I got sucked in and responded to a Facebook advert. On investigation after, I could have got the products for less than half the price. Now I am told it will 45-60 days until I get the products. Finally, their cancellation clause is incredible - you can't cancel an order... That is illegal under UK law but I guess as its a US site, they can do it... Oh well, you live and learn
So I don't know how Wish seems to mess up so many orders... I've never had a problem with them. The first time I only ordered one thing because I was very skeptical. It was a shirt with an alternative looking Disney princess on it. I loved it and I still do! It is awesome quality! So then I bought more things. I think I've made around 10 orders on this app and each one, although receiving different packaging per item (sent from different companies) and coming at different times and taking a long time to be delivered (understandable considering it's all the way from China), upon opening, were great! I ordered one electronic item (a galaxy/star thing that looks pretty when turned on... overall 4.5 out of 5 stars because it was slightly bad quality... just slightly) and everything else was clothing.
Subscribed and got one free makeup sponge for 1$ postage. DEAL? Almost everything I put in my cart went up in price from the advertised price or postage was so high it could no longer be considered a deal. When contacting the company they indicated sellers can charge more for different sizes or colors but I checked out all the colors and sizes of numerous clothing items and all options were increased! Scam! I plan on filing a consumer protection complaint.
Bought a pair for the second time since the first never arrived, got my money back tried again, this time the delivery date kept being moved up, I dont believe the product was ever shipped. Ive stopped buying on the site, its just a Chinese scam, taking our money for products that they never ship. Beware its your loss and there gain.

This company has no phone contact and has taken my money, delivering no merchandise for nearly 4 months. Their automated system does not really allow customers to get information and is beyond time consuming without results. They informed me I would received a refund that was never received. They don't contact you, or have any way you can contact them and get your problem resolved... then tell you you've exceeded the time limit on the order they were supposed to deliver. If there was ever an exploitative company... this is it! There is an office based in America that won't take phone calls. I lost nearly $75.00 in orders that were never received and paid for!

I've purchased a pair of shoes in March, 2020. It's been over 6 months now, I still haven't received my shoes yet. Every time I try to reach out to their customer service on the app, the answer seems responded by the artificial intelligence algorithm, not an actual person. I have not bought from Wish for a long time & won't, however I want to warn ANYONE not to waste your money on them. It took months to receive about half I ordered and it got tossed in the garbage. The site is a bait and switch saying something is $3.00 but shows as $35.00 on the cart. Not only that they charge exorbitant rates for shipping. Good luck returning or getting refunds. Stay away, far far away from this cheap even for China, very cheap products, if you even get anything delivered. Save your time & money.

If they can't realistically estimate delivery dates, and state that your order has been delivered when it hasn't, have no way to contact them except by a sham of a internet contact and will not respond to a request for a refund for an item not received, then they should be shut down for business in the US. This has been an awful experience for my sons' first purchase online for items to start a new hobby. Basically, Wish has robbed my sons' of their hard earned money. Be a part of the solution and don't buy anything from them, so they are forced to go out of business. Their products are all poor-quality, cheap junk anyway, save yourselves the grief and shop elsewhere or gamble with losing your money and receiving nothing but a message saying your order has been delivered. Disappointment and regret that's what to expect from Wish.

Don't bother with purchasing from these guys. Shady as $#*!! The last time i ordered, which was my first time, i never got my order! Excuses upon excuses i got. Basically Wish IS a scam site! They SOMETIMES give people their orders, as they obviously do not want to be shut down. Its FULL of fake / false advertising / images of the product. Quality of items i have seen, from friends who bought from wish, is often very low grade, cheap plastic, and i won't even get started on electronics! Advise people, that wish is a scam site. Everything comes from China. Shipping rates and time is ridiculous. You don't get the shipping rate till you you pick the item and pay. Ordered 4 items 2 months ago. I have received 2 items so far. They are cheap and it is just not worth it. They send you emails stating your items may be a little late and asking if you got it yet? They don; t even know because it's coming from CHINA! Now way to track it or get in touch with customer service. It's on a very gray line of being a scam in my book!
I ordered two items back in November. They were shipped out but never delivered to me. Apparently they are stuck in the US somewhere because it says awaiting delivery scan. When I tried to contact customer service, they said there was nothing they can do because it was shown as delivered on their end. They also tend to have listings with Clickbait. What you see is usually not what you get. Don't waste your time on this place.

Wrong product (of lesser value) delivered twice, no response from customer service, no return address, customer have to pay for return shipping charges, customer service responds after 30 day return policy, thus keeping your money, not allowing return. Only sender address on package has scam alerts on the internet. WISH has no quality control or does not care about customer satisfaction. They don't send invoices with the packages, only proof of purchase is credit card history and account history on their website. They make it almost impossible to get refunds.

I first used wish because I saw a pop ad with a great looking jacket saying only $23 however upon going to order it the price was then listed at $34 fair enough I thought so ordered it with a $12.95 postage fee, total $54.95. It has now been within 24 hours an email said my order had been processed, this has been three weeks ago and absolutely no news of the jacket and unable to contact anyone! Took more than one-half month but never got what I purchased, Their tracking system sucks, keep showing the initial dates when the item was purchased, no movement. Finally got mail that the item was returned to wonder. It's an old saying "If you buy quality, you only cry once". Would highly recommend not to use this site.

Ordered some replacement parts for a vacuum cleaner. Status page says "anticipating shipping this between April 24-27!" It's now mid-June. Thankfully, didn't spend a lot of money for this order, so it's almost funny how terrible their customer service is. But don't order from them.

Let's be honest if you think you are going to get high-end merchandise for a few dollars your shopping on the wrong site.:-) However, for 2 or 3 dollars their stuff is great and if it does not last long I'll shed no tears. That said, everything I've purchased been great for the price. One month when I was on a spending spree (LOL), spent $21 including shipping for a bunch of things that would have cost me over $120 in a local store. I would not have been willing to spend that much to begin with but if I did I'd be mad if the product didn't last. Ordering from Wish I'm happy on all accounts.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
