I've had a lot from wish and very satisfied with most, what I've had a problem with no problems with refunded to my account.

Look to amazon or ebay or ANY other website before ordering. Best to avoid.
Found the product i ordered on Amazon for a better price and with 2 day free shipping. Expect to wait 2 MONTHS or more for inferior products!
Be very careful on things to buy on the website could range from something really good to really really bad quality. My biggest issue isn't with the quality of merchandise that I have ordered and received because I guess I have been lucky. The shipping is the issue. Every single item of merchandise ordered has its own shipping rate and after all the things add up; the shipping rate cost more than all the merchandise combined together. That's absurd!
Ordered a product, didnt arrive, messaged them - said wait 30 days after delivery. Messaged them after 30 days- said 30 days are passed by therefore not eligible for refund. Cant talk to an actual person. It is all robots. Dont use it! Certainly I wont use them anymore!

Ordered some items before this Christmas. I had 4 orders. 2 of which arrived and we're very nice. 2 of which were over the date they should've been delivered. Being to close to Christmas I contacted the company. They were prompt in a response. Refunded the amount I paid and advised should the items come they were mine to keep due to the arrival date not being met. I will use this company again. I will however make my purchases earlier.
Wish is a scam i ordered items spent 77 dollars worth and plus shipping and they said my items will be refunded and i never asked for a refund never received my items or my money and they say again will receive my refund on another day and to allow 14 days and still never received my money. And i kept contacting customer support they said that a support agent will contact me they never did this is a scam.

They are good at taking your money. But you can forget about any refunds. At first I received my refund then I made the mistake of not checking.
So today April 13 the I was checking my account. I have NOT received a refund since January! When I tryed to check on it I was told that their system refunded it. That's bull my money never was refunded to my account. It shows it being as purchase but NO credit back on my account. That's 36 terms purchase and NO refunds. I'm disabled so my money is very limited but like anyone there's things I want. DON'T trust wish. The only reason they got a 1 star there wasn't a lower to chose from.

I purchased a few things from wish a couple of months ago. I only got some of my purchases. The items I have received were decent, but am still waiting for refunds on the products that I didn't receive. These are the same sellers from TopHatter, Ruby, and Dollarstart and some of the same products. You have to read everything about the items, including the descriptions and reviews. I don't know as of yet how the refund policy is since I am still waiting for refunds on the products I never received. I will post an update when I find that information out. Research the products on Wish just as you would for anything you purchase from the internet.
I had one of my orders not show up and when I asked for a refund they told me that I couldn't get one because it was past their 30 day window for return. I understand this timefram but I don't think that this should apply for items not received.

I ordered a product for Christmas for my son, when I checked out I received a confirmation email with a delivery date of december 10-13. The window came and went. When I checked the status it had been changed to January 6. They could not resolve this issue because the product was in transit but still wouldn't be delivered til January 6 and would not explain the why the delivery date had changed. I have asked for a refund and to cancel my order

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
