Good Shopping Place

Wish is a nice little app and good place to shop. Customer service is impeccable. They only reason I dont give it a 5 is because the delivery is very slow. If you need something rush dont shop here cause it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks delivery. Apart from that love this app.

I made the mistake of ordering something from them (a magnetic power cord attachment for a smartphone for $9.95). The shipping -- ready? -- was $25! And for that, they say it takes five days process the order and another two weeks for it to arrive! Since I ordered (11 days), they have yet to send me any kind of tracking for shipping, and have ignored several emails asking about status. They refuse any refunds. They need to be out of business.

Awesome

My sister and I have ordered several items from this site recently. So far we both have gotten everything and just waiting on one more pair of pants! Its Excellent and everything looks great. Not disappointed one bit. I definitely recommend it and plan on making more purchases in the future. Everything for me that I have ordered has been spot on with the exact size. With my sister she could have probably gotten one size bigger for a couple shirts but she is still not disappointed with how it turned out. Awesome site I love it!

Crap Watch
October 30, 2020

I bought a watch from Wish to 'tide me over' till my own watch was repaired. It took 2 weeks to come and when it did the screen was so dark you had to push the 'light' button to read the numbers not much use unless you have two hands free! I also discovered that the protective plastic, over the face of the watch was fitted INSIDE the glass. I received a full refund but I really needed a watch! Photo1 without light, photo 2 with light two handed operation not much use in a watch.

Won't honor order
November 18, 2020

I ordered 3 dog beds. Two packages showed up. One small and contained a red dog bed.
The other was a larger bag and contained just one blue bed.
After confusion I discover one package was to contain 2 beds.
The packer forgot a bed.
Wish will not ship the missing bed. They say that I got it since I got the package.
Then tried to lay blame on Fed Ex and wiping hands of it.

I ordered 3 items from this app. They keep changing the delivery date. The latest is 3 months from the date I ordered them! One was a birthday present for my niece and nephew, which I had to order again from somewhere else, leaving me out of pocket. Customer service is completely unhelpful. I think they keep changing the delivery time so they don't have to refund you for it being late. I know most things come from abroad and we are still in a pandemic, but 3 months... really?! I would not recommend it at all.

The last item I ordered and "I mean last item" was a pair of headphones to replace the ones I thought i was getting a refund for. These were more expensive £29.00. Wish told me they had not received the order. However, after contacting Paypal and sending a copy of the order number, within one hour they had found my order and stated that it was being mailed.
So, my advice is use Paypal. Then you have a large and influential company, who can wield a big stick if necessary.
Whats more, although Wish had stated that they could not find my account, they used my Christian name in the message.
I have been trying to find the right authority in San Francisco to report this company to.
However, because I live in France, I have no idea who that might be.
Perhaps someone living in that area might know, at least it could put the wind up this awful company!

I ordered a few things and got a couple things free, I just paid the shipping.
*** Looked at my Bank Transactions and 2 charges of $41.00 & $77.00 was being changed to Me when I didn't order anything that expensive. I contacted my Bank and I complained about it to "Wish"... But they insist that I purchased items to the charge which I looked through all ml y orders and I received All my items and yet Nobody called Me from "Wish" to tell me that my Money was Returned to my account.
I keep getting the run-around from "Wish"... I guess "They don't give a $#*! about you!"... They have your credit card number and are giving themself a Bonus with Our Money!

Not very professional in managing our Money... Just like the Chinese... Always out to Rip off the Americans.

DON'T wait to cancel. They won't return your money if it doesn't show up with in 30 days!
It started out good. Some things showing up late some showing up early... But once I stared putting my trust in them they just screwed me! There were like 10+ items that never showed up and they won't refund my money!

I recently placed some orders at wish.com and I really wish I read reviews on this site first. I'm still waiting for my items. So far my experience with this site sucks! Once you set up an account with them and place an order, when you click on something you are interested in, there is a thing on the bottom of your phone that you can swipe and automatically buy the item. By accident I swiped it. I tried to cancel the order and as soon as I hit cancel it said, oops, you need to select and item. Which I did. Needless to say I was never able to cancel it. Amazon is so much easier and way better than wish.com.

I like wish a lot

It's not perfect, of course. Some items are really just junk but it's so cheap it's like a scratch off maybe it'll be good maybe not lol. Most of the time the things I order are great and come early. For a while though my items just never showed up and wish support always refunded everything no problem ever

Shipping issue

This place sucks for customer service when ups says they delivered my purchase, yet it was never dropped off at my house.
I told them that my cameras would have captured the package being dropped off. Which they never did.
I have gone back and forth with wish and ups neither one is willing to look at this properly.

The shipping times are outrageous. One two and three month waiting times. Sometimes even longer with absolutely no way to ask for a refund. There is no way to talk to a human or even text with one. All computer generated answers. They have done nothing to rectify a expensive order. Never ever will I order from them again

I ordered two items on 8-22. I never received either one and when I checked it indicated delivered in NY. Needless to say, I don't know anyone there. I repeatedly sent messages to Customer Service, but they kept giving me the run around stating wait another month. So I made a complaint with my bank. Quite interestingly Wish then said I would have to drop complaint with bank before they would do anything. I don't think they responded to bank, so the bank refunded me the money for the larger item, but not add on one. Please please steer clear of this company! I sure plan to!

I bought trainers 2 pairs
September 26, 2020

I bought these trainers. I have been a size 8 since I was a kid. I even checked wish sizes before buying. I put them on and they are no size 8. Clearly size 7 but I was just told the size is right and pretty much tough. Thing is I have ordered another pair same day still waiting and a pile of clothes. Like I said checking the Wish sizes first. I don't know what will come but be ready to be told the size you ordered was right even if they are certainly not.
This will be the last time once bitten and all that. Please think twice before buying from Wish or order sizes far bigger and then I wouldn't trust them now.
Not happy never again.
Wish is a rip off.

Wonderful prices

I love wish.com! Being a college student, I'm on a budget. But when I need new picks for my guitar, or new strings, this is definitely the place to go look for them. Great prices, affordable shipping, and great quality on their prices. Sometimes I have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for the product to arrive at my door, but that's ok because I'm saving money :)

Awful! Don't sign up

I had the worst experience with Wish. It took almost 5 months for a couple things to arrive and when they did they were awful, not at all what they looked like in the pictures. I'm still waiting on a pair of shoes. I asked if I could just get a refund since it took 5 months and still nothing, they said I was past the date of a return? I haven't even received the product?

STAY AWAY FROM WISH
August 24, 2020

Products often not working, shipping costs exorbitant and takes much too long to reach the destination. It is better to buy on eBay as a refund is guaranteed and it does not take forever. I purchased a wig 5, months ago; never received any refund.

I purchased a tablet cover with a keyboard attachment in February, now it's April. I been getting the run around and bull crap copy and paste messages. I never received my item or my refund. If it's not $1.00, don't waste your money or time.
