THIS SITE SEEMS TO BE RUNNING A SCAM!
BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR PAYMENTS/CREDIT CARD
I wanted to order something from sheinside and while everything seemed fine until i tried to checkout i noticed i would get a 20% discount if i signed in through fb- which i did.
So before the discount my order total was $129.89
I see that there is a box on the bottom left that says 20% off for sharing this order on facebook (discount applied if logged in through fb for first time buyers)
I checked that box and guess what happens- my order total becomes $127.64( just $2 off when it should have been $25.8 off)
I am thinking what happened and realized that the site only took off 2% instead of 20%. Tried another code available for 20% off instead of the FB- the result - SAME
Contacted the online chat... no response... emailed... no response...
No matter what coupon code you apply it does not take off the discount its supposed to. It seems like a carefully planned math glitch to target buyers who get sidetracked by their "so called cheap" prices.

1- all my items was marked as they will ship those items in 24H (Ships in 24 hours, so I Think that in china 24H= 13 days :( . Order was shipped in 02/04/2016
2- if you acces into the shipping infomation on the website, you will find that The express delivery is FREE for orders over US$99.00 for all countries, they shipped my order with CHINA POST
3- the Delivery time is 15 days, i have been waiting for more that 18 days and nothing received

My hair started falling out after wearing jewellery and clothes purchased from SHEIN. I tested all my SHEIN jewellery and found almost every piece had lead in it. Due to this, I decided to test all of my SHEIN products (clothes, hats and shoes) and found that quite a few items came back with a positive result for lead as well. I did the same tests on jewellery, clothes and shoes that I have bought from other stores and there were no positive results, so it's not an issue of false positives with the test. SHEIN told me I'd have to pay for additional testing in an official laboratory (which would cost me up to $1,500). They wouldn't allow me to return the items with lead in them and took no responsibility for the problem, instead saying that they already test all of their products and none of them have lead in them (which obviously isn't true given the number of items I found that contained it). A quick google search found that this is not a random case and there have been other SHEIN products which were independently tested and found to contain lead and other dangerous chemicals (PFAS and phthalates), even in baby clothes.
Please do your research on this company before buying anything from them. At the end of the day, nothing is worth compromising your health for, and SHEIN won't help you if you do find issues with their products. Their practices are bad for the environment as well as for people and it could harm your health in the long run. I never would have bought anything from SHEIN if I'd known this beforehand. I would highly recommend avoiding this store.

Shein NYC PopUp Very busy in the last hours. Fill up a straw bag for $50 Oh boy! Okay how many more things can I stuff in my bag
I have had nothing but issues with this site. I ordered a dress on 10/4 for a wedding on 10/25. It is now 10/21 and I have yet to hear anything about where this item may be. I did receive an email on 10/8 saying 2 of my orders had failed, whatever that meant. I went on the site and signed into my account and saw that there were 2 different orders, both around $30, that were pending. I had never ordered anything else besides the one dress so I have no idea how these "orders" were pending. They both said they were waiting for my payment confirmation which I luckily never did, so I'm guessing they were trying to scam me into adding on to my order. I have tried the online chat and it never loads and have emailed multiple times asking what is going on. The money is taken from my account immediately but after almost 3 weeks I can't even get a response as to where my order is?
Another thing, when I open up the "My Orders" part in my account, the actual dress that I bought isn't even in there. It's like they took my money and my order doesn't even exist. I also have tried putting my order confirmation number that I received way back when I paid for the dress into the tracking section and nothing comes up. This is the biggest scam I have ever been a part of and I will NEVER recommend this site to anyone! I hope people read these reviews before thinking about ordering anything from this site! Luckily I bought a different dress, from a real store, and don't have to sit around hoping mine magically appears within the next few days!
There is no way this site would ever receive good reviews, so whoever these people are actually giving them 5 stars and saying good things must be employees!

I Returned 3 items (returnable) perfectly packed and got a refund only for 2 of them. Customer service doesn't exist and I never got an answer to any of the 5 messages I've sent during two recent orders.

SheIn had the cutest pieces listed on site for such a great price. I thought this was a little suspesious but I proceeded. The moment I received my order I realized why. The quality is subpar, the quality is not at all like what is photographed. They share photos of woman wearing these pieces so I have no idea how they pull that off (maybe a little photoshop or they are have the piece you think you're getting re-manufactured in a cheaper quality). Either way I proceeded to return the clothing and first off, their customer service is TERRIBLE. They are misspelling comman words and using short hand as if they hired a bunch of 16 year olds who just got cell phones (ya, cuz, u, um,). I could not believe it. As I then proceeded to submit a ticket as instructed they explain to me that I must pay to have it shipped and be reimbursed! What a company, right?! Not to mention this is not at all stated in the return policy. I don't trust it at all. I have responded to the customer care email and have yet to received a response. What they are probably trying to do is wait until the days are up that I have to return and send me an apology letter explaining how I can no longer return. We will certainly see about that. There's no way I'm wearing pieces of this quality. I am going to exceed great lengths to get every penny back for the daytime dresses I bought that came to me in sheer one layer nighty material. DO NOT SHOP this brand unless you plan to never return.

I advise you against ordering from SHEIN. Absolutely disgusting customer service! SHEIN you should know the importance of customer service and should pay attention to how your employees handle customers! I have been ordering from SHEIN for many many years, placing big orders. So far I was happy with products, as only once they messed up my order and sent me the wrong item instead of a dress which I ordered, because it was out of stock. Their error was resolved quickly by issuing the refund, however - I never received the actual dress which I ordered! Now, my latest ordered was messed up completely! 4 items were missing! Can you imagine? 4! I could understand a mistake of forgetting 1 or 2 items but 4? Someone evidently made big error and SHEIN should feel responsible! I anticipate full refund and compensation. Missing items should have been resent asap. They haven't. No one helped me. It's not my error! It's yours! I demanded to see the proof of warehouse video packing my items, which I never obtained. I exchanged hundreds of emails about this and MOHAMED and other agents were absolutely useless and incompetent! I was ping-ponging pointless emails for weeks and still: no refund has been issued neither none of the missing items have been resent to me! I was anticipating that parcel urgently as the items were crucial to me! SHEIN - you took my money and never delivered the clothes which I paid for. Is this a scam? Your customer service isn't helpful at all. I will never order from SHEIN again! Never! (Look how many orders I've placed so far!) You've lost your valid customer. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
