The deals are occassionally good, but I have bought more defective products from them than anyone else, though the return/refund process is somewhat easy. Even with express shipping, orders are late; regular orders take weeks. Often deals can be found for less on other sites. Not a go to.
A relative of mine got me acquainted with wish dot com. She had a few outfits that were really nice. Not to mention she's a little larger than average. Anyhow I decided to download the app. That was 3 years ago.
I've ordered from them repeatedly, and on the rare occasion that my order wasn't received by the date it's supposed to, I'm immediately and promptly FULLY REFUNDED. I usually receive my orders in a week or 2. I highly recommend this site. For clothing and accessories you can't get a better deal!
Your commercial on tubi in Canada depicting a young black trans man with braces spinning his bottom jaw around is the work of a sick person. I will never buy anything from wish again after seeing this deeply disturbing commercial. Get help.

Don't order anything from this reprehensible company. They sell cheap crap to begin with and take a long time getting it to you, if your order arrives at all. I ordered June 8. Ever since they've been shoving back the expected arrival date, which is now the end of September. My item may or may not exist. Who knows? You cannot contact Wish. (Algorithms do not constitute contact.) Wish is, however, great at flooding you with email. This is just another case of greedy overpaid Silicon Valley entrepreneurs deceiving customers. Hopefully, when e-commerce shakes out after covid, Wish will be shook out.

Multiple thefts from my credit card using my Wish account. Wish "customer service" just gives me the run around and pretends not to understand what I am complaining about even after I have listed all the fraudulent transactions.

Well I don't like wish because they will send you used clothes. I don't mean like the ones you can get at tj max but these look like some one wore them until they faded out or bleached them. I have had things come to my house broken and they do not want to return them.
I ordered a few products back in early June. It was supposed to have arrived towards the end of the month. Just a day before it was to arrive, the date moved further by a couple of weeks... the same thing kept happening... and has continued till date. No one on customer care ever responds... i just want my money back and be done with this shady platform. By my experience with Wish, I can state with certainty that they aren't managed professionally or ethically. Their actions are barely legal and can take your money and not deliver a product, blaming covid19 for every delay. I think they try to just drag it out indefinitely till you lose patience and give up on them. Im never going to use this sketchy company again and am actively informing everyone in my circle against them.

I ordered some shirts for my daughter in beginning of July. Now is end of August and I don't have any info on tracking. No possiblity to claim. When I click track a package it is showing Error msg. Worst online ordering page. Nothing similar to ebay where you have buying protection. DO Not buy from wish since is clear scam.

I think my title says it all. I ordered products on June 22,2020. My original delivery date was first scheduled for July 2020 and since then it's been pushed back three times with the new delivery date schedule for October 20,2020. How in the hell is this possible? I've ordered multiple product from Amazon since then I have arrived. They claim the delay is because of covid-19 that's bull$#*!. There are many companies who have managed to figure out a way to provide reasonable delivery during Covid. Do not waste your money ordering from this company. How they are still in business is beyond me.

I am completely appalled. I have ordered 6 things from wish all in the middle January. NONE of them arrived. Only thing I received was their gift for ordering. One thing I will say they are very quick to refund so clearly they do it alot but that still doesn't give me the items I was excited about. I'll never use this crap company again

Worst shopping experience in my life. All the positive reviews are fake. Zero costumer service and you can not get refunds from Items never delivered by these crooks simply "re-estimating" your date of delivery. Been 6 times for me and I ordered mid april and original date was may 3 latest. Today is 5/29. Amazon is cheaper on all legit items. In short. I ordered a Dyson Airwrap for £280. 00. 6 weeks later Wish sent me a £5.00 travel adapter. 30 days, pictures requested, and approximately 60 emails later to several Customer services representatives. This time wasting just happens to fit in with their 30 day no refund policy. I even quoted the customer act 2015 that the merchant ( Wish) must replace item or a full refund.
I have now started a case against them through Pay Pal whom I paid with.
Most stressful.
It is now my duty to stop anyone else going through the same experience! As I promised Wish I would do.

Absolute mistake to order from this company.
Purchased several things in November for stocking stuffers. Of the 20 items ordered, one showed up before the holiday. It was in a badly torn plastic envelope that had been rubber banded together by the post office.
After the holiday, 12 more items trickled in. Where the last items are is anyone's guess, as there is no tracking information for any of them beyond, "item has been sent."
Most of the items were absolute crap. Two items were nice.
They did refund quickly upon complaint but the communication was bizarre. There were no direct answers to my questions but later, an email would come through saying the item was lost in the mail and a refund would be sent. The refunds seem to all be 10% short.
Using this web site is just an exercise in frustration. Avoid it.
I've had similar incidents of not receiving an order I placed 26/03/2020 it's now June 5th and still no delivery. I contacted them via twitter. First tweet them *******@wishsupport and hopefully they with contact you via DM. My order was refunded. They say "logistics is out of our control" then they better sort themselves out because if you are a paying customer, they should have more control on their shipping methods and yes, the date keeps changing

To the reviewer who said her son excitedly checks the mail every day for his items, I feel your pain! My son has been doing the same thing for almost 3 months now... first looking for the fidget cubes that never showed up and I finally got refunded, and now his fidget spinner! It's terrible seeing him walk back from the mailbox every day looking so disappointed. I wish I had never decided to give this company a second chance, but they handled my refund so quickly and assured me it was an isolated incident so I figured I wouldn't hold it against them. In total I have ordered over 30 items from this app and received only one. 14 items have been refunded and the other 15 or so are ALL late and asking for another five business days to arrive. I'm giving them 2 stars only because so far there haven't been any issues with getting refunds.
This is the worst online shopping site I have ever used. On the BBB there are dozens of people like me who never receive their orders. I made an order (and paid for it) on May 28,2020, that was supposed to be here mid-June, and it is now mid-August. They keep pushing their delivery date forward and there is no way of contacting a person that works at wish.com, not by phone, email or chat line. Their chat line is automated by a computer system with auto responses. Amazon doesn't process your money until they ship the item, this company has had my for 2.5 months and counting. Dee

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
