Worst service, ever, voice is not clear at all. Also you cannot talk for more then 5 minutes. Do not transfer your phone no. To them otherwise they will hostage you. Even after cancelling service with them they will keep charging you. Oh one more thing, they store your credit card information too.

Their website says they are in the US, but they are really in China. They will take your money and never deliver the product. Someone (probably a computer) reaches out to you through email or Facebook messenger, but then ignore your replies. Don't fall for them like I did.

My complaint is about the return and shipping policies. We bought a bikini based on the size charts provided on the site. We paid for shipping. They did not fit. On the return, we have to pay for return shipping and if we want a replacement we have to pay for shipping again. That is $17 in just shipping. Get the sizing right on the web site to begin with and we would not face this problem.

They just stole the entire package order amount from me, the companie that they used to deliver was really helpful and acknowledge their responsibility for not delivering and compensated the platform with the money. Our panel broke 4 times beginning year after purchase. It's $300 each time to send back to repair even if not your issue. They also have very bad flickering rates and customer service won't respond to you if in need. They erase all bad reviews on website and social media. It's not honest. When they say 8 weeks, it is 8 weeks plus shipping time and they appear to be in San Diego FYII! The Return Policy changes so be careful to read it carefully and print a copy for future reference. My delivery was botched, the seat cushion was bunching up and they told me this is normal. I placed many orders with this Chinese factory. My first order was fine. Then customs started taking my orders. When I discusses this with Aimey she said I would get 50% credit and pay for shipping. I did that and provided a new address. They failed to use the new address and my box was taken again! Upon my last attempt to receive my order I paid over $500USD. Also gave a new name:address....

Apparently, they are notorious for taking your money, delaying the delivery until the after protection period with PayPal and then keeping your money and the dress you thought you had purchased.
