They don't have there $#*! together at all. I thought i would give them a chance so I bought from them not once not twice but three times. Some people may say it's my own fault but all three times my order either didn't show up or it was over a month late. If you are thinking about buying from this website please listen it's not worth it... go to Walmart mart or the as seen on tv store because at least you'll get it right away and you won't have to wait over a month or not get it at all and it will be better a better product anyways.
I have literally ordered twenty things from wish since dec 2016, I've gotten 9 things already and everything is just like the site pictured! I placed the rest of my orders about a week ago, I'm sure it'll be a few more weeks till I get them but I'm very sure they will come and be great! Wish is cheap and the stuff is great! Takes a little while but to me it's worth it! I will continue shopping on wish and I highly recommend it!
You can't talk to customer service if you try it's some bull$#*!. Takes over two months for shipping, when I asked about some items I never received they said sorry this is past the time frame for a refund... If you take my money send me my $#*! our give me a refund! This app is bull$#*! all around I'm pissed!
Some people says its not worth it, my friend bought a phone case a ring and some light up shoes too and she got them, but the only thing was that it look 3 weeks! I just say because there from China. She said it takes forever I have not bought anything, but people say its good I'm trying :D! !
Same story, ordered stuff, never arrived, no response to emails and no way of getting in touch.
If you must order from them, then pay using PayPal, then at least you can lodge a complaint and eventually get your money back because Wish don't respond to PayPal either.

I paid 35 Euro for the goods that I never received. The courier never showed up on the specified date of receipt. The second time the same situation. I asked for a refund and to this day, nothing. They do not reply to the email and it's been 4 months since placing the order. Stay a way from these scammers JP

I ordered 10 items back on December 12. Only two out of the ten arrived. That's right, only two!
Once the delivery date came for my other items, they extended it about 4 times. Too quick to refund, almost as if they knew it wouldn't come anyway. Not dealing with them again.
Also a word of advice, China is allowed to produce counterfeit items so be aware if you're purchasing something that looks legit but much cheaper than it would normally be. They mostly do this with makeup and especially lip gloss.
Orders take way too long to arrive. Some products are fake. They keep your credit card number and put thru small transactions until the card is maxed out. I'm not impressed at all with WISH No stars from me
Ive ordered several products from wish. 1st some closets that were so flimsy i couldnt do a thing with them. Got 80% refund. Then ordered tools just recently opened today box came busted up not what i expected. Cant wait for 2nd set of tools to come. Last and i do mean last thing ill ever order is a bunch of wigs. Not only did they send 4 of same product 1 made me look like Harpo Marx others were like doll hair cheap and unbearable. French braid wigs never came and most important of all someone tried to charge my cc for. 61 i cancelled card right away( i know the game) then they tried yo hit it for $360 at Lucilles then again for. 22( to see if it still worked) then $290 at some grocery store! And they still hitting it. Just got text from bank showing declined for glass co. All in Chicago. Wish is poor quality and not cc/debit card secure. Never gain with Wish.

It took me a month to find out the product I ordered was returned. You can buy and pay for something but don't expect to get it. No Customerservice communication possible. This rip-off business should not survive.

New it was too good to be true orderd a mobile then when payment went thru they changed the layout of the advert to include charger cable only but original {which i still have on email confirm purchase} doesn't even mention a cable apart from whats in the package content with phone total scam!
I have ordered 4 times from Wish. The first was a leather carryall which took about 7 weeks to get. My next two orders were for face masks. They never came after waiting several weeks for them. I did receive refunds but really wanted the merchandise. My fourth is a case of toilet paper I ordered back in early March. Still haven't received that. What Wish does not tell you until you've completed the purchase is when to expect receipt. Amazon tells you up front the delivery date or an approximation before you pay. The final ditty you discover is that everything ships from China via US Mail. That's why it takes weeks, even months to arrive or that it NEVER arrives! I recommend never doing business with Wish.

Old Saying... You get what you pay for! Right! Products are long in delivery, some haven't come at all. Not always as pictured, difficult to post a review on their website (wonder why!). Some earrings come without backings; backings I ordered separately wouldn't work, (holes too tiny). Many items poor quality. They offer daily specials at ridiculously tempting low prices, but not once, have any of them really been available. (They say, instead, we can return your money or credit your account.) I've finally had it, will never again buy anything from them. Reading other reviews, its worse than I thought. As I said, Buyer Beware!

Ordered item 2nd August still not received yet. Tried checking tracking, it didn't move for 2 weeks then told it travelled 1000 plus miles now saying travelled 800 miles, I wish they could make up their minds and give me a delivery date which is helpful to me.

Yet another online shopping extravaganza. A lit of items are not that much cheaper than retail price here at home. But just like Ebay, Wish.com is drowning in the muck and myre created by the cesspool of corrupt buyers who are taking our money, investing how much of it? For 60 days - at which point we are now requesting a refund because the item never showed up. The followup here becomes ridiculous. Surprise, you've just won a part time job following up with the seller and the websites. But then the seller says "no problem, i issue refund". No problem at all since you were awarded whatever interest rate on our money that you invested. You can't try and tell me that Wish and Ebay are not aware of this. Look at the reviews. The seller has been accused multiple times of the product not showing up or bullying customers into making positive reviews. But neither online company cares. Both just want to get paid the commission from the seller - no matter how dishonest they are.
Just don't! It's utter garbage. Even going 3 sizes bigger it was too small and the stock photo shows a much higher quality faux fur and higher quality workmanship than what you actually receive. I wouldn't put this on my dog. Buyers beware.
It's like eBay, except the products are cheap & sellers don't speak English. I've bought 10 things so far & only 2 of them had issues. First, they sent iPhone charging cables in stead of micro-USB cables. Second, the $5 Bluetooth adapter didn't power on. SO yeah, I'm kind of disappointed, because they make you pay for return shipping & these 2 items weren't worth the time or money to ship back. But I'll keep buying from this site for now, just because it's fun...
Any positive reviews must be submitted by Wish/Geek employees because it's not possible to get anything good from this site. Really is one of the worst experiences I've had online shopping. Items don't have descriptions; just photos and the photos look great but are decieving. Shop at your own risk! Also, notice that every item has a review but try reviewing a product yourself. You can't and that's very suspicious. One star because I had to.
Everything I have ordered has been incredibly small, even your triple X sizes, your material is very flemsy, not much of a thread count to anything. Yes, your items are cheap, inexpensive, but if you can't wear them, whats the point?

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
