Had 2 deliveries this month from yodel … 1st one was left under my window on full view of people walking by. 2nd one was left by my front door along with the leaflet to say they'd missed me being in. There are secure areas where both parcels could have been left instead of on full display for chancers to take and then to not even post the card through the door? Don't seem to care about deliveries being safe or secure at all! Luckily I was able to see when my 1st delivery had been abandoned on my cctv cameras as it was an expensive item. If I had my way I would NEVER receive any parcels by yodel as they don't care about safe delivery of items.
Yodel are claiming to have attempted delivery and left a calling card but they haven't. This is the 2nd day this week the same thing has happened. Delivery was due two days ago then again today. I placed another order with another company with delivery for that order also due today unfortunately from Yodel. One of the 2 items was delivered but I received an e-mail for the other item to say delivery was attempted but it was not!
Yodel failed twice to deliver my item. After rescheduling for another date as they initially failed to deliver, the driver had stated it was 'refused' which is a total lie because nobody came to our door to knock nor ring our door bell...AGAIN!. I believe the driver delivered to the wrong address, which explains why it was refused. Whoever the driver was, he/she is a complete mong! I contacted Yodel via their useless live chat to complain. The agent was more concerned about sticking to their scenario script than actually helping me - a complete waste of my time! My item is being returned to the seller overseas as Yodel will not redeliver my item again. Deplorable service employing disingenuous staff.
Worst experience I have ever had from delivery service. They told me they had tried to deliver 3 times. No communication with me about these attempts prior to me contacting them in their "webchat" - I had left my phone number and everything with them, no excuse to not contact. By the time I realised my parcel was late and got in contact they said they had sent it back to the seller. They lie to your face and don't bother to actually deliver the parcel. Absolutely appalling behaviour from them. They are seem to be worse than Hermes/Evri was. With Hermes your parcel was probably smashed and found somewhere obscure - but at least the delivery people would actually come. These guys just lie about having been there.
Ordered flowers to be a surprise. They were scheduled to be delivered after her business was closed. So I had to call her and tell her so she would stay after. The delivery company said it was "delivered to back porch". The business is a university, it does not have a back porch. She searched everywhere even went to the neighbors and no one had it. The delivery company said "well open and investigation". Never heard from them again.
I waited in for a parcel all day. Late in the afternoon I received a text to say the parcel was left on our porch and a card pushed through our door. We don't have a porch and no card arrived. Contacted Yodel, which is made more difficult than it needs to be and two days later I received a reply saying after investigations with the driver he did leave the parcel in our porch - again WE DO NOT HAVE A PORCH. The email was no reply. Avoid this company if at all possible. I now avoid buying from online retailers that use them.
Waited in all day for the delivery by yodel of my portable tv. It was not delivered to me & even worse yodel told me it had been delivered. I contacted yodel & explained this but they eventually maintained that the parcel had been delivered to the correct address & closed the case.
Absolutely hopeless.
They asked me to contact them to provide more information on my address so I've tried to call them and contact them via their web chat for over a week now and they don't answer either the phone or never have web agents available to chat. What's the point asking me to contact them when you can't! They've had my parcel for 10 days now and obviously the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to find me so gave up when my address is actually easy to find.
I can't even manage my parcel on their website to try and sort as they say that my parcel is not able to be managed, that is choose another delivery address. Such a poor organisation. Hermes, Amazon and DPD always deliver my parcels when they say they will without fuss! Sub standard company yodel for sure!
One month ago the lost my parcel, the sender send this again, they came outside my building 3 times the door was open no one came to knock my door not even once, I am home everyday as I have a newborn baby. Now I was told I had to collect the parcel as they attempted the delivery 3 times. I am disgusted and shocked how they managed the situation!
Delivery date was missed and the reason the customer service gave was that delivery was not attempted! So basically the driver decided of his own accord not to do my Delivery and no one thought to update the customer, disgusted
Well yesterday i was expecting a parcel and the company left it with a neighbour which was fine but today was due to get another from the same company and hey i have to reschedule problem being i work 12 to 5 and am unable to speak to a human to ask if possible to deliver before 12 or after 5 or to get them to leave it with a neighbour and i can't get to the depot why do they leave it with a neighbour one day but not the next
Almost every time my parcel is delivered by Yodel there is a problem. Their couriers usually do not attempt to deliver the parcels. They do not leave the cards and have the phones off.
I have been ordering the same product for 3 weeks since the courier does not come and he just that lies nobody was at home then immediately sends the package to the sender. I do not even have a chance for redelivery.
Today I waited for the 3rd time for the courier watching the driveway in front of my house. The courier did not come and lied that he could not deliver the parcel because nobody was home. No card. No bell and his phone is off.
This is the worst company in the world. No company so ignores their customers as yodel does. This useless company should be judicious liquidated!.
They had clear instructions to leave the parcel with my neighbour but they didn't. Then they said they had three delivery attemps and that i had to pick up my parcel form their depot which is 2 hours of commute. Customer service said that it will be ok to reattempt and deliver on a Saturday but guess what, they came on a Thursday and noone was at home (cause some of us indeed WORK). Ridiculous company with ridiculous customer service
Five failed attempts to deliver over five days and still not received - appalling service. They dont derve any star rating or rating should be minus stars but not permissable. About time the Company was investigated for its incredibly poor trading standards.
Order valued £350 was out for delivery on 2nd January but still not received on 7th January. Similar packages received next day with no problem. Address is correct as per Royal Mail and located easily by every other courier used. Attempts to deliver have now been made on 4 days in a row. Eight attempts via Yodel Chatline to expedite the package have all proved useless and not helpful at all. No direct contact possible with Yodel but it appears that the chatline is very remote in S. Asia by the names given. Not the first time I have had problems with Yodel Norwich Depot. My advice - AVOID YODEL like the plague.
I wrote all most 30++ emails to ceo helpdesk including all the top notch management team like Mr.Mike Hancox, Ms Samantha Holden and Mr.Andrew Peeler. However no one is of any help at all. They literally misplaced my Mango Parcel and have no clue where it is gone. My hard earned money is involved as those stuffs were purchased from Mango and also charged delivery fee. However it is about to be a month now incompetent thug YODEL never contacted me and after my reoetead chase of 30++ emails it is still without a resolution.
Mr.Mike or his team is least interested to resolve the same. Never trust YODEL as you will be in big trouble.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday the 14th this month. It arrived on Tuesday at the depot and after three days is still there. I have chat with them four times and the answer is the same: there is a delay. Since my parcel arrived to the depot the tracking page shows the following: The delivery date is unavailable at this time.
This is a very bad service.
Lush is the sender but they don't care about the purchases after you pay.
Worst experience ever. My parcel just disappeared. Shows has been delivered to costumer but I haven't got it. On phone call with costumers service told me that on gps showed that driver have been on my living area but I haven't got anything and i have been at home all day..
Absolutely Useless service. I bought an item from an online shop, and was emailed to say Yodel will deliver. I logged into their app to register and divert the parcel as I won't be home...I diverted it to THEIR OWN local pickup/drop off point. 3 days later still nothing there. When I phone you just chat to a robot and no help at all. And live Chat just told me the driver tried to deliver but cannot gain access to their own local pickup/drop off point that is on Yodels website. They don't phone you or update you to let you know, they not giving me the option to change address either even thought they at fault...its their own drop off point that is not working or the driver simply cannot find it. Blady useless! Now I've paid for an expensive parcel that I havnt received. Don't trust them!

First message out for delivery today. No delivery.
Second message, (following day at 6am) you order was delivered and signed for by yourself at 23.03. Seriously who delivers parcels at that time of night. Had to check my cameras to make sure I wasn't sleepwalking and had received it after all.
Contacted customer service following day was told it was out with delivery for that day. Never arrived.
Contacted customer services the following day, told it was being raised with Alfreton depot as a priority and it was with driver and would be delivered that day, no delivery.
A week later same message every day, raised as a priority blah blah blah. 7 days later still no parcel. LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES. Also, don't bother ringing driver as they never answer and never reply. I suspect they may be unicorns.
Why is this company still operating?

My parcel was not delivered on Saturday 17th April 2021 as the driver came to my address but never attempted the delivery. Myself and my neighbours were home all day and no such attempt were made. After contacting Yodel via webchat they did nothing to rectify the issue, only offering delivery from Monday onwards. I paid a premium for faster delivery and have certainly wasted my money. Whilst on the webchat, I was told "I wish you could understand our limitations with this matter too" as far as I am concerned there are no limitations on their end... tell the driver to come back to my address and actually do their job. Before I got the chance to finish my webchat conversation, there were connection issues... my WIFI was fine. I have never received such awful service.
Answer: If you do get through you won't get your problem solved. All you get is it has been raised with the depot, but you still don't get your parcel. Don't even bother with contacting the driver they never answer their phone and they never respond to messages.
