, but their customer service is severely lacking. My order placed during Eid arrived with an open package and several items missing. Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service, I received no satisfactory response until they finally agreed to issue a refund for the missing items and suggested I reorder the items.

I love SHEIN, but recently I've an experience where a package I ordered was not delivered. I contacted customer service and really and truly it was sort of difficult to communicate with them. However, after getting past the communication issues, they informed me that they would give me a full refund on what I ordered. I was very happy about this because I thought that I had just lost my money and my items. They informed me that I would have to wait a certain time for the refund to show up on my card. To my pleasant surprise, the 'refund' showed up on my card by the very next day, but, did you know that they refund you for each individual item as opposed to the total amount you spent? Regardless, the 'refunds' were coming in, so I was happy. The problem is that I didn't receive all the refunds on my credit card, however, SHEIN's website was showing that the refunds were processed on their end. I contacted SHEIN who informed me to contact my bank and I did but the bank said that I must contact SHEIN because they (the bank) have nothing to do with the refunds. I contacted SHEIN again and they're just telling me the same thing - "According to the refund department, the refunds in question have been processed, different banks have different processing times, blah blah blah." And here I am, almost a month later, no package, a partial refund and the customer service reps seem to be ignoring me now.

When I tried to reach SHEIN on their website, I received a ticket number. I had to wait 24 hours for a response. I was looking for a response that said my order went through. But that didn't happen. Instead, I received an email that stated I needed to give them the order number. I don't have an order number because I wasn't giving an email acknowledgment or confirmation that showed an order number. I am in a loop with them. So today I am going to call my credit card company and cancel the order since they did not give me a proper response within the 24 hours and the order did not go through. I don't have any further information from them. This raises my suspicion that this company doesn't know what it's doing. I just started using them and I find their follow up and communications are extremely poor.

This is the second time that I am ordering from Shein because they have very beautiful pictures and modern design of clothes in their website which are very deceptive, but when I received the clothes they are totally different very bad quality and bad cut. Some of them fall apart even while I'm ironing them, so imagine what happens when I try to wash them!

I order some stuff in March 2024 And I kept getting an email saying your package is on the way. So last week I get an email saying my package is delivered but I never received it. I tried so hard contacting shein but no reply. I even saw the delivery guy in front of my home,didn't even get out of his truck and he took off without delivering my package. Utterly frustrating to deal with. Worst customer service and uneducated "fraud team". My order was shortly flagged by security for fraud check. They demanded screenshot of the transaction showing on my bank account. Sent. Rejected. Sent it again. Rejected again. Logged into my banking website to send screenshot from statement. Rejected. Sent screenshot from mobile app. Rejected. These foolish people don't even know what they are looking for and asking for. Eventually after 4 or t attempts. They said I failed the checks and cancelled my order. The refund was processed and I received less money back into my account than what I paid them. They are unhelpful and utterly useless. Heartless. I will never try shop here again.

I have worked for 400 hours this week just sewing little patterns onto T-shirts. My fingers are bleeding and I keep getting blood on the T-shirts. SheIn made me sit on my but in a factory filled with rats that I think carried malaria and the warehouse gave me skin cancer but I did'nt have enough money to get chemotherapy and so I had to cut my own arm off with sewing machine. Im so tired of this job I get 3,000 orders a day and I have to sew the words "I'm so sigma rizz" on thirty sweatshirts everyday.
