I odered a firestick but i got a remote control for a fire stick and there is no one to talke to so my loss i will never by anything from wish again
I have never been dealing with such lawless, immoral, fraudulent company. My order has been duplicated few time and I have been charged for all the duplicates. I wrote immediately to them to request a cancellation of the all items. They took my money and blocked my account so I was not able to communicate with their customer service (do they have one?) unless I am sending proof of my ID in which case they would contact me within 3 working days. I have sent a copy of my ID but they never contacted me and despite my desperate attempts to cancel the duplicates orders I was not able to cancel it.
I will never deal with them again. I dealt with them in the past and I have to say that their products especially gadgets, are significant lower quality compared to other markets. Honest advise, Deal with someone else more reliable.

I've bought many "gems" and "jewelry" on WISH. I continue to submit for refunds because I have a Gem Tester that confirms in 95% of the cases that the seller is sending me GLASS. I now have a huge collection of coloured glass that is advertised as "natural ruby, sapphire, garnet, emerald, aquamarine, moissanite, etc.". I've notified WISH for months now that their merchants are selling misleading fraudulent gems, but they continue to allow them to sell these items. No ethics involved here!

Recently purchased an item from and seller LabelFitness. Tracking number was for another item sent to another address. Can't talk to areal person. Local post office confirmed the item was delivered but was not to me. Will not buy from these so call business again.

I've placed orders of a few products in July of 2021, and paid for them. To this moment, December of 2021, I still haven't received my paid items. They appear to have been shipped on their status in my account. But when I track them with the provided tracking numbers, they do not exist. I replied to one of the ads emails Wish sends to my inbox, asking what's happening. But there's no response.
I had hoped to be a regular customer of Wish. But now, I have my doubts.
I even asked for refund on the support site in my account. And yet, I was told that my items are now outside of the 30 days refund period. Is it my fault that I haven't received my purchased products?
Verily, I will not recommend Wish to anyone. I've purchased online before with Amazon, Takealot... I've never experienced such a thing.

I like the products and they get delivered relatively quickly. The site keeps getting better, with better product choices. I like the free spins for discounts.

I order a couple of action figures for Christmas on Holloween and was told that the package will be ready on December 10. I went back to my orders page on their website a few days before December 10 and saw the package was early. I work for a deliver company and was busy, but made time to have a day off on December 9 to pick up my package. I went to the shop and have my qr code scan. The shop said they gave the items and showed me, but couldn't give me the package. I checked my account and found out they canceled my order and refund 80% of my money back and and took 20% if my money as a restocking fee
I tried for three days to communicate with their customer service, but it all automated. They kept asking for the order number as I gave them multiple times.
This company I never had a problem til now. They should give you at least a month or two to pick up your items at a local drop point. All the other delivery carriers, even the post office, don't do what Wish dose in helping the customer, even during the holidays.
They have a few problems with their business practice and need to get resolved. First is a people should awnser a phone for customer service if not for the customer, but the shop owners who collection and distribute the packages if sent to their store.
Second is giving more time to the customer to retrieve the package from that store, especially during the busiest holiday season.
Buy if you want from them, but keep an eye out in case they sent the package earlier than stated before.

I ordered a pair of boots and received the wrong ones. Instead of exchanging them, I was told that I could re-purchase the boots I want with my refund. Funny thing about this is the boots I want are now 50% higher than when I originally purchased. Bait & switch? I think so.

I am trying to get help from Wish for using my Wish Cash. But the interface allows me to write only one line at a time. When I managed to convey my problem using multiple successive messages (each message takes 2-3 days) response time, the representative is asking for a screen print as proof of the problem. But there is no place to upload pictures. Wish "wish" had a better way to hear from customers and resolve issues.
General suggestion: Dont get your payment back as Wish Cash.

I straightened it with wish, they cancelled my wrong order. Some took a few days but returned my money back to my credit card. Make sure if you did a wrong order, cancel it 1 hour post wrong order. They are still courteous even when I loosed my cool.
Wish has a 30-day return policy that it refuses to honor. Every time I ask CS for help they promise to respond in 2-3 days. They do not.

This company is a big scam. They send a piece of junk mail just to get a delivery confirmation and then deny you a refund when you complain that you never received the item because 'delivery is confirmed.' There is no voice customer service and they just automate a response and disconnect from you in 'live chat'. Start disputing charges until their credit card processors drop them.

Here it is two months before Christmas 2021 and I spent $169 on gifts for my kids for Christmas. After the statement on my banking app said complete I signed into wish and my order history is empty. I've been begging for someone to help me get my money back customer support won't help me they want a confirmation code even though all I have is proof I paid. I had a terrible experience with the wish
In fact, I did not intend to buy at all and only stored the goods in my list, but due to a software bug, the wish software was purchased without my permission and was paid automatically from my PayPal account. The wish app has automatically paid for your PayPal account since my previous purchase. I tried very hard to cancel the order, but every time the message came that this was not possible and I had to wait until the goods arrived. This is actually a scam and I will not buy any more

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
