I ordered 2 Quadvopter drones back in December 2017. They were delivered in dark gray plastic unpadded plastic wrap. I carefully assembled them and charged up the provided battery. Both were inoperable. Couldnt hold charge.
Within my 30 day return window, I requested a return and refund. Their customer service representatives were not concerned and gave me the run around. Typical of scammers. I submitted pics of product box and expose items as requested. Then they wanted pictures of the original labels that were on the delivered packages. Then they asked for packing slips which there never was any in the package. They deliberately would not honor their defective products as returnable. I humbly reported their horrible sales practices to my credit card company and now must dispute the $194.-
Wish has great deals when you find a good product, but you really have to pay attention to the reviews and read through them. Some sellers on wish don't use real product photos though, which is frustrating. Some use photos of popular products online and actually sell a lower quality copycat product instead. There isn't enough quality control, but wish tries. Usually if something sold is not as advertised, you can get your money back. Overall the deals are great and it helps you browse for products in an easier way that gets you to see products you haven't seen before, and ones you wouldn't normally see on Ebay because you often see excessive repeats on Ebay. Wish has repeats, but far less. Overall it's a good site, just research items first! See how many people rated 3 stars or less in comparison to 4&5 star reviews.
When the offer item at cheap price, they play with delivery charges; at the end you pay more than others like AliExpress for the same item. Moreover, they use tactics for promo at 1$ if you are the first one to buy during the item, but you are never "the first one". They offer you loyalty promo each time you reach their site, but never get the top discount announced. Never able to talk to anyone; just notifications exchanges within 3-7 days elapse time in between.
Didn't think it was possible to hate a company this passionately. After using their site initially I was merely annoyed by all of the little details that didn't work right or weren't user friendly. But then I received my second item (a wristwatch) that literally ran backwards. I have now written almost 30 emails to wish.com's support email and only get canned replies. I am pretty sure that nobody is even reading them at this point. I tried calling and they literally will not even speak to you. Wear a mask, gloves, or whatever it takes to avoid Wish.com like the Corona-virus (its almost as horrible)

3. Wish.com mails you an empty envelope then marks your order as "delivered"
4. Wish refuses to refund your money When you tell them you received an empty envelope
5. Wish uses the fake tracking number on the fraudulent /envelope envelope they've sent as their reason for not refunding your money.
It's a scam
Order NOTHING from wish.com- they are scammers. Committing fraud.
I've reported them to the federal government for mail fraud and hope they are fined and shut down permanently.

Overall, I enjoy shopping on Wish but it is hard to get to the right people that really read what your problem is and the wait for the reply. Some of the items are not good but rather then go through the return process I keep the stuff. I still love this site despite the issues.
So I order various items back in February 2017 expecting delivery march I'm fine with that.
So like an absolute shop aholic I buy few more same day two hat I know.
Now we're in the late part of June.
And would you Adam and Eve it no items at all.
I've emailed the robots at wish got the usual generic response.
Then when ask for a refund I get one item refunded.
And I'm in the double figures range of items v. low end but more than one.
And to add insult to injury
It's one those moments when say I could have guess that would be case.
Refunded the cheapest one.
Will not be buying again I'll stick we eBay
After shopping on wish.com for a while now, it looks like they have been increasing their prices at an insane rate. I've noticed many items cheaper on amazon and ebay. Don't shop at www.wish.com without doing research on the products you are buying on other sites.

I visit Wish mutiple times everyday. The prices are good and quality as well. I have always been satisfied with my purchases. On one purchase, there was damage in shipping. Notified them and sent a pic. It was immediately replaced.
I ordered last year over $400 of goods haven't received nothing, now get told that I can't get a refund because it's out of refund period. When I was asking where products were got told it will be a delay because of covid which was understandable as no flights and the world had stopped. A year later still no show of products and when I ask they sorry no refund because it's out of the refund period. What a pure scam. Putrid rip offs. Can't talk to no representative but some robot. I hope no one else buys through this scam site

So let me start off by saying that I used to have good luck with wish.com. Ever since the coronavirus they push out delivery dates by ridiculous amounts of weeks. I have been purchasing from other sites from China Sellers and have received my items in a reasonable amount of time. Their 1-800 number for contacting customer service is not a working number right now. In order to contact an agent you have to pretty much lie through their automated texting and state that you having a problem with my account. So buyer beware if you really want that item it's worth paying the extra dollars to get it from somewhere else

Delivered goods not as advertised and refused to provide a suitable way to sprt out problem. Will only accept a tracked return to another continent that will cost more than the goods.

5. site returns policy makes no reference to you returning to a crazy far away location.
Learn from my mistakes! I have purchased 6 rings all from different stores on this site, not ONE of these rings were silver! They ALL tarnished and turned to the copper and other interesting colors they start off at. Worse... WISH backs these stores and states they "certified" the store! Don't waste your time or money- sizes are all wrong as well. Knee braces are crap quality-made incorrectly supports pop within a week or two, battery recharger charges and shuts off when you attach your phone. Prices are nice IF the products were worth it!
Handbag arrived with broken metal attachment to shoulder strap, cheap & nasty, half of it seems made with plastic not even vinyl. I clicked on this item and put it in my cart, then saw they were shipping leopard print NOT the black I wanted, so didn't click purchase. It arrived today & when I checked my credit card statement there was the charge $25, for something I didn't order. Stay away from this site, Aliexpress is safer & more honorable.
Aweful, aweful, aweful! Can't express how BAD this site is, took over a month to deliver items, worst ever quality, I think everything I ordered was made from patterning material, didn't look anything like I ordered. I tried to get a refund for it, because as we all know, Wish sometimes, often sells products that are not, or do not match the descriptions. The last one I ordered, was a Chuwi tablet PC, that certainly does exist, but in this case, all I got was a cheap laptop keyboard cover. So when this particular watch, ordered almost 4 months later arrived, it had no documentation, and didn't resemble the watch sold on the site. And they accused me of abusing the refund system. How? Why? I dunno. But I will never order from them again. See photos, notice a difference?
I've ordered from here dozens of times, any items over £15 I order pay after delivery, no card details are required and that way if an item doesn't show up when expected then you're not out of pocket.
This happened to me twice and I just cancelled my order and nothing else was needed. Twice out of numerous orders is to be expected considering most things come from China and I'm in the UK. Before you order check if payment is available via klarna, there service is excellent and a God send if your wary of this site.
I've ordered about twenty items on wish, and was aware they would take along time to arrive in exchange for the low prices.
Only about 6 of the items ever showed up. Of those two were not the items I ordered, and one was not anywhere *close* to this size I ordered (Medium rather than 2XL). The company s good about processing refunds, but man; their ability to actually get the products you order into your hands is insanely bad.
Like bad enough that I literally have no idea how this functions as a business model unless they are counting on people to just not bother getting a refund on 6 bucks (or whatever)
They always make mistakes with my adress so it comes 1 months later. But when you have your stuff its cool the size you want well describe but I really need to get it between those day they put cause I'm not a girl who likes waiting a lot

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
